Are you looking for the perfect getaway on the cape with everything that Nickerson state park and Cape Cod has to offer? Look no further. Take full advantage of the thousands of acres that Nickerson has while living in a clean, spacious home. This house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with Nickerson state park literally in the backyard. If you're looking for close access to the Cape Cod bike trail then this is your spot, the bike trail runs through the back yard of the home.

This is a perfect house for a family and kids! A large deck overlooking the back yard and state forest is perfect for entertaining and BBQ'ing. It's also perfect for keeping an eye on the family that is exploring the forest! No need to pick the bikes up, put them in the car and drive to the bike trail. Just walk your bike through the yard and you're on the trail that connects you to the many miles of trails!

The house also has a perfect great room which the entire family can use to relax after those long days at the beach and park. The great room has a working fire place and french doors that open up to the large deck! It's perfect for entertaining family and friends.

The house also offers a fantastic sun room which lets in natural light all throughout the day.

The home is located in a perfect spot close to downtown Brewster and 2.9 miles from Orleans. This makes it easy to access shops, restaurants, the general store, coffee shops and more. Also the town beaches are within very short driving distance! Looking explore more? Orleans center and Chatham center are also in very close driving distance which makes it easy to see everything the cape has to offer.

This is a new property so we don't have any reviews yet. But we do have another property if you're interested in seeing the reviews. All of our properties are managed to provide an immaculate interior and exterior and a spectacular Cape Cod experience. Many amenities are provided

We will definitely be back! We arrived to a,nice bottle of local wine, CC coffee, and a blueberry loaf with a thoughtful note card. There was even fresh cream in the frig. What a beautiful getaway with our friends and our dogs. The house has a beautiful all weather sunroom overlooking Nicketson State Park, a nice kitchen with a great table for dining and evening games and a working fireplace keeping us cozy after long beach walks and park hikes. We literally walked out the door, into Nickerson and down to the lake early morning. CC national shore points are close by as us Crosby's landing. Orleans is close as is the Harwich conservation area. The location is exceptional. What a find! Thankful for our hiker's paradise vacation

The home was comfortable and pet friendly. We did bring blankets and beds for our 2 dogs. Loved how peaceful the street and yard was backing up to Nickerson State Park. The sunroom and living room were both airy and inviting.We would definitely stay here again!

The property is always very clean and well kept. Dog friendly as well which is always an added bonus. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.

Maison typique, fonctionnelle, très bien équipee

Les sentiers et pistes cyclables passent juste derrière la maison. Maison très bien située pour visiter Cape Cod, jamais très loin des sites à et plages.

wonderful house and location

Perfect location

The house was perfect for our 4 adult one child party. Access to Nickerson was a bonus. Very clean and well equipped. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Slight glitch on the lockbox code but solved quickly. Discrepancy on the checkout time between owner materials and the confirmation details. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place!

It was great for a family retreat - we had 6 total staying in the house - the 3 young boys (teen and tweens) had a blast exploring the trails behind the house. Great mid cape location, quiet street and thanks for letting us bring our beloved pups. Very clean - highly appreciate that and the treats!

Winter visit

Our family stayed here because of the memorial service of another family member. The house looked as pictured and was a comfortable space for the 5 of us. The easy access to a trail near Nickerson Park was a plus.

Perfect for the holiday

We were visiting family for the holiday and needed a house for us that would be ok with our dogs. The house was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for all of us. It was a nice neighborhood, quiet and easy to walk around. We did have a problem finding the house in the dark, numbers at the end of the driveway would have been helpful. We had to use flashlights to find the key box, hoping we were at the right house. The beds could be upgraded, but everything the rest of the furniture was fine.

This was a great placeand a great location. The only thing i would change is put the street number prominently at the beginning of the driveway l, both my husband and i our friends went by it the first time.

Lovely home

The home was very clean, honestly one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and in a nice quiet location. We enjoyed the yummy treats left for us which were a nice added touch. The door code was a bit confusing with the email we received but everything worked out in the end. I’d highly recommend this property.

Tournament weekend! ⚽️

We were up for a long weekend for a soccer tournament. We were able to host my daughters team one night for hotdogs and s’mores. It was rainy and we were able to comfortably accommodate the team inside. The girls also got to enjoy the park and trail. The neighborhood is great and it was easy to get to all her games. The house was super clean, and we had nice goodies left for us. My only complaint was that the listing said there was a fire pit amd that the outdoor furniture had already been put away for the winter. Otherwise amazing home, great hosts - we will be back!

Oysterfest

We came for a long weekend to enjoy oysterfest in Wellfleet. The house is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay on Cape Cod.

Perfect Location!

You couldn't get a better location for all the activities on Cape Cod. This home is perfect! It sits right on Nickerson State Park with convenient access to the Cape Cod rail trail, paved bike trails within Nickerson and the surrounding towns. You could literally bike anywhere you wanted to go. The home itself was very clean and comfortable, it felt like home. The hosts left us the most amazing wine from Truro Vineyards, a scrumptious apple loaf bread and a beautiful handmade card. We will definitely be returning!

A weekend of bliss

My stay at this lovely home was restorative and relaxing. The house was spotless, great location and comfortable. The home backs the Nickerson walking trail so I was able to wake up and take a walk rain or shine. I would recommend this home to any group. Lovely quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful Home

I wanted to return home for the holidays. This home was a wonderful retreat. Celebrating the holidays here was perfection. The host was compassionate, made the stay comfortable and very responsive and wonderful. I would stay here again, if I weren’t moving back home again. The home has everything you could possibly need or want. Just incredible.

Great family memories made

We loved staying at this clean and quiet family home while visiting Cape Cod. The communication was great and we loved all of the yummy goodies the host left for us. I would recommend this property to anyone!

My wife and I purchased this property in 2017. We both grew up on the cape and its our favorite place to be in the Spring Summer and Fall. We currently live in a small town South of Boston which makes it easy to visit the cape frequently!

We were drawn to Red Fawn because of the location. The fact that the house is sitting right ontop of Nickerson state forest was a big draw for us. We love the outdoors and Nickerson's bike trails and walking trails is the perfect getaway for us. We also love to go swimming in the freshwater lakes that are located in the park after a long day at the beach! Best of all is access to both the town of Orleans along with the beaches of both Brewster and Orleans- ie Breakwater Beach (3.9 miles), Crosby Landing Beach (1.8 miles), Skaket Beach (4.3 miles) and Nauset Beach (7.0 miles).

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Large back deck with a BBQ attached to the great room makes it extremely easy to go inside and outside.
Looking off the back porch to Nickerson is something that you just don't see on the cape!
Being able to access the bike trail was a huge draw for us!
Central Air Conditioning in every room.
Beautiful Sunroom with great sunlight.
Clean home with 3 bedrooms gives everyone a comfortable place to sleep.
Close to all the great attractions of both Brewster and Orleans
