Direct Oceanfront Condo w/Private Balcony 15 Minutes from Downtown St Augustine

This cozy third floor one bedroom, one bath condo has an oceanfront balcony overlooking the beach and dunes with breathtaking ocean views. The complex features a heated pool, private beach access, and some of the best ocean views in the area.

Guests have access to a full kitchen, wireless internet, HD cable TV in both the living room and bedroom, and the place is fully stocked with towels, dishes, linens, beach chairs, and much more. The complex features an onsite private heated pool for guests to use.

This condo is just under 400 sq ft. Perfect size for couples by themselves, or parents with 1-2 small children.

• Please submit an inquiry first with information on your booking party prior to sending a paid booking request.

• Minimum age to rent is 25. Condo is strictly no pets, no smokers/vapers and no additional guests. Only one vehicle allowed.

• Third party bookings not allowed. All booking requests must be for the individual making the reservation.

• Reservations longer than 6 months pay no FL state sales tax or tourist development tax.

Nice place nice view, but I didn’t know they were gonna run a blower by our bedroom window at 9 o’clock at night blowing the hallways off no complaints other than don’t plan on getting any rest

The property was as listed. I would have preferred the pool warmer. Location great,close to great restaurants. Like most popular vrbos getting a bite tired. Fresh coat of paint and new sleeper sofa would go a long way.

Beach view from the balcony is simply beautiful..... Our room was as the photos reflected and met our expectations. Owner answered our few questions promptly. This is a great place to stay with great access to the many restaurants in St Augustine.

It’s the perfect location with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony, walks on the beach, and the easy access to eateries and historicalsites. The condo had all necessary amenities for our four night stay. We would definitely return to this condo.

Great Relaxing Getaway

Perfect Vacation spot!

Perfect oceanfront vacation spot. The condo is located on the corner near the elevator, ice machine, the pool and beach access! Beach was not crowded. Great view from the balcony! Very clean! Short drive to lighthouse, historic district and sunset cruise! Uber is readily available in area. We will definitely be back!

Great value!

We have often stayed at Beacher's Lodge, with and without our dogs. We have always been happy with our accommodations and therefore we return. The price is very reasonable and the property is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and historic sites.

Perfect place for a couple's getaway

Wonderful unit for 2! Very comfortable and excellent views. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, unlike many rentals out there. Everything is clean and in great shape. LOVED IT!

Perfect vacation!

Perfect location, weather, amenities. Very convenient check in! Very clean. The new king mattress was a dream! Owner obviously takes pride in their unit. Everything was there to enjoy the beach!

Slice of Heaven

Beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and clean. We did NOT want to leave. Host was very quick to respond to questions and tried to accommodate us as best as he could. The only flaw. . .we could've extend our visit. My husband's birthday was a hit at this location. Can't wait to return in the future.

More Than Expected

This unit had small details that made our visit so comfortable. {shade in the bedroom, casserole dishes, beach chairs, night lights, toaster, fan and others) Everything worked making this condo like a home not a rental. Thank you.

The VIEW was amazing! The sand is so soft and nice to walk in. Not full of garbage and broken shells. There really arent "alot" of shells in comparison to some other beaches, if you’re into shelling. The condo was extremely clean, no bugs. The access right to the elevators and beach is prime! The other great reviews for this condo are genuine! Everything we needed was there. I'm chronically ill and did spend 1 day in bed, so thankfully the bed was very comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our 1st time away with no children in 13 years, celebrating our 15th Anniversary. Everything was nice and we were sad to end our short and pleasant getaway. Chris the owner, is fantastic to communicate with and book your stay. Downtown St. Augustine was a short and scenic drive. We took the trolley tour and also enjoyed a sunset cruise. Publix grocery store was about 25 minutes away. We cooked our meals, so I'm sorry I cannot give suggestions on the local places to eat. I'll share some pictures we took during our stay- view from the balcony looking out on the water, and others. We hope you'll give this Condo or one of his other ones a chance. It was perfect for us!

One sleepless night…

Clean, small but well appointed with beautiful ocean view from living room, but with a view of outdoor hallway, stairs, elevator, ice machine room, busy road and parking lot from bedroom. Lost a night’s sleep due to noise from above, including also conversations of folks passing by bedroom window. After inspection, sleeping on ‘sofa bed’ was not a viable option. Left next morning after washing dishes by hand, taking out trash, alerting owner. Didn’t ask for, expect, or receive a refund. Cute place, but not for us tired folks. :(

Gross, not clean. Great view

Neither of us were happy at all with the "cleanliness" of the condo. When our meeting in the area was concluded we decided to just head home instead of staying longer in a nasty dirty place.Whoever the cleaners are, they aren't cleaning well. It needs a thorough top to bottom clean. The floors are noticeably dirty, sticky. The bathroom had a couple long women's hair on the toilet when we entered the first time. There was hair stuck on the bathroom wall. I pulled out a bath towel, with hair on it. The bathroom floor likely hasn't been swept or mopped in ages as there was all kinds of nasty hair everywhere. So disgusting. There's dust in places that show only a cursory cleaning is ever done. It's just gross.We didn't use the stove or stove top, but it was dirty, too.Needless to say, as we left early and lost money spent to stay there longer. We have no plans to return and couldn't recommend it to others. The positives are that the view was very nice and we were grateful there wasn't evidence of smoking or animals in the condo. We appreciated that there was nice toilet paper and a full bottle of dish soap (Oh, but a salad bowl had hair in it, too! Yuck!!)
