It is an end unit located on the ground floor and has a nice patio for enjoying your morning coffee while reflecting on and reliving the yesterday's adventures or simply enjoying the quiet calm that makes the Aspens neighborhood such a desirable location. There is a queen bedroom, full bath and laundry room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the open living area. You'll find a wood fireplace, large flat screen TV, dining table for 6 and a pullout sofa along with a built in twin bed to accommodate 5 comfortably in the living space as well.

- Electric vehicles are not permitted to be plugged into the parking lot outlets in the Aspens
- Pets are not permitted at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals short-term rental properties. Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and required paperwork
- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact our office for guidance
- Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and are subject to homeowner approval
