Quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath home located in a quiet Saint Petersburg neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery store and nice park. Very close to variety of shopping and eateries. Short drive to Treasure Island, John's Pass, St Pete Beach, Gulfport beach and many more.
The star of this home is the back yard oasis. Privacy fencing surrounds the entire back yard area. In ground salt water pool (Heated). Outdoor seating and lounging. Privacy area for changing. 4-seasons back porch area with seating and TV.
The inside has a large eat-in kitchen flowing into the living room. Hard wood flooring throughout. Master bedroom has queen bed with TV and DVD player. 2nd room has full size bed with pull out twin bed, TV and DVD player. Cable and Wi-Fi is also available throughout the home. Single bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The garage also houses laundry facilities.

Our home away from home

This was our second time staying at Ryan’s backyard oasis vacation home in St. Petersburg. We have enjoyed staying here so much that we will likely try to book another week next year. The pool area was the highlight of our stay. We swam in the pool everyday with our 4 year old. We loved that the pool was heated, and we just loved that the shallow area was larger for our child. It was so relaxing to have the entire house to relax after our days out at the beach/out in the sun. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals, and there were plenty of beach toys, pool toys, cooler for us to use in the rental as well. We have thoroughly enjoyed our vacations here, and definitely plan to return for future trips.

Great Vacation Spot

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this location in St. Petersburg. We found new restaurants, beaches weren’t too far away, plenty of shopping nearby, and enjoyed the neighborhood walks. Staying poolside in the backyard was a fun and relaxing time as well.

EXCELLENT!!

This is the HOST with the MOST! He has the BEST response time I have ever seen! Every question I had he answered so very quickly. My husband and I went down from NC to visit family for 10 days. We were more than happy with the home! It is more that depicted in the photos. The back yard is much larger that it looks and very relaxing!! My husband spent HOURS floating in the pool. I loved laying by the pool listening to the birds chirping. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe - very "walkable". Lots of shopping VERY close by. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The kitchen is very well stocked! The appliances were all in very good working order and up to date. Beautiful floors and countertops. GREAT shower! LOVED the "Florida room"! TV's in every room. DVD players. Pool and beach toys. ALL the amenities! I just can't say enough good things about this owner and this beautiful home!!

What a place to relax!

Rirst it was easy to find and was so clean an cool when you arrived. location is near a lot of shops or restaurents and not far to get to Sunken Gardens or the beach. Obviously the pool was the highlight of the stay. This was kept clean and relaxed every day in it. Bed was so comfortable it made me realilize how bad I need a new mattress. Already discussing our next trip so we can get this place booked again.

Perfect Getaway!

This house and property were perfect for my little family. The pool was amazing and my kids had a blast. Quiet, safe neighborhood also. We would definitely stay here again.

A little slice of paradise!!!

We stayed at Ryan’s home for our family vacation in April. Our vacation was mainly for relaxation, and enjoying the beautiful Florida beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed Ryan’s home during our stay. His home was very spacious, and allowed us to cook/grill full meals on the days that we didn’t go out to eat. We had beautiful weather while we were there, and it was so nice to be able to relax outside on the patio/pool area. The pool area completely highlighted our trip. We have stayed at a number of rentals with a pool, and Ryan’s pool was definitely the nicest we have stayed so far. We loved that it is a salt water pool, and the fact that it was heated. Our 3 year old loved practicing swimming here, and we loved the set up of the pool with shallow areas for younger kids. We utilized the pool and patio everyday. We loved Ryan’s place so much that we booked it the following year. We would definitely recommend his vacation home to anyone!

Must stay!

Highly recommend this property! It is in a perfect location for beach, shopping, and Tampa Bay Rays baseball games! The pool was great and we appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys that were available to use.

Great Location....Nice Neighborhood

We stayed here for the month of January, and this unit pretty much met all of our expectations. The pool is fabulous and is well maintained. It is well heated and we were able to use it on all but the coldest of days....which unfortunately there were quite a few of during our stay. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living and dining room area. The internet is very fast and was very reliable. The space is lacking of much decor, but no big deal. The location is great to get to either the beaches or downtown St. Pete. Neighborhood was very quiet and seemed quite safe. Our only issue was with the TV's. If you are familiar with using streaming services on a smart TV to access cable TV, and are used to using multiple remotes to do so, you probably won't have an issue. There were minimal instructions as to how to use them. I am fairly tech savvy and was able to figure it out, but my wife was totally confused by it all. We are senior travelers, and not yet familiar with some of this "modern technology". Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this property. A great value for the price.

Graduation Stay

We’ve been coming for years and this time celebrating graduation. We love this house so much. Comfortable, clean, simple, and close to everything we need. The pool is something we often talk about at home long after we have departed. If you need a clean no frills place that is comfortable and lets you exist like a local this is your home. I promise if it ever comes up for sale you’ll be renting it from me.
