This unit, Apt 202, is on the second floor with elevator access. There are two spaces in the underground garage for parking. Both bedrooms have king beds. This unit is allergy-friendly.

The free shuttle to all the Summit County ski areas is right outside the front door. This is a lovely new unit in the heart of the best winter snow-skiing anywhere. And a perfect summer retreat in the cool, clean Rocky Mountains.

Great layout and plenty of space for a family staying here for a ski vacation with easy access to many different slopes. Garage parking is a huge bonus! The town of Frisco is easily walkable with plenty of restaurants and other activities. We will definitely be back.

Great location!

Stayed in this complex before and really love the location. This condo was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and had no issues. Instructions were very clear and concise.

Great property with great location!

We mostly skied Copper and to be able to step out the front door and take an easy shuttle to Copper Mountain was amazing. We also had a great time and restaurants and bars on main street! Highly recommended property!

Great Central Location

We skied at Breck, Beaver Creek, Vail, and Keystone. This condo is centrally located with easy I70 access. It’s also close to restaurants and the grocery store. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We appreciated the heated underground garage with an assigned parking spot on the cold mornings. Definitely would stay here again!

Ideal Location

The condo was exactly what we needed for a great ski vacation! Half a block from the Summit bus that took us to Copper and our favorite dining and shopping venues. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here next year!

Nice and clean property

Me and my friends are really satisfied with the stay in this property. Rooms are big and it has everything we need. The location is super convenient. Only 2 mins walk to shuttle station to Copper. We will definitely choose this place to stay next time!

Great condo!

Condo was exactly as listed. Great location in the middle of Frisco and easy access to all the Summit County ski resorts. Check-in process was easy and excellent communication from the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for skiing

Loved the beautiful property. Perfect location for skiing and only steps from the bus stop. Appreciate the security and the garage parking. And who doesn’t love Frisco!

Delightful!

Our stay was wonderful! Ideally located in downtown Frisco, the apartment had everything we needed and more. It was immaculate, beds were really comfortable, kitchen had everything we could ask for. Jeff was a perfect host: unobtrusive but easily accessible. Our plans included going to another location in a different part of Colorado for the remainder of our trip and we found ourselves wishing we had booked our entire vacation here. Thank you Jeff!

Good location

This is a nice condo with full kitchen, living room, 2 king beds, 2 full bathrooms ( only 1 is en-suite), 3 TVs and washer/dryer. Right on Main St with east access via west exit for Frisco. Close to restaurants, groceries, shopping. Comes with 2 parking stalls. Elevator from garage to condo floor. Only suggestion to owner would be upgrading living room furniture since it was not comfortable for us since we are older. Too low to the ground.

Wonderful stay in well-located Main Street Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely bright apartment on Main Street in Frisco, CO. It’s within walking distance of everything, and provides good private parking and easy access to the building as well as to Frisco and I-70 nearby. The living area is brightly-lit with a big window and door to a balcony overlooking Main Street. It’s an open concept with the kitchen and dining table, creating a comfortable space to live in. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking and eating. We easily entertained our local family on 2 nights for dinner. Nice appliances in kitchen and laundry room. The bedding is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Communication with the Manager was very easy and fast; he is responsive. With our son and his family living in the area, we hope to stay here again in the future.

Great property

I stayed with a couple of friends for a long weekend to do some bike riding. Location is super convenient to downtown as it is right on Main St and plenty of food and drink places right there. It was also very convenient to the bike trails going through Copper Mountain and up to Vail pass. The unit is very clean and beds were comfortable. There is a nice little outside porch area with a grill that we cooked up some burgers on a couple of nights. The kitchen has all the cookware you need as well as some spices. There are some soap pods for both the dishwasher and the washing machine also. Jeff was very quick getting back on any questions and we were allowed to check in early since there was nobody in the unit the day we arrived. We will certainly be looking at this property the next time we are in town.

Great central location

This is a great place to stay with a very thoughtful and easy going property manager. Perfect location in town on Main Street right across from a park. There are a few things that may help you if you are considering this listing. The shuttle stop is actually about 5 blocks away to get to Breckenridge. We found it more effective to go to the transit station to get the shuttle. Also it is not a cooks kitchen. There are a lot of bowls and plates, etc but the cooking utensils are lacking and the pans are difficult as everything sticks. No measuring cup, just dry food cups in 1/3 and 1 cup sizes. Spatulas are meant for the grill not pans etc. There are lots of nice spices and food items that have been left behind but check first to be sure you have what you need. We totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great location but needs some amenities

The condo itself is very nice but was lacking in expected amenities. Having rented conds through VRBO for the past 10 to 12 years I think I have a pretty good handle on what is normally provided. Here's the list: no Bedroom tv's, no vaporizer for second bedroom,, no Tissues, bathroom items (no Hand/body Lotion, no shower soap or hair conditioner, only 2 half rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, only 1 hair dryer with broken handle) no Dish Drying mat/rack, no Left over containers, no Foils/wraps/baggies, no Cup/glass coasters, Only 1 roll paper towels, No napkins, Only 3 placemats, could use more Seating in living area, track lighting in living area not working (owner was aware). The location is excellent and we loved having an elevator, but sorry to say will not rent this particular condo again.

Great potential

This is a large, well-laid out condo. With a couple of easily rectified omissions, it is very nicely equipped. The minor omissions are that the only measuring cups it has are 1/3 cup and one cup. In addition, it has an incomplete set of measuring spoons. These could easily be remedied with an expenditure of $10 or so and I hope the owner or property manager does so. The two king beds were comfortable and perfect for our party of two couples. That might be problematic for some families, but there are lots of condos for rent in Frisco that have different sleeping arrangements. The condo faces Main Street. Even with the sliding glass doors open, we slept fine. In cooler temperatures with the doors closed, I doubt anyone would be bothered with noise from the street. The only thing which really irritated us was that the description indicated covered parking in an underground parking garage. However, not too long before our visit, the owner informed us that work had just been scheduled on the garage and it wouldn’t be available to us. This required us to find on-street parking where we could park overnight. We found some about a block away, which wasn’t awful but wasn’t what we had expected based on the property description. All in all, this would have been an excellent value with a few minor changes, assuming that the parking situation has been rectified.

Sweet Underground Parking, Nicely Appointed Condo

If traveling to Frisco during the winter, I cannot emphasize how nice the underground parking was. It was fabulous to not get in a frozen vehicle. The condo is nicely furnished. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The building has an outdoor hottub that we used once. It was fun to have it lightly snowing and sit in the hot tub with a beverage after a day of skiing. There is a workout room in the building as well - it is small with a few pieces of equipment -but for anyone who works out it would be easiest enough to put together a routine to get your sweat on. It is hard to beat this location - right on Main Street Frisco - walking distance to plenty of shops, food, and drinks. Bread + Salt was a particularly delicious breakfast. Another place I love to eat in the area is Sunshine Cafe. This restaurant is more in Silverthorne but a great breakfast/lunch place. I never eat at any chain restaurants when traveling. We skied at Copper Mountain. Short drive down 70. For "once a year skiers" - we like the number of greens and blue runs and the layout of the resort. Unpretentious atmosphere. Parking is free in the Alpine lot and you do not have to wait long for the buses to shuttle you to mountainside. We rented our ski equipment from Pioneer sports the past two years. They have good prices, staff have always been nice. You can order online and schedule to pick up your equipment the day prior. I have visited the Frisco/Silverthorne area 4 times - 3 for skiing and once to run a 1/2 marathon with my sister in early summer. Breckenridge is a short drive away and if you have never been they have a fun Main Street shops, food, and drinks galore. During this trip, we went to Breck and they were have a snow sculpture competition. Vail is not far away although I have never made it there.
