Villa Olive Gardens - with swimming pool, sea view and complete privacy

Villa Olive Gardens is build in July 2018 and represents a piece of modern luxury on the Dalmatian coast. Villa is situated in a residential area, quiet and peaceful, with sea views. Surrounded by trees perched on a hillside with spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea. With large terrace, parking space, olive gardens, BBQ with covered outside seating area and inviting swimming pool it has all the facilities to let you enjoy your holiday with family.

The villa is tastefully furnished with modern appliances and fully air-conditioned to provide a cool atmosphere even in the height of the summer months.

Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living room with kitchen and dining room. With large glass walls living room is connected with outdoor BBQ terrace and swimming pool area.

The second part of the ground floor is designed as 3 sleeping rooms with 3 bathrooms. Villa is comfortable for 6 persons in 3 double bed rooms and 2 people can sleep in extra sofa bed in the living room. Each room is equipped with Sat-TV, wardrobe, towels and sheets.

Outdoor area of the house consists:
Pool area with swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, rattan furniture.
BBQ area, covered terrace with table and chairs.
Gardens with olive trees
Parking space for 5 cars
Children playground with slide, trampoline and swing

Whole property and villa is available for guests and you have complete privacy.

We will be available to our guest for any kind of help or information they need.

HOUSE RULES:
We allow one small dog maximum up to 6-7kg maximum. Also, in case you bring dog, before making your reservation please tell us so that we can expect that the pet come with you.

No smoking inside of the villa.

No party or loud music in period between 23:00h - 09:00h.

In case of damage the villa or assets, you are personally responsible for covering the damage.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE:
We can arrange for you taxi transfer from airport to our villa, also if you are interested we directly cooperate with agencies that organize trips to the Krka Waterfalls or boat trips to the islands.

Wonderful villa!

Beautiful villa with great view of the sea. Host was great, gave us a wonderful welcoming and send off. Very nice people! Quite area but not too far from split and found other less touristy beaches with lots of things for the kids, near by, within 5-10 minutes. We'd definitely stay here again.

Julija ensured we had an outstanding experience in a wonderful, secluded villa with exceptional views. The property is stunningly gorgeous, like-new, well-maintained, and equipped for a relaxing stay. She's thought of everything you might need during your visit. The air conditioning is robust, and amenities are plenty. With 4 of us, we always had hot water for showers. Enjoy your meals on the back veranda, and don't forget to relax down by the pool. The activities are endless, whether you're enjoying the villa or taking day trips down to the coast to catch a relaxing meal by the Adriatic. Highly recommend a trip to the nearby old-town Trogir island. They have TVs, but we found no need, given the wonderful weather and outdoor areas to enjoy...that's where you found us. Highly recommend this villa...best yet!

Superb property. Owners couldn’t do enough for us. Our flight was diverted and we didn’t arrive until 1am. They kindly waited to let us in and show us everything. Accommodation is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners left a huge fruit bowl, sweets for our children and cakes for us to enjoy. When we left they were helpful. They even posted back three pairs of shorts my partner had left at the villa. Absolutely cannot fault them. A gorgeous villa with stunning views. You need a car but it’s such a beautiful place to return to after the crowds and heat at the beach. A real hidden gem. Having everything there on arrival was so much better than arriving and the. Having to buy all the essentials. Fantastic villa-cannot recommend it enough! Thank you

The house & pool were beautiful. It was very hot so we appreciated the air conditioning in each bedroom. The host was very accommodating with our arrival times & left fruit, juice & cake for us upon arrival. Kitchen was well equipped & we cooked on the outside stove. We had a lovely stay.

Sehr wunderschöne Villa, in der das Wohlbefinden, Ruhe, Erholung und große Privatsphäre garantiert sind. Unser kleiner Hund Simba fühlte sich sich in seinem neuen Ferienhaus ab sofort sehr wohl und sehr sicher. Ich als große Schwimmerin und begeisterte Köchin genoss die wunderbare Ausstattung der modernen Küche und den Pool zum Schwimmen und Aquagym. Julia und ihre Mutter haben uns mit gebackenen Köstlichkeiten ganz herzlich empfangen

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren zu viert über 3 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus - es gab nix zu meckern, alles modern, sauber, schöne Sicht aufs Meer und in den Berg, sauberer Pool, nette Gastgeber, gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck, viele Handtücher - so darf Urlaub immer sein.

Ein tolles Haus mit sehr schönem Aussicht.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Das Haus war einfach perfekt. Super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Toller Pool mit ausreichend Liegen, gemütliche Sitzecke unter den Olivenbäumen und eine fantastische Aussicht. Genau so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es gab nichts, was man bemängeln könnte. Eine fantastische Unterkunft zum Ausruhen und genießen. Bei der Ankunft würden wir ganz herzlich von der Vermietern begrüßt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Alles in allem hat alles gepasst. Küche gut ausgestattet, 3 Bäder für 3 Schlafzimmer top, Pool angenehm, extra WC am Pool. Privatsphäre zu 100% durch die Lage. Dadurch wird aber für Besorgungen etc. ein Auto benötigt. Flughafen in der Nähe. Hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört. Fußläufige Erreichbarkeit von täglichem Bedarf schwierig. Tipp:

A fantastic week in Croatia, villa Olive Garden

A very nice house, the view over the ocean was fantastic and the pool was great. The host was very nice and we felt so welcomed. We really recommend villa Olive Garden as the place to be if you like peace and quiet and a beautiful view.

Wir waren 10 Tage vor Ort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Egal ob am Pool oder in der umliegenden Gegend. Fragen oder auch Probleme wurden immer sehr schnell von Julia beantwortet bzw. geklärt. Wir können das Haus Olive Gardens zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic private villa with fabulous sea views

We had a wonderful time at this villa for two weeks. The villa is contemporary with air conditioning in every room. It is very private and tranquil with amazing views of the sea. As the villas name suggests the gardens are full of olive trees which give a wonderful natural shade around the pool. Our host, Julija, was very attentive from the superbly stocked cupboards and welcome charcuterie and cake, to booking restaurants for us when we couldn’t get in contact with them or coming out immediately to show us an alternative route to the main road when the usual one had road works blocking the road. We definitely hope to return there in the future.

Super host, nice house, far away location

My friendgroup of 6 girls and I really enjoyed our stay in Villa Olive Gardens! It’s a nice place for larger groups, and Julija was a super host! The only downside of the house is, that it’s pretty far away from everything, even the supermarket was further away than expected, and we relied heavily on taxis. So if you’re looking for a sunny pool vacation this is definitely the villa for you!

Dear Caroline, it was really nice to met and host you at our place. As you have seen in the pictures the villa is not located in the city center but on an elevated hill in nature with a view. It takes 5 minutes to drive straight down the street to the first market, but it takes much longer to walk because the return to the hill is steep and not flat road. All you need is there !

I rented this villa with a group of 7 friends around 19 years old, it was awesome. Even the photos aren't able to convey the beauty of the view between the sea and the moutains. When I say that all you need is there, I really mean it. No matter who you are, you'll find what you want here whether you want to relax or to party. The villa is modern, you find all the equipment you'll need and everything is clean. The owners are really nice, they welcomed us very well and even when we had problems caused by us they were very understanding. The only difficulty experienced was to find the villa the first day but it is well located to be lonely in the mountain and near to Split. We would rent this villa again if we come back in Croatia without any hesitation.

Super vacances

Nous avons loué la villa pour une semaine pour 6 personnes, c'était top. Les photos ne sont pas menteuses. C'est exactement pareil sur place. La cuisine est très bien équipée, c'est agréable à cuisiner. Les 3 salles de bains sont spacieuse. Les chambres bien équipées. La terrasse avec le grille est top pour les repas. Le coin piscine est reposant. Il y a très peu de voisinage donc c'est très tranquille. Je conseille d'avoir une voiture, c'est bien pratique, vu l'emplacement. Je peux que vous recommander cette villa, je la reloue avec plaisir et sans hésitation pour un prochain voyage en Croatie. Et le contact avec les propriétaires et gérant immobilier ont toujours été agréable.

Relaxation and tranquility

Easy booking and good communication. The villa is contemporary and well maintained, with everything you could possibly need. Nice pool and gardens, well stocked kitchen, air conditioning throughout and three bathrooms (one for each bedroom). A lovely location if you need to get away and breathe a little - we walked to supermarkets and used Uber to get back, but if you want to explore then a car is necessary. If I were to criticise anything then it would simply be the need for more sun-beds by the pool - we were a party of 6 but there were only 4 - we worked with it but having enough for all guests would have been better. The pool was essential to keep cool in the summer heat and was completely private - no other property overlooked the villa and the views down to the sea were wonderful. We would definitely recommend Villa Olive Gardens for those who don’t want to be in the middle of a busy town and can be self sufficient.
