If you prefer a house and a 4min drive from the center then this is it! The house is at the footsteps of a mountain! With a wide view of Nafplio town and it's prestigious Fortress "Palamidi". Your backyard is the mountain! Additionally, relax at our family Chappell Saint Nicholas veranda next to the house leading to the top of the mountain which has stunning views of the city. Parking is available right outside the door at all times! Our home is spacious enough and cosy enough to feel the warmth and comfort of a country style home. The living room with a comfortable couch that converts to a double size bed faces a 70” 4K smart TV which has a NETFLIX connected for unlimited HD movies . In the same space there is a dinning table of 4 seats that you may comfortably have your meals. There is a fast WI-FI internet connection for your personal electronics and also to pair with the Smart TV. Moving up into the bedroom there is a full-size double bed with comfortable mattress and modern soft linen. There is also a large Led TV in the bedroom as well. Next up is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you may need such as oven, iced coffee mixer (frape mixer),boiler for your instant hot coffee and tea, microwave oven, fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. Last but not least the WC has a laundry machine and a shower with provided toiletries and fresh towels. Outdoors you may enjoy the garden with a view of the fortress Palamidi in Nafplio while feeling the peaceful natural surrounding of the mountain and trees in which the house is located at. In our neighbourhood you feel that the area is all for your self.The nearest homes are 100m away. You have the house, the mountain behind you, the town in front of you and our private family Chappell Saint Nicholas next to you in which you can also take its stairs up and sit and enjoy another view from it's own veranda as well! Please ask for the key if you wish to enter indoors our church which has been in the family for almost 100 years! 1.9km away is the historical centre of Nafplio town. 4 minutes drive and 8 minutes by bike. A 20-25 minutes walk from the very centre. Generally there is no public transportation in Nafplio center.There are buses that only pass from a few stops in a few areas and those buses are intended for longer distances headed towards other towns. A taxi will cost you about 5euros to reach the center. A brand new Outdoor mini pool Spa /hot tub will be available from 4th of March 2026.
