Villa Paradise

Villa Paradise is situated in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Sitges and just 3 blocks back from golden beaches and the warm Mediterranean sea. The cafes, boutiques, restaurants and other attractions of Sitges town center are a pleasant 10-minute stroll away.

The villa offers 350 sqm of contemporary Mediterranean style living with bright white walls, cool tiled floors and large, light open-plan living spaces. The furnishings are both luxurious and modern and the villa is fully equipped to the high standards expected of a premium quality holiday home.
The villa offers luxurious accommodation arranged over two floors as follows;

GROUND FLOOR
The over sized front door leads into a spacious and bright hallway. A door to the left leads to the open plan living area and straight ahead is the first of the beautiful master suites. This is a large and bright suite with sliding doors along the length of one wall providing direct access to the gardens. This suite has a walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom.

The living space is comprised of 2 large and interconnected living rooms and a separate dining room. Both living rooms are fully equipped with comfortable sofas and contemporary style seating, low tables and ambient lighting as well as double French doors leading to the pool and garden area.

The bright and spacious dining room has a large dining table with 8 comfortable dining chairs. This room can be accessed either from one of the living rooms or from the kitchen.

The spacious and stylish kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 5-ring induction, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker and can be accessed either via hallway leading from the first living room or from the dining room. The kitchen also has direct access to the outside space.

A few steps up from the second living room is the second spacious bedroom suite, complete with en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes and views over the gardens.

Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and 2 additional bathrooms. One bathroom is adjacent to the twin bedroom and the other has a door to the outside space making it convenient for use from the garden and pool area.

UPPER FLOOR
The upper floor of the villa offers a further three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are spacious and bright and lead out to a large terrace that wraps around three sides of the villa and overlooks the gardens and pool area.

The villa is set within 2,500 sqm of beautiful landscaped gardens with level lawns, impressive palm trees and pretty Mediterranean plants.

The center-piece of the garden has to be the fantastic 18m x 5m private swimming pool with ample space for sunbathing all around. There are plenty of stylish sun loungers and poolside seating for relaxing in the sun.

There are 2 covered terraces; one ideal for dining with large dining table and seating for 12 guests and use of a BBQ, and the other a stylish covered chill-out area complete with low level seating and coffee tables provinding the perfect space for relaxing out of the hot afternoon sun.
The gardens are flat and provide a place for the children to run and enjoy themselves safely.

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa has A / C in the living room, dining area all double bedrooms. Twin Bedrooms have fans for guest comfort.
Only the ground floor of Villa Paradiso is suitable for elderly and wheelchair users. The villa is for families only.
There is secure and private off-street parking for 3 cars and plenty of on-street parking around the villa.
