Noise from the nearby road is another concern we take seriously. While the property’s downtown Charlevoix location means guests are steps away from the drawbridge, Round Lake, Lake Michigan beaches, shops, restaurants, and coffee houses, it can sometimes come with increased activity and traffic sounds. Your feedback highlights the importance of making sure guests are aware of this balance between location convenience and occasional noise. We also regret that the temperature in the bedroom was uncomfortable for you. Our team will review the HVAC functionality to ensure everything is operating properly so future guests can rest easily. Additionally, we understand that not having a cooktop in this particular suite impacted your plans.
