Near by local grocery store and few steps away great Cuban coffee and sandwich shop.You will find yourself within walking or biking distance to all Key West has to offer.

Bedroom has queen size bed with memory foam mattress and fine linens.
This unit has two Smart TV's and Washer / Dryer.

Private Patio/Outdoor Area.

Excellent stay.

The property managers are right around the corner, so any minor problems are handled immediately. The property itself is well kept and centrally located just off Route 1 in Old Town Key West. Close enough to get to Duval St. or the beaches. This is the second time rental for us at this location, and would recommend it to anyone without reservation.

Fun Stay in Key West

We really enjoyed our stay. Rental was clean, comfortable, and affordable for Old Town Key West. Walked to the wharf, to Duval St. and Smathers Beachā€¦many, many times. We would definitely stay here again.

Mango Tree Cottage

Although this cottage was more of an apartment in the rear of the property, it has undergone a very nice renovation, perfect for a couple. Great location near grocery, bakery, convenience store, cafe and restaurant. Our host was readily available and most accommodating. Nice fenced in side yard was definitely a bonus. We would certainly stay here again.

Fabulous find in Key West

We stayed in the apartment May 1-29, 2023 and was very pleased. This place was very clean, great location. The fenced in yard was great for our Yorkie to run around in. Easy walking distance virtually anywhere on the island. Close to Duval ST. and the beach. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Excellent location!! Really cute!

The location was great! Within walking distance of restaurants. Grocery store across the street, next to Sandyā€™s Cafe and Key West Cupcakes. Parking was at times a challenge but if you walk everywhere or Uber itā€™s not a problem

Beautiful Home in central location

Stayed in this wonderful, centrally located island home from mid-March 2023 through mid-April 2023. Walkable and bikable to all of Key West. Home was perfect for the two of us and our kitties. Lovely private back yard with amazing shade trees. Owner was very prompt with anything we needed. Highly recommend this home!

Great Conch House on White Street

This is a perfect, updated house for a single person or a couple. We had our small dog with us and we all loved the private yard. The living space was quite sufficient, and there is plenty of storage in the kitchen. This unit is centrally located on White Street and we walked every day. Our neighbors (front and rear units) were exceptional We loved our six weeks in Key West!

Empty Nesting

Great little property in Key West. Perfect for a couple and small dog. The kitchen and living space along with laundry were perfectly sized. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. My only interior suggestion would be a more comfortable deeper cozy couch. Full disclosure that this is an apartment one of two in this house. The front porch is for the other apartment. This apartment is in the back of a shared house. The driveway accommodates one car, first come first serve or street parking on a very busy street. Not ideal if using your car daily. Scooters fit for both tenants so that was not a problem. We did have a small issue during our stay .. the fire alarms went off on a Sunday @4:30pm. I was there alone that weekend after calling and texting the owner several times that evening I did not get a response until Monday. I went and borrowed a ladder from Sandy's cafe next door and purchased $25 in 9V batteries to replace. Not an ideal evening spent. Life happens though. Last through no fault of the owners there is a large Sapodilla tree above the apartment it's my understanding it's protected however...the fruit falling at night during the ripe season of September jolts you out of bed. During storms it sounds like softballs hitting the roof. We did get used to it. Overall this a very charming, private property that is well maintained in a nice location.

Great find in Key West

I stayed in this unit for the month of April 2022 and was very pleased with the location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the owner. Although it's on a busy street, it was very quiet and having the fenced in yard and parking were both a real plus. I would recommend this unit to anyone seeking a one bedroom unit that is in an excellent location.

Great place!

This is a GEM!! You are walking/biking distance to everywhere in Key West. Duval Street is about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride, Higgs beach is even closer. This is great because parking can get very tricky and Key West is very bike friendly. Sandy's cafƩ is right next door and has great food. Oasis is very good too! We will be back! :)

Loved my stay!!

This cottage is perfect in every way! The photoā€™s looked so nice, that I was almost afraid it wouldnā€™t live up to my expectations - and it exceeded them!! The kitchen is amazing! The high ceilings make it feel bigger than it is. I especially loved having the private backyard! The location is convenient to restaurants and beaches! I hope to be back some day!!

Charming cottage in central location

Fabulous stay at charming cottage in an amazing, central location. Bike everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Fausto's grocery across the street, incredible Cuban coffee next door and the beach a 5 min bike ride away (or 15 min walk). Nice little fenced yard, perfect for hanging out and for our dog.

The Conch House on White Street

Beautiful comfortable ā€œhomeā€. Surrounded by good restaurants & a small grocery store. About a 10 minute walk to the Duval Loop that will take you all over Old Town. Land lord was helpful & within easy reach if you needed anything. My husband & l enjoyed our 1 month stay!!!

A very nice place to stay!

This is a perfect apartment for a couple. It is very clean. The appliances are modern and of good quality and the bed is very comfortable . Although it is located on a busy street the back apartment is very private and quiet inside. Convenient location to church , beaches , and stores. Leva is friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Key West

The apartment presents exactly as it appears in the photos. It was a great home away from home for us. The unit is well equipped, clean & comfortable. We really enjoyed the secluded yard space for grilling, hanging out, & it certainly made things easier for our dog. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Great place, great location, great time!

We had a great month at this great little house. Leva was great to deal with and helpful. The house is close to restaurants and with a car/scooter you can get to DuVall St, beaches and most of all the attractions in 10 minutes.

We purchased this property in 2006. Original building got damaged short after in hurricane Wilma. In 2010 we moved Building from 819 Olivia street, Key West to today's location 1018 White street. This building was built in 1892 and consider to be part of old historical Key West. In End of 2016 we finally completed full renovation of this beautiful house! We are very proud to say we did it!
This house is ready to accommodate guests who would like to come down to Key West and enjoy relaxed island style living.
