Perfect location, great beach getaway!! One mile to the beach, minutes from all the gorgeous Gulf Coast beaches, popular hot spots like John’s Pass and many golf courses. Our lovely pool home is the ultimate spot for beach goers, golf enthusiasts or anyone who wants to shop, wine & dine or simply relax & recharge while enjoying all of the amenities our area and this home has to offer!

Beautifully decorated and serene. Our 1 story, 2 bedroom home features a fenced in backyard and in ground pool with palm trees, grill and table for outside dining to complete your day or evening entertainment.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and double closet with plenty of room for all your clothes. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and double closet as well. The living room is spacious and very inviting to just sit back and relax. It features a 55 inch flat screen HD TV, cable, (WiFi) wireless internet access and a comfy sofa. Next to the living room is a pub style breakfast table and chairs. There are beautiful French doors that open up to the back patio if you want to let the gulf breezes flow through the house.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. There are a few spices for cooking, sugar for your am coffee or tea and napkins, dish soap, towels etc. provided for your use. Just off the kitchen is a bright dining area with a table and seating for 6. This room also has a beautiful French door that can be opened to the outside.

The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. In the garage there are beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 coolers and storage space for your beach toys, golf clubs etc.

The neighborhood is great for running, walking or just a leisurely stroll.

Looking for area things to do and must-see places?

Across the Causeway to Gulf Boulevard you will find “World Famous John's Pass” which offers a variety of shopping and restaurants. You can rent a jet-ski, go fishing, take a dinner cruise, go out on a Pirate Ship or just watch the dolphins while eating dinner on the boardwalk. Nearby is the Waterfront American Legion and downtown St. Petersburg.

Other nearby attractions include Boca Ciega Millennium Park, Clearwater Beach and Aquarium, where A Dolphin Tale was filmed. Take a short drive to the award winning Fort DeSoto Park. The park has miles of beaches, fishing piers, a variety of tree shaded picnic areas, paved trails, bike, and kayak rentals. Mangrove paddle trails full of water birds, turtles, rays, seasonal manatees and the old Fort has a lot of history to explore. An hour or two away you can be in the middle of Orlando parks (Disney World, Sea World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios). If you like Dolphins visit Discovery Cove, enjoy all day in a water park, swim with the dolphins and spoil yourself with a never ending buffet! Stop at Kennedy Space Center, Everglades National Park or Gator habitats!
