Enjoy our Peaceful Mountain Condominium! Perfect for small families and couples alike.

The large Hot Tub on the Covered Front Patio is the perfect way to wind down after a day on the mountain. Relax in the Hot Tub as you watch skiers come down the slopes and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

The Master Bedroom has a sleigh style King-Size Bed and plenty of room.

The Second Bedroom has two extra-long twin beds.

A 55" Samsung Flat Panel Smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player, Bluetooth Capable Sound Bar, Gas Fireplace, Large Sectional Sofa with Ottoman and Dining/Game Table make the living room a place to relax and unwind.

The kitchen has all updated appliances, is very well equipped with all the comforts of home, and has seating for four at the Granite Bar.

The Garage serves as a ski storage/prep zone. It contains ski racks and a large Boot & Glove Dryer (for 6 pairs of boots and gloves) ensuring warm, dry boots each morning. Seating is also available to accommodate ease in putting on ski boots. Parking not available in garage.

Convenient location directly across from the Free Bus Route makes getting to and from both Ski Resorts (Deer Valley and Park City) and downtown Park City easy.

No ski equipment (skis/boards, boots, poles) is allowed in the unit. There is a ski prep area in the garage with ski racks and a boot/glove dryer.

Rental agreement must be signed within 14 days of receiving the contract.

Great condo at Deer Valley!

We just recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo at Deer Valley. It was the perfect setup for a family of four or 2 couples. Very spacious and great storage to put your things in the bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen and family room was spacious and had all the essentials. We loved the private hot tub after a long day of skiing. This place is an easy walk to/from Snow Park (15min) for a mid-day break if you didn't want to wait for the shuttle. The stop right across the street is convenient to text for the schedule when the busses will be coming so you can catch it back to the lifts.

Great stay and ski location

Wonderful property. Comfortable, close proximity to mtn, nice to have living space as opposed to hotel room. Close to Park city as well. City bus was convenient to mtn and downtown. Would stay again if this is our destination. Owner was great to work with. Easy to communicate with. No problems encountered.

The condo was just as advertised and perfect for my son and I during a long weekend trip to Deer Valley. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks to Jim and Sue for answering my calls and accommodating my requests for early check in and late check out, as the snow was so good I really wanted to maximize my time on the mountain!

Perfect ski retreat!

The condo is situated right between Deer Valley ski resort and Park City’s Main Street. The clean, well equipped condo had everything we needed for a week of skiing. Super easy access to the mountain on the shuttle route. Boot and glove dryers in the garage and a big hot tub with lots of jets were really appreciated. Jim was very easy to contact and checked to make sure we got in okay and even offered an early check in. The beds were really comfortable. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We hope to come back and highly recommend.

Amazing Deer Valley Ski Trip

This property and the hosts exceeded all expectations. Can’t beat the location or the views of Deer Valley at this condo. We stayed with our two kids (13 and 10) and spent the week skiing Deer Valley. Access to the ski resort is super easy and convenient- shuttle stop right outside condo. Condo was one of the cleanest and most comfortable units we’ve stayed in. Had all the amenities for the perfect family mountain vacation. The hosts were very responsive and so easy to work with. Can’t say enough good things about this property! Would definitely stay again!

Great family ski condo

This is a very comfortable and easy high end family ski condo. The location is fantastic, and the hot tub is the best part. The view from the hot tub perfectly frames the slopes at Deer Valley. It was clean, comfortable for a family of 4, and had every amenity. It was very well equipped and the hosts thought of everything. Excellent hosts, easy to reach before, during, and after. Great stay !

Amazing place in Deer Valley

The property was well represented in the listing. One of the things we liked the most is the location away from the hustle and bustle yet extremely easy to access Deer Valley. It wasn't the huge resort feel, which we liked a lot!. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Great Week At Deer Valley

The hosts were wonderful to deal with. The condo was everything the listing described. Our family had a great week skiing Deer Valley. The bus stop is across the street and a two minute ride up to the resort. Finish each day in the hot tub looking up at the mountain!

Great condo close to everything.

This was a very nice place, spacious for 4 and well maintained. It was well stocked with quality supplies and amenities with just about anything you would need. The proximity to Deer Valley was excellent and only about a 2 minute drive. It was fun to watch the snow cats groom the runs at night while we sat in the hot tub! Main Street and the restaurants and stores around Park St were also a short drive away. Hosts were helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place

The condo was perfect for our family. It was a beautiful place - very clean, all necessary amenities, comfortable beds. This was our first time in Deer Valley and Jim and Sue were great getting us all the information we needed to know and easy check in instructions. Perfect location

Location is very close to bus stop so we were able to take the bus to the ski hills which we have never done before and it was very convenient. The only down fall is we were hoping there were seperate towels for the hot tub but other than that the property was perfect.

The condo has a great view of the Snow Park Lodge and slopes! The condo had everything we could need, is nicely furnished, very clean, and right on the bus route. What a relaxing property!!

Great Condo

Condo was very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. The location is ideal for easy access to the shuttle. All in all, one of the best I've stayed in over the last 8 or 9 years.

Jim and Sue reside in Wisconsin and have been vacationing in Utah for the past 30 years. We love the mountains and enjoy skiing at the many resorts in the greater Salt Lake area and hiking in the surrounding forests. Jim graduated from the University of Utah and wanted to return to the area on a regular basis. Our property here at Deer Valley allows us to do that and also share it with others who enjoy the beautiful area and all it has to offer as well!

We purchased this property in fall 2014 after selling a home we owned in Park City for 13 years. Looking for something smaller, in a quiet and scenic area, we fell in love with Chaparral. The unit has beautiful mountain views of Deer Valley Resort and the nature reserve across the street. The condo is located directly across from the free bus stop and is an easy 1 mile walk to Main Street in Park City. We also enjoy walking through the nature reserve and to the Deer Valley Grocery Cafe for a bowl of the famous Turkey Chili!

This unit was completely updated! Some highlights include: King-sized master bed, over-sized shower in the master bath, granite tops throughout, 55" Samsung flat panel Smart TV, all new kitchen and laundry appliances.
