Villa Baranca is a fully furnished, Spanish-style villa large enough to sleep 8, with a private pool and dramatic ocean views. So close to the beach you can hear the waves as you fall asleep at night. Quiet, semi-secluded location is perfect for those with work-from-home arrangements, with reliable Wifi and fast Internet.

Villa Baranca is an open, airy beachfront home you can comfortably live in for an extended time. Three roomy bedrooms (including a private balcony off the master) and 3 baths easily accommodate groups or families. The house offers private shaded parking, a spacious laundry deck with washing machine, a large well-stocked eat-in kitchen, and a breezy terrace with a charcoal grill.

Each air-conditioned bedroom provides tranquil sleeping quarters as well as private, quiet space to work from home during the day.

The location provides close access to a semi-private beach, in the safety and comfort of a residential street (approximately 10 neighboring houses). Three small convenience stores are located nearby, with a variety of excellent restaurants about 10 minutes' drive.

Inside the villa, the themed Birds Room (master) features a breathtaking ocean view, a private balcony, a king-sized bed, a tiled shower large enough for two, a double vanity and a separate toilet room.

The Palm Room offers a split king bed (can be separated into 2 single beds).

The Fish Room offers a double bed large enough for two sleepers as well as a single bed. The fold-out sofa in the living room also provides space for an additional sleeper, perhaps two.

All beds include foam toppers for added comfort (can be removed for those preferring a firm mattress) as well as 100% cotton sheets.

The newly updated kitchen is equipped with a variety of utensils and cookware including a coffee maker, an electric blender, a rice maker and serve ware for large groups.
