Get a great taste of Seacrest Beach in this family friendly 5 Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bathroom vacation home with open floor plan, includes an attached Carriage House for extra space or for guests who may require some privacy.

Main House Layout:
First floor- includes Master Suite w/ King size bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi and tile shower with body jets. Open two french doors off the master suite to a private porch area. Laundry Room is located off of the spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Half bath located off kitchen w/ travertine tile. French doors and travertine tile throughout home and great natural light with large windows. Open dining room that seats 8 - additional seating for meals are available in kitchen. Living room that seats 8 with 48' flat screen mounted on wall. First floor has wrap around porch with ceiling fans.

Second Floor boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, one of which has a Jacuzzi tub. Access to second-floor outdoor porch area with ceiling fans. Sleeping options are king, queen, and twin bunk beds with Flat screen TV in each.

Private Carriage House - Queen bedroom suite with full bath and shower with body jets, complete kitchen, pull out couch in living room and access to private porch. Flat screen TV and ceiling fans.

Ideal Property - Best Host

Stayed at Seas the Moment in April 2025 with my children and spouses and grandchildren (ages 5 and under). Can't say enough about the quality of the property and the host. Great communication from start to finish. Property is as advertised and great for families with children. Perfect location: short stroll to the lagoon pool and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants/retail. The on-call community tram stop is across the street. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully supplied with an abundance of amenities: Keurig K-pods, beach towels and gear, highchair and pack n play, wine bar, and even large ice cubes for your evening cocktail. The hostess was extraordinary in communication. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking our next beach vacation at Seas the Moment.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We traveled to 30A on a family trip to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. We could not have been happier with the home, how well appointed it was and its proximity to the pool, beach and all of the shops in the pavilion and Rosemary Beach. The home was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep for the week, the home had an amazing coffee bar, plenty of cozy towels, beach toys, fantastic porches we spent hours on conversating and meeting neighbors. The whole area/community was so friendly and warm. The beach fills in early so I def recommend taking two chairs and an umbrella down early in the day, then venture back mid morning when you’re ready for fun on the sun. Publix is a short 10min drive to stock up, DoorDash, Uber easily available should you need. We will definitely be back and cannot thank Jill enough for her hospitality. Thank you!

Walking-friendly Vacation with Stellar Pool & Amazing Host!

If you're looking for a stay where you don't have to use your car, with the most lovely front porch, a stellar pool, and the most conscientious host, pick this one! We had a total of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 4 at this property, and everyone was comfortable, had plenty of space, and enjoyed every minute. Jill is so responsive and truly cares about making your stay comfortable, up to snuff, and addressing any concern. During our stay, our internet wasn't working, and not only did Jill coordinate to have Viacom come fix it, she also sent us a HUGE Publix delivery of chocolates as a consolation prize for dealing with bad internet -- what a sweet treat and lovely gesture! The house was clean, open and airy, easy to move around in, easy to go in and out, and nicely located in the neighborhood for an easy walk to Rosemary Beach and Peddler's when wanted to be out and about. Note: Seacrest Beach community's beach access is tricky - it's a ~1/2 mile tram ride or walk (all flat and the tram is awesome!) to the beach access, and then when you get there, you have to walk down a steep set of stairs that takes you over the steep dune, and then La Dolce Vita Beach is crowded - beach chairs and people all up next to each other. But, the sugary sand and wonderful, refreshing, clear, delightful water is worth it...for a day or two. We spent a lot of our time at the incredible community pool and on the lovely front porch at Jill's house. Easy living for sure!

Rainy days at the beach

We chose Seas the Moment because of the floor plan and proximity to the pool. The house was well appointed and stocked with all we needed. Kitchen equipment, beach towels, beach chairs and paper products. The living area was very comfy and enough seating for all of us. Nice wraparound porch yo watch the people go by. Our ages ranged from 6-80 and grandparents and the grandparents lucked out with the carriage house. When I contacted Kill about the grill not working, she quickly had lighters delivered to us and some snack foods. We would definitely return here. We know she could not control the weather, but we were equipped with games and puzzles.

Outstanding Stay

We have stayed in this neighborhood 10-15 times and this house is one of the best we have stayed in. Location to the pool was super convenient and the walk to the beach was easy. We rarely used the tram because the ease of the walk. Property was super clean and actually as depicted in the pics. Comes with lots of accessories like beach chairs, toys, towels, etc. Often times, our VRBO rentals, end up being with an actual rental company. What really set this property apart was rent directly with the owner. Jill was amazing from the start. Great communication before, during and after our stay. Super responsive and very attentive. She is truly invested in her guests having an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Great House

The house was great. Location within Seacrest was nice. The walk to the beach was not bad. Consider renting beach chairs and umbrella during peak weeks. The house was very well equipped with kitchen items and beach items. The host was very available and accommodating. We had our bikes stolen from the driveway of the house. It backs up to a park with a lot of kids so be sure to lock your bikes. Other than that we had a great week.

Just what we needed!

Our family is expanding and we were needing more beds! The carriage house and twin bed room were great, in addition to the traditional bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The location to the pool and beach was so easy that our 86 year-old grandmother could easily walk to both places. EVERYONE had such a great week!

Great spot in Seacrest!

The SEAS the MOMENT stay was great and having stayed at a number of properties in the Watercolor/Seaside/Rosemary beach area I will hit a few of the highlights that set this home apart from most. First, the owner provided lots of important information ahead of arrival which is important to arrange rental bikes, beach chairs, dinners, etc. Communication throughout our stay was also great. The home is immaculately kept, well maintained and very well stocked with kitchen items, beach equipment, coolers, grill, beach towels and a great set up for TV/cable. The location is also great - the distance to the beach is very walkable as is Seacrest Village. The community pool is literally across the street and it was a short bike ride to Rosemary Beach. A super comfortable home for families.

Family Beach Trip 2021

The property was everything and more as listed! Beautiful furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, so much room for everyone. This was the nicest house we have rented in the 7 years we have been coming to Seacrest Beach. We can’t wait to rent next summer.

Wonderful Birthday with my Family

I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing house this is, the house and Carriage house were perfect for the 9 adults and 2 children. The owner was so responsive and went out of her way to make us comfortable and feel the most welcome. I highly recommend this house and the owner as the the manager was a complete bonus. Thank you Jill for helping make my birthday week fabulous. There were toys on the porch for my little nephew and the baby gate to block the stairs for both of them. We played games and cards and it was perfect.

Very nice property with great location.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. This is a very nice property located within walking distance to the beach, a huge community swimming pool, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent vacation spit

Property and amenities were as described. Location made it easy to get to the beach and pool. Appreciated the beach toys and chairs. Open floor plan made it great for visiting.

PERFECT "beach adjacent" home in Seacrest!

We (three couples in our 50s) loved this property. Our criteria for choosing a house was that each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom and this home was perfect. We reserved the entire property (there is a carriage house above the garage) and we were glad we did. Even though the carriage house has a separate entry, it would have felt less private if it were being rented by someone else during our stay. The home was well stocked with toilet paper, coffee filters, dish soap; more than many rentals provide. It was spacious and comfortable, we had lots of room to spread out and the porches are beautiful! There is a small park behind the property with a big flat green space that's also very nice. The shuttle to the beach is right across from the house, so no walking to the shuttle. We never used it as it was less than 10 minutes to just walk to the beach. In the aerial view of the property, it looks like it's much farther to the beach than it actually is. The property owner was fabulous to work with, very responsive to all of our needs before the trip, and to our small service request during the trip. We highly recommend this lovely home!

Perfect family Vacay retreat

This was the perfect house for our family getaway! My brother’s family and ours settled in comfortably and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. This house is well appointed with all the comforts of home! The location is perfect and it’s easily walkable to the beach as well as many restaurants and shops. The owner is exceptional!! She made our stay here feel like we were staying with her family...she’s precious and made sure our every need was attended to. We will be back soon!

A Week for Creating Memories!

We had a wonderful time at Seacrest Beach and Jill’s ‘Seas the Moment’ was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children! We were close to the pool, the bike rentals and 100’ from the tram stop to the beach, although we preferred the short walk. Jill was happy to answer any of our questions and very genuine in her desire for us to enjoy our week in her home.

We had an amazing stay at your home! The house gave us more then enough room and was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the front porch, riding bikes, and the quick walk to the beach. The location is perfect! The beach is close, lagoon pool is the best in Northwest Florida, and you cant beat the amount of entertainment in the local area around Seacrest Beach. Its a very safe neighborhood with security watch. There is no limit to the amount of fun that can be had by people of all ages here!
