This was by far the most well appointed and cleanest units we have stayed in over the last 16 years! The host was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the door lock (the one and only issue). We were truly blown away by this rental and the hosts.

Nice unit for our family of 6- it packed a lot in!It was a nice view of the lawn and some of the pool- a little of the ocean! The kitchen was nicely renovated and the decor was very tasteful. We were thankful for beach chairs, toys, extra laundry and dishwasher pods and even aloe vera that we could use.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our week's stay at Ocean Point A Place at the Beach. Kid's really enjoyed the pool and waterslide. We would definitely return.

Had a great time. The unit was updated in kitchen and bathrooms. A walk in shower in ensuite and an island in kitchen. We had to use the pullout couch for our granddaughter so it was a full size couch, would have liked more sitting area in living room but not functional for a sectional with having to use pull out. Maybe a love seat in addition to sofa. We had 7 of us , 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Having 3 bathrooms was great. The kitchen had all the things we needed. Did not have a crock pot but we had taken one. The host had left us a gift and lots of information on places to eat, adventures, etc. Would rent this unit again. When we go with this daughter and her family we always need 3 bedrooms.

Definitely a must stay!

We have no complaints about our stay at A Place at the Beach! They have all the amenities you need and more! So many activities for all ages and convenience to surrounding restaurants and stores! Tracy was so easy to work with, was quick to answer all of our questions and made our stay hassle free! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo!!!

The week was fabulous! Host was very responsive. The condo was stocked and clean! Having 3 bedrooms made it cozy and had enough space for 2 families with a room for the kids. We will definitely be back!!!

Very nice property

Property is very nice. Property manager went out of her way to help. Beds weren’t very comfortable, but overall a nice stay.

Great condo!

Really love this complex! Close to the beach and a great ppol/water slide. This was my first stay in a 3-bedroom at this complex and we really loved the layout and were very comfortable with the amount of privacy for extended family. Condo was well stocked with necessary items.

My family and I enjoyed our week at the beach. Pool was great! Would have been nice to have had more carts available for checking in and out - but this would not keep me from a return visit.

July 4th

Great amenities and communication from owners. Ease of access to unit and loved not carrying a key. Wifi was annoying that you had to login several times a day. TVs were on a different wifi network so couldn’t airplay to them. Not sure one bathroom was cleaned upon arrival and had to buy some toilet paper since there was none in that bathroom. Location was nice access to beach

Sorry about the WiFi. It is a new system that APATB has just installed and they are working out the bugs. I'll pass on your comments about the cleaning to the owner of the cleaning company. Thanks for your feedback.

Excellent!

I never write reviews, but I was so pleased with the condo I wanted to make sure and say so! I am very particular about the cleanliness of rentals and I was so happy with the condition of the unit. It was very clean, the linens were in great shape, and I felt very comfortable there. I also appreciated the extra cleaning supplies that were in the unit so we could keep the place tidy during our stay. I found the unit to be very thoughtfully maintained and well stocked for guests. In addition, there were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc for us to use which was a nice bonus! Definitely recommend!

This is a great family beach - and this condo made it so comfortable! No complaints at all. Owner was responsive. Condo was beautiful and updated. Pool and slide were fun. Walk to the beach was easy. No doubt about it - we will be back!

Property was nice and well kept. Condo is a bit smaller than it looks in the photos. Elevator was inconvenient to get to so we did the stairs the whole week. No laundry in unit but there was coined machines to use on property. Minor fixes would make this property better.

Thank you Tracy for your feedback. The in-unit washer and dryer are just inside the front door on your right. When you couldn't find the washer and dryer I wish you had called me! There are also beach chairs, toys and other supplies in the laundry room, which is always open for guests. The elevator is a 3-minute walk to the unit, but located close to the pool and beach access. Luckily, there are only 1.5 flights of stairs conveniently located next to the unit for quick access to the parking lot. Move-in carts are provided by the complex as well. As for the size of the unit, this is the largest floor plan at A Place At The Beach (1050 sq ft.) Overall I hope you enjoyed your stay and again thank you for your feedback.

Great experience

We stay at APATB pretty often and this was exceptional. Clean, well stocked with extra supplies to get you through the week, and plenty of kitchen appliances and dishes to use. The manager reached out before the trip and told us to contact her immediately with any issues but we had none. The only hassle from this location is getting to the beach with two infants and all of the stuff we had to bring. It’s at the far end of the property opposite of the beach and it’s a good haul navigating the fire block doors and the elevator. But these are not issues with the property itself. Overall great stay.

Wonderful time had by all.

Well stocked with all essentials, food, table settings, towels and more. There are more bowls and plates than usual in a unit. This meant when we had family over from other units we could all eat together. The table on the balcony was very good for feeding people. There was a plumbing issue that required a plumber. Owners arranged for great plumber. Although there was no water for a short time we just went to the beach and when we came back it was repaired. They have beach chairs and container with small toys for the children. Can't think of a thing that they left out. Hope you have as good of a time as we did. Jane
