If you are looking for the best ocean view in Saint Augustine, look no further. This cozy 1 bed/1 bath oceanfront condo with spectacular top-floor views of the Atlantic Ocean and Crescent Beach is the perfect beach getaway just a short drive south of historic downtown Saint Augustine, Florida. Guests never want to leave the private oceanfront balcony overlooking the beach and dunes with stunning 180° views of the coast. Inside, the condo features a compact kitchenette with a smooth-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, standard drip-style coffeemaker, and is stocked with plates/glasses, pots/pans, and utensils. Relax in the bedroom's comfy queen bed while enjoying high-speed wireless internet access and HD cable TV. Linens and towels provided.

Beacher’s Lodge is located on Anastasia Island, in an area known as Crescent Beach, which features a smooth white sandy beach, perfect for walking and playing in the waves, yet just 9 miles south of St Augustine’s historic district. Beacher’s Lodge amenities include a private beach walkway, heated oceanfront pool open year round, picnic/grilling area, washer/dryer on premises (not in the condo), ramp/elevator access from the parking lot and the best oceanfront viewing in the area. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

The oldest continuously occupied city in North America, St. Augustine offers a wide variety of activities and points of interest including the Castillo de San Marcos Fort, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, St. George Street and countless historical sites and buildings. Our city also offers fine dining, shopping, and recreational opportunities galore, especially in our historic downtown district and all along our beautiful coastline.

This condo is just under 400 sq ft. Perfect size for 1-2 adults. Additional guests are not permitted.

• Please submit an inquiry first with information on your booking party prior to sending a paid booking request.

• Minimum age to rent is 25. Condo is strictly no pets, no smokers/vapers and no additional guests. Only one vehicle allowed.

• Third party bookings not allowed. All booking requests must be for the individual making the reservation.

• Reservations longer than 6 months pay no FL state sales tax or tourist development tax.

• This condo unit is 100% powered by clean, renewable solar energy via the FPL SolarTogether™ Program.

This is a nice place for a couple. The place is quite small, so anything more than two people would probably feel cramped. It does have a very nice view of the beach. We came over New Year's holiday. Most of the time was a little too cold to sit out on the balcony or beach and really enjoy it. If you're looking for a getaway with a significant other, this is a good place to choose.

Chris was a great host! He responded to my messages efficiently and quickly. The condo was in good condition. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves and seeing dolphins! Perfect size for a couple. Not too many restaurants nearby.

Summer Getaway!

Enjoyed our stay and beautiful view of beach. We read the reviews before booking and the comments are accurate. The space is small but was comfortable for the two of us. It is dated and could definitely use updating.

What a wonderful stay we had at this beautiful property! The views were stunning! We loved waking up each day to the sounds of the ocean. It was close to everything—St. Augustine was incredible! We loved everything about our stay!

The roar of the sea

This property is as advertised with the view and roar of the ocean feet away. A very pleasant, comfortable, safe place to enjoy a get away. Communication is top notch and the instructions are easy to follow. The unit is clean and well appointed. In addition to that, the property is close to St Augustine, and other attractions with great choices for restaurants all around. Bring your beach chair and enjoy!!

The property owner was fantastic as was the location... absolutely beautiful ocean / beach views!!!There were adequate dishes, pots / pans, utensils, etc. I must say though that the condo unit is in desperate need of updating... the pictures of the unit in the listing appear much more presentable than the actual.

Pro: Great beach & view from balcony. Quiet stay. Con: Strong disinfectant smell that only stopped when we wiped floors with paper towels. Damp in bedroom. Left everthing damp. Stayed that way. Loud air conditioners, as has been noted. Bedroomair conditioner leaked on floor.

We just spent 4 great nights and 4 beautiful sunrises here. Memories to last a lifetime for us. We received notice prior to arrival that the North building elevator was out of service. This made for multiple workouts per day. We didn’t die, but will have to make trips to dr for

Bare necessities

The condo was very clean, and the property manager, Chris, was very quick to respond. The condo is very dated. The queen bed, and bedding wasn’t very comfortable. The worse part was the old wall air conditioner that went on and off all night. Every time you got to sleep it would ramp up and wake you up. There was no way to set the fan to a constant airflow. The view was very nice, oceanfront, but there was no screen or shade to make it possible to sit on it once the sun came up. We took our folding chairs to the other side by the condo stairs and had coffee looking at the inter coastal. There isn’t a dishwasher, but that wasn’t really an issue for us. If you are driving bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. The chairs provided are small folding webbed chairs. The umbrella we had broke and Chris brought one immediately, but it doesn’t have a vented top, and it is small, so the breeze on the beach can make it hard to manage. We greatly appreciated the quick response to questions before and after our visit. However, you can only do so much with an old condo. The elevator at our end of the building was down and there didn’t seem to be any urgency to fix it. We are very active, so we just took the 4 flight of stairs, but if you aren’t active, then you have to go to the other end and walk all the way down. I felt like it was very over priced for an outdated condo.

Crescent Beach Condo

Condo is a great venue. We enjoyed the beach, local restaurants (The Seafood Kitchen was a hit) and Historical St. Augustine. The condo is cute and the bed comfortable. Below are a few ideas to improve the stay experience. 1). The condo needs a deeper cleaning. Dust build up was apparent in corners, on top of refrigerator (I cleaned that) and on glass tables. The ceiling fan blades in the den are coated with dust. 2). Beige blanket in bedroom smelled of "wet dog", seemingly not washed. 3) Air conditioner in den is loud and normal conversation cannot be heard over its rattling when compressor is running, thankfully they are replacing that. The AC in the bedroom is also loud but not rattling like the one in the den. The fan does not seem to run in "low" when that speed is selected. On a positive note, the ACs cool the place down with no problem. 4) The appliances are old show sign of rust and discoloration (refrigerator handles are yellowing). 5) Furniture is old, out of date and dingy. Definitely time for upgrade and replacement. Good things; everything seemed to work well. The kitchen had a good selection of pot and pans, silverware and cups. View is awesome. Patio table and chairs are comfortable.

Wonderful Vacation

My first impression of property was it’s old and parking lot is a hill but it was a wonderful vacation Every person we met - staff & others staying there were very nice The view of the ocean from the condo was fantastic! And sound of ocean was oh so relaxing There was numerous locations nearby to eat And a wonderful ice cream parlor across the street Would definitely stay there again!

We had a amazing four day getaway.The condo was very nice and clean. It is in a perfect location and you can drive on the beach.Saint Augustine beach and downtown is a short drive away.We had a wonderful time!!!!

Mini getaway

We liked the little one bedroom quite a bit. The view was perfect. Nice firm bed. Adding firm pillows would be a plus! I couldn’t use some of the pans due to the coating all scratched up, so no scrambled eggs. Most of kitchen items dishes could use replacing/updating. Some of the dishes were not clean, dirty sheet tray left in oven. A deep clean now and then would help. Thank you.
