Peaceful Lake House - Perfect for the Whole Family!

Spacious & fully updated lake house with 5,400 square feet that sleeps up to 24! This property boasts 225 feet of lake frontage and is situated on over an acre of land! 50 ft of sandy beach is located directly in front of the walkout. Beach area includes two docks on either side. Also, fire pit and beach chairs are onsite. Views of the lake can be seen from every bedroom! Beautiful lake views can also be seen from the kitchen, dining room, living room, screen room and walk out. Cable and wifi included. Washer and dryer included. Heat throughout. Central air conditioning also. There are 5 bedrooms, a loft and 4 full bathrooms, one including jacuzzi tub. Game room includes fully equipped pool table, card table, shuffle board table, air hockey & Foosball table. Second full size refrigerator is located in the lower level kitchenette along with a second dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. Balcony off third floor bedroom, deck all along main floor and patio from walkout. Deck on main floor provides ample space for outdoor dining, lounging and enjoying gorgeous views of the lake including 4 tables with 16 chairs, 4 lounge chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs. Plenty of parking at entrance to property. Attach garage accessible. Only 15 minutes from downtown Cadillac. Enjoy shopping, ice cream, or dining out at many of Cadillac's local restaurants. Location is convenient to both Caberfae and Crystal Mountain ski resorts, and short drives to Lake Michigan and Traverse City. Also included are 4 adult sized single kayaks, 6 adult tandem kayaks, 2 kid kayaks, 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards and a row boat. Recently added to ensure your comfort and relaxation include a whole house generator and an outdoor 7 person hot tub. Whether swimming, boating, fishing, skiing or just getting away to relax in some peace and quiet, the lake house has something for everyone!

Incredibly well equipped kitchen, great for cooking for a large group. Very clean, loved that there were plentiful towels and extra sheets, pillows and blankets. Very comfy beds and extra cots plenty of couches and sitting areas. Did have a few hiccups with Internet service and a few weather related ice storm problems but host was very kind and responsive. Would love to stay again.

This was the best stocked house we ever rented.It was fantastic There was 17 of us .we had more than enough space.,everyone enjoyed it. You only need your clothes and food, Toys and games are plenty.

Our family had a wonderful time. This place had enough room for all 22 of us! It was VERY well supplied with everything you could think of. There was plenty for the kids to do in the game room and was large enough that we weren't under each other's feet. The yard was big and there were lots of outside things for eveyone to do or you could relax on the large deck.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean, as described, and the kitchen included everything we could ever need. Kids, teens, and adults enjed the game room, pickleball, kayaking, and the short walk to the swim area.

Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay. The fully stocked kitchen and large dining area made feeding time very easy.Everyone enjoyed the multiple kayaks, and numerous amounts of children toys allowed for continuous fun for the young ones. The large amount of space provided plenty of room for all. The game room was a big hit for the kids, with pool and air hockey providing the most competitive fun.Plenty of deck space with tables and chairs made chilling outside very relaxing.It was a great week. Thank you.

We had a great experience!!! Cannot say enough good things about this house and the host. It’s close to caddliac and made it a great place to stay even in the winter. It was very accommodating do our multi family group. We were very comfortable. The game room is a huge plus. We will stay here again!

The house on Sapphire Lake

We had 18 family members with us,from a newborn to seniors! The home was perfect! We had so much fun together, from eating family meals with everything we needed for preparations, family games together in all the spacious areas, plenty of sleeping places for all of us, kyacking,sitting around the fire pit,the hot tub,the game room, the full array of kids toys and games. We didn’t lack for nothing. We took day trips to Manistee,Traverse City and Cadillac. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend this home!

Exceptional amenities. Plenty of activities inside and outside. Spacious. Only drawback was the water out front but the community beach was great. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Venue to gather Family

We brought a small family reunion of Grandma and Grandpa plus five young families. This property had everything we wanted or needed, and we felt silly packing some of the things that were just here for us. Great location, perfect for young kids, very peaceful during our late August stay. Can't think of enough great things to say, highly recommend.

Perfect Bachelor Pad

I booked this home for my brother-in-laws bachelor party and it could not have worked out better. Everyone enjoyed the home and everything it had to offer. I highly recommend this place for any mass gatherings moving forward.

Great place to stay for a summer family vacation. There were 10 of us - 6 adults and four children. Our children and teenage grandchildren used the kayaks and paddle boards every day. They discovered the sand bar around the corner from the cottage and took inner tubes with them and swam there. We used the sandy area for corn hole and catch, had tournaments in the downstairs game room and used the very large table area on the main floor porch for family games and puzzles. After a day on the water everyone enjoyed going in the hot tub just to relax. We are a family who likes to cook so we really enjoyed the size of the kitchen and all it had to offer as well as the grill and all the tables on the porch. We did have a problem getting the tv to work but were able to watch movies via the fire stick. All in all we had a wonderful vacation. The sad part is it’s already booked for next summer until mid August.
More than enough kayaks. 2-paddle boards.
Great game room on lower level.
Good view of living area.
Very roomy kitchen with enclosed screened porch thru the window.

Excellent week!! The house was huge, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed the hot tub, the games on the lower level, kayaks, paddle boards, the fire pit, or just relaxing on the deck. So great to have the whole family together!

Great property, large layout with plenty of space for everyone in our group. All the amenities you would need. Plenty of dishes and things you need for a large group. Awesome home with all the necessities

We had 16 people stay at the house for a long weekend. We enjoyed kayaking, playing outdoor yard games, bonfires, the hot tub, grilling, and golfing at local course. The house was very well equipped for our group and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. This is a great house for a large group. Julia was pleasant to communicate with and even left a goodie bag for me (that hasn't been done before from a host). I would recommend this place for anyone and we are interested in coming back!

Great family resort

Very family oriented resort. Baby friendly including gates, pack n plays, food trays. spacious for our 10 grandchildren ages 1-9. House is well furnished with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped with every appliance pots, pans large dishes, spices, crockpots, and roaster. Big sandy area, however not good for swimming. Water is very mucky. Great beach down the road. Fishing wasn’t great. Worth the rental cost.

I highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group. There is so much space in the yard for group activities. We enjoyed playing bocce ball, beersbee, cornhole, and frisbee in the yard. We were also thankful for the generous amount of firewood provided for bonfires. The only downside is the murky water. The only way to enjoy the water is to go out on a kayak past the weeds/murky water.

Family Christmas

This was a perfect space for our large family Christmas gathering. The sleeping capacity was plentiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked to the brim with everything you need to cook for over 20 people! However, having all of the beautiful dishes matching caused a lot of "is that my coffee or yours" LOL! The host left us the sweetest welcome bag and some local wines to enjoy while we were there! I would love to enjoy the space when the lake is thawed! Thank you Julie!!!

Family Fun Weekend

Our family had a fun weekend at The Lake House! What an awesome place! We had many planned games and activities, but the kayaks, paddle boards, and water pad were enjoyed most of all! We had some rain also, but that didn’t dampen our spirits! There was plenty of room and things to do inside! The Lake House had everything we needed. It was so nice and clean, great dishes, lots of pots and pans, lots of room for eating together, lots of seating on the deck and by the water, plenty of beds and towels! Communication with Julia was great! Thanks for sharing your lovely Lake House with us!!
