- Required minimum age to book is 25 years of age
- 1 person per 2 persons under the age of 25 are required to be on site
- Primary renter must be present during stay

A $500 security hold is placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damages are reported.
Legal photo ID and signed rental agreement required.
