Two bedroom condominium on ground floor. Master has queen, second bedroom has bunk with trundle. Two bathrooms, main has tub, master has shower. Access pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) and swim beach directly from deck. Nicely decorated with all new furnishings. Recently updated throughout. Includes internet, cable and air-conditioning. All linens, equipped kitchen. Walking distance to great restaurants in downtown Boyne City. Please note this rental does not include a boat slip and trailers of any kind cannot be parked on the property for more than one night.

For Skiers: 10 Minute drive from Boyne Mountain!

For summer rentals, July 4th to Labor Day weekend, we rent in blocks of 7 nights, starting on Saturday.

32nd Anniversary getaway

Boyne city by the lake

Nice condo that was clean and only about 15 min from boyne mountain. My family and I enjoyed it.

Lovely spot

What a lovely place! I could walk out of the sliding glass door to the pool and the lake. It had a full kitchen and I was able to cook a couple of meals. All the neighbors were very quiet and pleasant.

Peace & Restful Retreat

Lovely apt. Very private yet open view of pool and absolutely gorgeous sunsets! Could visit and enjoy family at our choosing and not be in the everyday responsibilities of family life. Perfect for us and will absolutely ask for this apartment. John and Edy Nelson

Everything we hoped for & more!

We have rented six different properties in Boyne City over the past 15 years and this is our new favorite! The property was clean and perfectly appointed with everything that we needed for the week. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were all super comfortable and the view of Lake Charlevoix from the unit is stunning! Enjoyed watching the sunset each night from the porch or dock and our kids LOVED the pool and water trampoline. Last but definitely not least, the location is just a short walk from groceries, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Tons of room and right on the lake!

The owners are polite, accommodating, and respond quickly to any emails. No problems checking in, we mentioned we might be early and they said no problem! The condo was clean, bedrooms are plenty big (larger than I thought from the pics). Bathrooms were spotless, plenty of towels and living room was great! There is WiFi so we were able to run our own Netflix thru the tv and our mobile devices didn’t have any problem connecting. Kitchen is awesome and had everything we needed. Outdoor space is clean and it was fun to watch the boats go by. The pool is really nice, we saw a guy cleaning it every day, very well maintained! Water was warm and there is a slide. Also this is on a quiet part of the lake, no one is loud or partying too much so it made for a peaceful trip. There is a small beach (rocky not sandy..) and I guess the condo let’s you use the kayaks and paddle boards. We did not use them but I’m mentioning it Incase someone wanted to use them. Lastly the location is perfect. You get a parking spot with the unit and if you need to launch your boat it’s 100 yards from the ramp. It’s a 1 min drive to a HUGE park for kids, Starbucks and a grocery store is 1.5 mins away and there was a farmers market on Saturday that was walking distance. If you want to get to downtown BC for dinner that’s maybe a 3 min drive. This rental was great and would absolutely stay here again. My wife is already planning summer next year up in Boyne. Thanks so much.!!!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!

We have stayed here for a few years and we absolutely love this rental and location. The pool is clean and heated! The rental is clean, great location on the first floor and the owners are very polite. They responded to all of our emails and questions right away. The condo itself is very pleasant, everyone is friendly! If you have kids that like to fish this place is perfect for them. Tons of fish to catch and water is crystal clear. We traveled with a 2 year old and a 6 year old and we were able to toss them in a wagon and walk to the playground about 2 blocks away. Also walking distance to the weekend farmers market! This place really has everything you need for a long stay. Honestly the only thing that’s missing is a king bed but even that we were able to work with for our trips up there. We love this rental and can’t say enough good things about the Landings location.

Great Condo and Great Location

My family was vacationing up north. We were planning on skiing at Boyne Mountain but were looking for somewhere else to stay other than at Boyne. It was my wife and I traveling with our kids that are 2 and 6. We found this great condo to stay at in Boyne City. It was perfect for what we needed. It was about a 10 minute drive to Boyne Moutain which was very easy. The condo was located withing a couple minutes drive of downtown Boyne City where there were lots of restaurants and also close to a grocery store. The condo was a perfect size for our family. The two bedrooms with a bunk bed in the kids room was very nice. There were also coloring books and crayons that our kids helped themselves to. I am sure that the condo would be great in the summer also since it is located right on Lake Charlevoix. We also loved that there was a fireplace. This was nice the cold weather. The hosts were very easy to get ahold of and there were no issues with them. They got us the code to enter the unit in plenty of time. The only problem was that the code to the garbage dumpster was not working when we were checking out. We will definitely look to come back and stay here again.
