Beacher’s Lodge is located on beautiful and relaxing Anastasia Island 9 miles south of St. Augustine. It is nestled between the wide white sandy beach and the intercoastal waterway. It offers a heated swimming pool, private oceanfront balcony and full kitchen. All of our condos at Beacher's Lodge are oceanfront units. The calendar can change hourly, especially during busy times.

St. Augustine offers a wide variety of activities. It is the oldest city in North America featuring the fort, Castillo de San Marcos, the St. Augustine lighthouse, and countless historical sites of interest. It also offers fine dining, shopping, and recreational opportunities galore.

From the all of the wonderful comments we get, we are sure you will enjoy your stay with us!

This condo is just under 400 sq ft. Perfect size for couples by themselves, or parents with 1 small child.

• Please submit an inquiry first with information on your booking party prior to sending a paid booking request.

• Minimum age to rent is 25. Condo is strictly no pets, no smokers/vapers and no additional guests. Only one vehicle allowed.

• Third party bookings not allowed. All booking requests must be for the individual making the reservation.

• Reservations longer than 6 months pay no FL state sales tax or tourist development tax.

condo was ok but bedroom ac was super loud sometimes it was like a truck idling bring salt and pepper as there is nonegood enough for the price but just barelybeach and room access was very good from the room

Spring Vacation

We had a great two weeks. You couldn't ask for a better location with beach access and when the wind and weather got to be too much we just moved back to the pool. I will say, however, this unit is smaller than the pictures show. For two people it's great. I know there were families there in other units, but I think for shorter stays. Overall, we had a very nice time, lots of good restaurants and attractions nearby in St Augustine, 20 min away.

Cozy little condo

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I. It was in a great location, easy to get to St. George Street and all the other touristy things. Our only complaint was noisy neighbors right across the hall. Otherwise it was a great two weeks.

Dear Owner, You Can Do Better Than This.

Don’t rent this condo! This is the most uncomfortable place we've ever stayed in our life. My wife, said it perfectly “there’s just no place to get cozy.” She’s nice. Me? "Does this place come with a Chiropractor?"The couch looks like it spent the first part of its life in a Prison Rec room. It’s criminal. The swivel chair with no foam hates people. The mattress is on the verge of collapse (my side) so it only hates me.The bathroom is smaller than a Coleman camper. The good news is that you can turn on the fan, start the shower and blow dry your hair without getting off the toilet. The bad news is you'll tear your rotator cuff reaching behind you for the toilet paper. And is saving .37 cents on water for the week that make or break for you? I get it. You get what you pay for and you can get directly on the beach for cheap. But, could you clear the clutter? Buy some window blinds for that bedroom window 2' from the outside light? Get some real beach chairs for actual people and not Smurfs. Buy a bed that sleeps good? And for crying out loud buy a decent couch that doesn’t double as a medieval torture device! Older people, this place will be hard on your body. Everybody else can take Tylenol or upgrade. And remember, when there’s not much available on the week you want to go, then what’s available that week, is not much. Again, do not rent this condo. You’ll thank me. Owner, spend some (not at a garage sale) and care for your guests. You'll thank me, too.

Street Free Getaway

Beautiful beach view, clean, nice property with heated pool. I will be back. The kitchen made it so nice that I never ate out during my 3 night stay, I saved a lot not on purpose it was just easy. There is a Dollar General 2 miles away and a Winn-Dixie 4 miles. You are at the beach so not a big deal but the internet was so slow you would not want to use, I used my hotspot. Also the deadbolt locks automatically and I was locked out and did not have my phone thank God the front desk was open. The host was great communicator.

Weekend Getaway to Florida Springs and St Augustine Beach

We started our trip with a night in Astor Florida visiting a couple of Springs - highly recommend! St. Augustine is about 70 miles East and was our next stop. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and we really enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. We drove into the town for a dinner and shopping. Beach access was very convenient and host communicated promptly. Very good trip!

Great Location - not so clean condo

The condo location was great, close to the beach, close to the pool. As far as clean, not so much, had to clean the coffee pot before we could use it. The shower curtain had mold all over the bottom of it, which I also had to try to clean as best as I could. The lamp in the bedroom, didn’t work, there are no plug ins to charge your phones in the bedroom. Here is the kicker, apparently my husband scratched his arm and it bled a little bit, they charged me $53.24 for a top sheet, nothing mentioned about all the cleaning I had to do or apologize for the mold, other than they will let housekeeping know. I did not ask for any kind of a refund or anything, but I do not think it is necessary to charge me $53.24 for a top sheet.

Ac noise

The bedroom ac unit is making a loud noise that don’t allowed to sleep well. Ac unit on living room was leaking inside apartment. View is excellent and cleanness too

Weekend getaway

Well equipped condo with AMAZING ocean view. The only suggestion I have would be to provide some kind of cable service if you do not have a smart tv. We could only get 4-5 network channels. Seems a little bit outdated to me. Otherwise, no complaints!

Much needed stay
