Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, updated 3 bedroom/3 full bath condo at A Place at the Beach in Atlantic Beach, NC. Sleeps up to 8 people. Recently beautifully updated, let the family stretch out and enjoy a beautiful courtyard & ocean view from the deck and living room. Walk out your front door to see the sound on the other side.

Incredible amenities include a large outdoor pool with 150 ft water slide, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, huge courtyard lawn, playground, tennis court, full basketball court, and even a mini-golf course on the property. The indoor pool was just renovated from top to bottom for the 2020 season!

A walk down the private boardwalk on the property will take you right through the dunes and straight to the beach! Everything you need for a fun family vacation is at your fingertips. The outdoor hot tub is located a few steps from the unit!

The spacious living room is furnished and includes a central TV. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

This condo is on the third floor and the private porch overlooks the lovely property grounds and outdoor pool with an ocean view beyond that. Close enough to hear the ocean waves from the deck on calm days and nights.

The unit also comes with a washer and dryer located inside the unit!

The property is just minutes away from great family friendly attractions, including a short 1 mile trip to Fort Macon State Park and a 15 minute drive to the NC Aquarium or to Historic Beaufort Waterfront. 10 mins to Morehead city Waterfront.

The room was perfect for our family of six. And had a nice view from the balcony. While there we celebrated our wedding anniversary & also our twins 8th birthday. We will definitely be planning a future trip back.

Great place to stay! Pool is the best, slide was fun, room had everything you need, comfy beds, the three bathrooms is so nice and having a washer and dryer in unit makes it a step above. We enjoyed our stay! Host very responsive and joy to book with :)

We really enjoyed the place. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the the pool and water slide. The gas grills were very nice! Is a lot of things to do at the site to keep family and friends entertained. Wish add a elevator to the other end so be easier to access the building from both ends. The email and packet should have the same info on how to check out but the information is totally different and little confusing. But is a very safe place and family oriented place. Everyone was so nice!!

Practically Perfect

We have stayed in several different APatB units over the years, but this was our first time in this specific unit. It was clean, comfortable, and updated. We had eight people in the unit and it fit us all comfortably. I appreciated that this unit comes with three parking passes and eight recreation bands for the grounds. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great stay, and we will be back.

The condo was very nice. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities of the location were fantastic and the staff was very welcoming when we got there. Everything that we wanted to do was well within driving distance and great food nearby. When we arrived there was only one key for the room which was a little inconvenient since we had multiple families staying in the room but whoever manages this property for the owner was amazing and had another key made right away for us and delivered it to us. Outstanding service!

Clean and spacious

Great for our large family to all stay together in one place. The only complaint I have is that there weren’t any trash bags and we ran out of toilet paper. Other than that it was great

Beautiful, spacious setup with gorgeous view

We were late booking this year and unable to book our usual place, so we paid extra for this one and were not disappointed. The extra space was helpful as our kids and spouses/SOs stayed at various times during the week, and the layout and amenities were nice. The mattress in the master bedroom was firm but comfortable. Anticipating rain that, thankfully, dodged us, we brought an extra TV from home for the bedroom, since there's only one, in the main living area. Space was clean, overall, though there were some crumbs, etc., under the couch. The view from the balcony is excellent, though I wish the table were taller. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

A Place at the Beach has just about everything you could want in a resort at a fabulous location right on the ocean. The building is old and could really use some deep cleaning and some repairs and replacements, like old doors, dirty carpet, and missing roof shingles. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The property office is very nice and newly remodeled. Our condo definitely needs a deep cleaning as well. There was fresh paint and the walls were clean, but the couch and rugs had a lot of stains. The kitchen countertop had sticky stuff on it, so I don't think it got cleaned. The coffee pot wasn't cleaned, either. The floor had a lot of debris on it, so I don't think the cleaners vacuumed, either. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. That's really important. In all, I would give it 3.5 stars, because it really needed a deep clean.

Fun week at the Beach

Had a great time with 4 adults and three kids. It's a compact place but had everything we need. Loved the pool and easy access to the beach.

A Quiet Retreat

Great Location

We have always loved staying at APATB. This is the first time renting from a rental company vs. private owner and you could tell the differences. This unit was as described, but lacked the “extras”. We did not have adequate items to clean dishes/wipe down counters and the unit could use an overall deep cleaning.

Needs updating

This unit was nicely located within the resort. Easy access to outdoor areas and beach. It was a bit of a walk to the indoor pool. The inside if the unit needs updating. The wicker chairs are falling apart and the one actually had a huge hole in it. The floors had cracks snd the mattress were all uncomfortable except the mast suite.

Get the three bedroom

We’ve stayed at A Place at the Beach many times. This time we got the 3 bedroom. If you can do it, Do It! Our condo was fantastic! Everything else was the same, a great place to stay.

Fabulous getaway

The property at the complex had so many extra amenities for us to do. The indoor pool was very nice especially since the weather wasn’t great the week we were visiting. I would recommend to stay here to everyone!

Family vaca

Was a perfect vacation time! The kids enjoyed the pools, basketball court and miniature golf. We all enjoyed being close to the beach ( water too cold though so thankful for the indoor pool ) I also enjoyed being very close to a nature trail. Have amazing memories and photos!!

Many island boat tours can be taken from Beaufort, only 15 minutes away - see wild horses on the beach!
