Welcome to our mid-mountain lodge at 8000'. We recently completed a wonderful renovation, including all new bathrooms and a fantastic indoor ski locker. It’s so nice when 8 people are getting ready to head out or after a full day on the slopes to not be crowded into the entry foyer! When you are ready to go, Ridgepoint’s private access trail is literally at our front door. Enjoy your ski, bike, or hike over 2 private bridges to Deer Valley’s Success and Silver Dollar trails.
With 1650 sq ft, our lodge has plenty of room for 2 families. The Master Bed has a king bed, gorgeous full bath, and a 46” smart flatscreen. Bed 2 at the end of the hall has a queen and a 46” smart flatscreen. Kids (or the young at heart) will love their own 4 Bunk room, complete with 46” smart flatscreen,
Also downstairs is the 2nd full bath, new ski locker and washer/dryer.
Off the downstairs patio is a private hot tub. After skiing or biking, it’s great to relax, with a view up Bald Mountain as the sun sets.
Head upstairs to enjoy a true mountain lodge feel… 20 ft vaulted wood accent ceiling gives volume to the space. The kitchen is finished with new granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and is always stocked with the little things you need to enjoy your stay (spices, cooking oil, condiments, etc.) because it’s the little things that make your stay great.
Wraparound bar seating for 4 separates the open kitchen from the full dining area. The console table in the dining area has a printer for your convenience, and a Bose sounddock, with cables so you can use your own playlist.
The family room has a 20 foot rock fireplace that we have just converted to gas… no one wants to mess with starting a fire in the morning or after skiing! Just turn it on; we love it. There is a 55” smart flatscreen on the wall, and a variety of games, cards, and puzzles too. A 2nd patio off the family room also enjoys views towards Bald Mountain.
For summer guests, the patio has a gas BBQ and dining table with seating for 4.
Finally, the open loft gives us that great bonus area. We just added a brand new shuffleboard table for apres-ski entertainment. With the queen sleeper sofa, it makes a perfect place to read or play a game.
Ridgepoint is located at 8000 ft, and is easily walkable, summer or winter, to Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village. Silver Lake Village includes some of Park City's finest restaurants including Stein Eriksen's, Cafe Mariposa, Royal Street Cafe (blueberry mojitos), Cena and Goldener Hirsch (amazing fondue!).
If you have your own car, Ridgepoint has a covered parking garage underneath our tennis/pickleball court, and Park City is just a few minutes down the hill. If you don’t want to drive, there is a free town shuttle that stops right down the street.

Great Condo in Deer Valley

Both couples in our group had a wonderful time staying at this condo! It's so convenient to be able to ski in and out, and it was also close to Silver Lake and not far from Park City's downtown for eating and shopping. Allison was a fantastic host, very responsive, informative and flexible. The kitchen is well stocked and the house has lots of great extras like a great supply of games, portable speaker, ski locker, dressing areas and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything Allison!

Accommodations were good for 4 people we had. Ideally a powder room upstairs would have been helpful, but good comfortable place overall. Very close to Silver Lake Lodge, which is a big plus. Only complaint is the ski out is challenging, even for experienced skiers. I think it would be best to advertise that as an option instead of a feature. After doing it once, most of our group chose to drive to Silver Lake to start the day due to the difficulty of the trail directly behind the condo.

Convenient House

Great spot for accessing ski slopes and convenient spot to make evening trips to Park City. Relied on Uber to get everywhere which proved to be easy. There was always a driver a few minutes away for our group of 5

Perfect ski in/out for Deer Valley

Thoughtfully appointed condo for a ski vacation. Spent a perfect 4 day holiday with family. The ski in/out is very convenient and the extra touches at the condo made it comfortable and relaxing. Kitchen is stocked with all essentials, just buy groceries; new washer dryer, gas fireplace, smart TVs; home away from home. Thank you!

2nd Stay...Still wonderful!

This condo is perfect for our family of five for our ski vacation. The ski out in the morning is always one of our favorite runs of the day! It's clear that Allison wants everyone to feel at home, as the condo is filled with wonderful "extras" (a portable speaker, charging ports everywhere, humidifiers, extra pillows with all different firmness, a well stocked kitchen, generous supply of paper products/detergent/etc., games and puzzles, and more). Allison is incredibly quick to respond to questions or address unexpected issues. I'm sure we'll stay here again if we get out to Deer Valley in the future. (We use Grocery Girls to have food and supplies stocked before we arrive, which is incredibly convenient.)

The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owners are amazing. Twice I texted with a question and they responded immediately. Thank you! Rather than ski to the lifts, we walked to Silver Lake, an easy walk, and took advantage of the complimentary overnight checking of skis and boots. Perfect! Deer Valley was wonderful. A fun time!!

Wonderful mountain retreat and ski base

Fabulous place for a ski base - so very thoughtfully appointed, with excellent usage instructions, much- appreciated kitchen amenities like a panini press (so great for hot lunches for cold skiers!); containers for leftovers, wraps and foils, condiments, etc - the owner made it so nice and easy! Lots of great games and puzzles. The puzzles were a big hit as was the shuffleboard table. We loved - and used - the ski boot dressing area and the ski locker. The jacuzzi was also a hit with all. Just one note - the jacuzzi is accessed through one of the bedrooms which could be awkward depending on the makeup of your group and timing of spa-taking. It wasn't an issue at all for us. Regarding the ski in- ski out; the instructions for ski in were very helpful and clear that it isn't truly ski in since you have to walk down the road a spell. Not a problem if all adults but if you have to carry someone else's equipment plus yours it makes this challenging. The ski out is very narrow and steep in some places - fine for strong and confident skiers but not suitable for beginners nor 'cautious and aging' skiers. Overall we really loved this place and are so appreciative of the owners' thoughtful touches. Thanks for helping us make a memorable ski vacation!

Perfect ski in/out at Deer Valley

What a lovely perfect spot! So convenient to ski from, great to walk to Silver Lake Lodge area for dinner, great kitchen to cook in. So convenient with the ski locker. We look forward to returning in the future. And the hosts were amazing-- fastest communicators of vrbo hosts we have ever experienced!

Great place... and great skiing!

Clean, well-cared for condo with everything we needed included. Ski-out was super easy and getting back has a very short walk but pretty darn easy too. Really enjoyed the hot tub! Deer Valley is an outstanding resort for all types of skiing.

Deer Valley condo

The condo was great- better than the listing. Very well stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, glassware, utensils etc. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive. It snowed over a foot each day we were there (early March). Nice location with very manageable ski in and out. Hot tub was great after skiing all day. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

We have been renting at Deer Valley for 7 years and this property is in a perfect location. We loved being able to easily get to Last Chance trail on our skis and then down to the Snow Park lodge! The house is spacious and clean. The kitchen has large variety of condiments and basic cooking and baking supplies. And Allison was very easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful location and unit in Deer Valley!

We loved at our stay at this property! It was alittle difficult to figure out which unit we were. The address takes you to the building. Once we got settled, we had a fantastic time! The unit and location are absolutely awesome! The property is about 5-7 mins from Main St Park City and about 5 mins from Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge. We originally booked this unit because it was ski-in, ski-out but there was SO MUCH SNOW! We watched other people used the in/out and it look great! We ended up driving to DV because we were dropping kids at ski school. This is a great property if you want to ski in/out! The kitchen was very well stocked! One of the best I've seen. We ended up making breakfast most mornings and had everything we needed! The setup of the bedrooms was great (privacy for adults, bunks for kids). There is a gas fireplace in the living room which was really nice coming in from the slopes! Also, we enjoyed the hot tub which was very nice (and surrounded by snow)!. We loved our stay! We would absolutely book this property again! Thanks!

Great location with amazing hosts

Chris and Allison were the best VRBO hosts I have come across. They were super responsive and extremely helpful if you have any questions about the property. And, this was the first kitchen I’ve come across that was “fully stocked” - dishes, utensils, cookware, plus all the little things I always have to end up buying on vacation like salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray, etc. The property was very clean and comfortable. We had three adults and 4 teenagers and it wasn’t cramped at all and everyone’s ski gear fit easily - there’s hooks everywhere on the entry level. They had lots of board games for kids to play, a TV in every bedroom, and a gaming system. Personal hot tub was great after a day of skiing. The condo was truly “ski out” - right from the front door. It was amazing to be able to make the first tracks on the snow as we skied down to the lifts before opening. However, you will need to be able to handle easy blues to make your way down - if you are new to skiing or like to stick to bunny slopes, some parts may be a little challenging. While not completely “ski-in”, it was still very convenient to ski back to the condo - you ski down an access trail, pop skis off, go down a set of stairs, and have a short walk (less than many resort walks from public parking to first lift), put skis back on and ski back to the front door.

Perfect location for family stay

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We appreciated the amenities and it was stocked with all the basic cooking staples. All of the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent for hiking and biking. We will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable! Lovely decor! Well-stocked with all supplies! Great location for a family reunion. This one was the best of the several places our family rented. Beautiful area for hiking. Lots to do in the summer.

Perfect for our stay.

We liked the place and location. The host was very helpful with info and super responsive when the hot tub wasn’t working. Some minor remarks follow. The bedrooms and bathrooms are two steps down from the front door. The living room, dining area and kitchen are a dozen stairs above on the 2nd level. My wife was in a boot and crutches (which we didn’t know of when we booked this place). So beware if stairs are of concern. The ski closet just outside the front door is very convenient. We had groceries and made a number of meals. Kitchen was big and well-equipped. This is ski in/out is best for intermediate and above. A bit challenging for beginners.

We have brought our kids here every year since they were 3, to learn how to ski. We always rented condos ourselves, and often came with another family. So, we have set this unit up with all the little things that make renting a condo a good experience. It is great for 1 or 2 families. Hope you enjoy!
