Welcome to Bliss! Your new favorite beach vacation spot! Bliss was built in 2014 and is unique in that it was built with renters in mind. After years of renting homes within Seacrest, the owners knew what worked best for families and built it with the goal of both entertaining and serenity. With 2 living spaces - one on bottom floor, the other on top floor - porches galore and plenty of private sleeping areas, you will get your many moments of vacation. Whether you are watching the children zoom around on their bikes in the cul-de-sac as you swing on the covered front porch, or while you are making shrimp gumbo inside the big cook's kitchen, you will be in heaven! Bliss is located just one row off 30A so you will miss the street noise from 30A but keep the Gulf views. Bliss is steps to the beach and pool and perfectly placed between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. It is a short walk to Seacrest Village with its fun live music, restaurants and shopping. The 3-story custom home has an open floor plan and was built with easy living in mind, stylish yet simple.

* Bunk Room, 2nd Floor, 4 twin beds, separate hall entry bath with shower/tub combo

* Queen sleeper sofa, 3rd Floor with wet bar, mini fridge, 1/2 bath, private covered patio

BLISS FLOOR PLAN:

* 1st Floor *

Start on 1st floor with a covered wrap around porch with swing and plenty of chairs for adults and children alike. 2 beach bikes are provided to take in the sights and local fare. Relax on the 2 couches and armchair while watching the 50' flat screen Smart TV. Move in to a cook's kitchen with plenty of chef tools, keurig, microwave, large refrigerator with built in icemaker and filtered water, as well as a wine cooler. The kitchen island boasts 4 bar stools and to the side is your dining table with comfortable seating up to 10. Walk to the back of the house near foyer and you'll have our Queen bedroom with TV, closet, dresser, full bath and walk in shower.

* 2nd Floor *

Walk up to second level where there is an Ensuite Bedroom with King bed, TV, and private bath with walk in shower. Full size laundry room storing beach towels for your use. Next, you see the kid's bath with shower/tub combo. The bunk room is situated right next to the bath with 4 built in twin bunks, TV, 2 dressers and drawers in bunk. Last but certainly not least is the Master Bedroom with vaulted ceiling and King Bed. You have walk-in closet, Smart TV, huge private Master bath with huge tub, spacious walk in shower and private toilet. Off the Master is a private deck with views of the Gulf, outfitted with a chaise lounge and 2 chairs.

* 3rd Floor *

Walk to 3rd level, which we call the 'party room,' where surf dƩcor awaits you. A large, comfortable leather sleeper sofa, wet bar with mini refrigerator for easy living. A 1/2 bath and closet for those wanting to stay on top floor. Walk out to the BEST SPOT - a spacious covered patio with plenty of comfortable seating to gaze at the plentiful sunrises and sunsets of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Many memories await you!

This house is beautiful, convenient and amazingly equipped. Plenty of room to spread out. We loved all the porch space and the location. The home was clean and decorated really nice. The kitchen was really well equipped with all the dishes and platters and pots/pans we needed. We also used the really nice gas grill.

July 4th Great Family Beach Week

The Bliss beach house was perfect in every way for our group of 10 from three households. The house was big with beds and bathrooms for everyone. The beach, the pool, and shops are all in walking distance or biking if you wanted. Seacrest is a gem of a location between Rosmary and Alys. The Bliss owner was great to deal with. Fireworks were easily seen from the house or the beach and we did both. We will be repeat guests in the future.

Great house and location!

We loved this property! We've stayed in Seacrest many times, but this was by far this best location--we never rode the tram once because it was such an easy walk to the beach! The multiple outdoor spaces were wonderful for our group--the porch swing on the master bedroom porch was AMAZING! We traveled with two high schoolers, two college kids, and four adults, and not only did we never feel crowded, we felt like we had room to spare. Really appreciated the thoughtful communication from the owner. A fantastic trip all around--highly recommended.

Perfect stay

This was the smoothest experience on VRBO I have ever experienced. The property manager was prompt and responsive. Check in was easy. There is plenty of parking with room for at least 2 cars. The house is immaculate. Everything in the home seems new. The beds are comfortable and the house is very welcoming. It is a short walk to the beach and to all of the dining and shopping in Rosemary and Alys. We had a great stay!

Bliss was incredible! We stay in Seacrest every year, but this trip was the best yet. Wow! The house was so conveniently located, and took just minutes to access the beach and pool. The owner had everything we needed for the kitchen, bathrooms, etc, and the rooms were all so clean and cozy. We were so thankful for the 4 bikes! The

Beautiful & Comfortable for Groups!

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bliss over New Years, and I highly recommend this home! Listing and pictures were accurately represented, furniture & beds were all very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our group of 8 adults. It was nice to have multiple porches and the porch swings were a fun touch to our happy hour hang outs! Biking to nearby shopping was so much fun and this house is perfectly located in the midst of it all! Owner was super responsive to any questions. We also hired a private chef from Eclat 30a to cook for us on new years eve and couldn't have been more pleased, they were terrific! If you're looking for an intimate dinner option one night on your vacation I highly recommend that team!

Jamie's home was exactly as described. It was extremely clean inside and out and the location could not have been better. It was a short walk to both the pool and beach and there are plenty of beach chairs on-site (although it was easy to do the rental set-up which we did). It was a great stay and we will definitely return!

Perfect location and beautiful property

We had a great family vacation at Bliss. The house had more than enough space to accommodate our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and the closet full of beach and pool toys was a huge bonus. We also loved the wooden beach chairs. The location of the home is perfect. If the line to the bathroom at the beach was long, we could just walk home. The tram stop is right out the front door and they were always there within minutes. The location to the pool is also ideal. We really enjoyed the community and made friends with another family across the street. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we can't wait to come to Bliss again.

Love this house!

This was our second time staying at Bliss! The house has multiple areas to relax so the family was able to spread out and enjoy quiet time when needed. The location is perfect for our family. There is so much to do within a 5 minute walk that we didn't have to get in the car for days. Hope to be back soon!

We loved Bliss! This was our first time staying at the home but weā€™ve been coming to 30A for years. The location is perfect - a very easy walk to the beach and steps from the community pool entrance. The house was very well stocked, clean, and had plenty of space for our group. The owner was responsive and helpful. Check in was easy as was check out. We will definitely stay here again!

Great getaway home

This home was very comfortable, had all the amenities and a few perks (like the beautiful swing off the master and the amazing sunset views from the 3rd floor deck). It was on a relatively quiet street close to the main road, shopping and the beach. Bikes and beach chairs are included with the rental which is a huge savings overall. We will definitely return.

The home was exactly what we were looking for - well stocked, well located, and enough space for the eleven of us to spread out. The kids loved the bunk room and were amazed each bunk bed had its own, individual reading light. The porches are a great extension of the living space. Perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. Jamie was an excellent host - highly communicative and kind. A overall outstanding experience!

Seacrest North offers the peaceful neighborhood feel with quiet streets and the huge pool where you can either choose to relax (parents) or stay busy (kids). Seacrest provides the best location, walking distance to Seacrest Village, Rosemary, and Alys and a short distance to Seaside, Watercolor and Destin.

Established in 2014, Limited gulf view from the 3rd floor balcony, .25 mile walk to beach or optional free tram to beach, short walk to 12,000 square foot lagoon pools. Seating on all decks, wine fridge in cook's kitchen where island seats 4. Dining table seats up to 10 comfortably. Our home is comfortable and family friendly. It is on a quiet street so the children can safely ride bikes and our view of the Gulf is amazing. We designed this house to fit family and adult needs, with open-concept entertaining in mind. Each bedroom has HDTV and WiFi outfitted on each floor for the worker bees and iPad kiddos! We have an on-site handyman and 'gatekeeper,' both available 24/7 and do our very best to ensure every amenity is available.
