Condo with Lake Charlevoix Views | Private Beach Access | Gas Log Fireplace

Suite 311 is a third floor suite, totally renovated and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. The kitchen boasts beautiful high-end counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a full size oven. You will find this kitchen fully equipped with utensils and dishes for preparing meals. The glass dining room table can accommodate up to four people. The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and a 50'' flat screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with a Euro shower enclosed with glass doors and two separate vanities. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed, a 32'' flat screen TV, and yet another spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

This is a great condo! Check-in and out are super easy. Bathroom and kitchen look newly renovated. Everything was very clean and you can't beat the location.

Perfect location

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing lake view. Close to everything in downtown boyne City.. Very walkable. Chris at the front desk was very helpful. Will be staying here again!

Place with a View

Beautiful unit and location. Only 2 issues, no fire in fireplace. Flame is so tiny, wouldnt even look like its on. Also no patio furniture, like shown in picture. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay & views.

The units are spacious and provide incredible views of Lake Charlevoix. Some units have more updates than others, but all are clean and comfortable. The facility is well tended, the team is friendly, and it was delightful to enjoy the small beach this time. Highly recommended.

Finally on vacation....

I thought the condo was very nicely decorated, clean and the air condition worked well and kept it cool during the warm weather. I found the kitchen lacking in that it only had one glass wine glass, no serving platters and the knives and cutting board were in bad shape. We were there for 4 nights and there was only 2 garbage bags and 2 packages of coffee, 2 dish washing tablets, etc. Overall a great place and would consider staying again despite the few shortcomings will just bring my own kitchen items.
