Luxurious villa by the sea overlooking the bay of Argolis and the city of Nafplio. A fully-equipped, private and safe retreat within a 4.5 acre olive tree grove, only ten minute drive from the city of Nafplio, first capital of Modern Greece, or the city of Argos, centre of the Mycenaic era, and half hour drive from the archaeological sights of Mycenae and Epidaurus. We rent the upper floor (120sqm), which consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is in the middle of a 4.5 acre olive tree grove with full frontal view to the garden, the sea and Nafplio across the Argolis bay. On the right side there is the castle of Argos (Larissa) and on the left the picturesque village of Kiveri. Its location allows for privacy and relaxation. During spring and summer months families can enjoy their entire day at the estate as it provides direct sea access, ample playing space, barbeque and a shaded kiosk with comfortable sunbeds and shower that ideally complement the private beach. All the above in a safe fenced environment.
All three (3) bedrooms have queen-sized beds with new comfortable mattresses, air conditioning and large closets and they provide a view to the panoramic village of Kiveri as well as to the hills at the north end of the Argolic Gulf. Of the two (2) available bathrooms, the one is spacious with bathtub and washing machine whilst the smaller one is equipped with a hydro-massage column. The open plan lounge and kitchen are all fully equipped with the amenities of a modern house and they have a full frontal view to the garden, the sea and the city of Nafplio. During the winter months one could also enjoy the view by the fire place. The cozy lounge with leather sofas, fireplace and flat screen TV is ideal at any time of day. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave plus anything you may need for the preparation of a lovely meal.
At home there is a high speed wireless internet, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and the solar water heater ensures hot water throughout the day.
