We are following cleaning and sanitation guidelines. High-touch surfaces are cleaned and we personally inspect the property for the safety of our guests.

This House has all the conveniences of home. Comfortable stay includes 2 King bedrooms & 2 Queen bedrooms. Conveniently located in a residential neighborhood in South Tempe & Chandler Arizona. Close to Scottsdale, Mesa & Ahwatukee. The spacious Kitchen is well appointed for cooking. Propane BBQ grilling outside. Relax & unwind in the beautiful private backyard! Arizona is best know for Sunny Weather, Mild Winters, Golf, Phoenix Open, Baseball Spring Training, Hiking, Restaurants, Art Galleries & Shopping. There is a Community Pool/Heated Spa/Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts directly across the street. Chandler offers something for everyone... Family friendly fun, even have Pet friendly Restaurant Patios! Check out the many FB pages for more information. Please be respectful of our neighbors after hours. Quiet hours after10pm weekdays/11pm weekends. Lockbox code given with key for contactless entry. Owners live next door to this rental and are available to help if the need arises.

Wonderful, spacious, beautiful home close to everything.

This was my best VRBO experience yet! This house is beautiful, with an elegant master bedroom, kitchen set up for any event, and lovely outdoor patio made for hanging out in the cool AZ evenings. The owners had thought of everything to make it a pleasant experience I highly recommend this home.

2nd time we have stayed here. Everything is great. big rooms, great indoor and outdoor entertainment space, kitchen space with 2 refrigerators. Hosts are totally available but only there if needed. Absolutely no surprises and lots of amenities. Our place when visiting AZ.

Our savior!

Finding this property after a flood in our home has been such a blessing. The house has everything a complete home needs, which has made it so comfortable. The landlords have been over the top helpful to facilitate our prolonged stay. The neighborhood is safe, convenient to highways and has a pool directly across the street. We are very grateful for Fred & Laura and their hospitality.

Our stay was perfect. We had no worries and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pool is right across the street in a perfect location. A very clean and beautiful home, every detail is well thought out. The backyard is very relaxing and spacious. They do have endless books and games for everyone. The books were our favorite. Giving priceless information that will enlighten your day. Communication and customer service are by far the best!!!!! Laura and her husband are amazing and wonderful people. We all were well taken care of, and from the kids to the adults, everyone was very happy and had a lot of fun. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed and then some. Loved the back patio as well as the nearby pool and parks. Quick trip from the airport, plenty of golf courses, and downtown Scottsdale. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Excellent Experience!

I'm a first-time vacation rental person, so I'm very happy that it was an excellent experience. We were getting together family members from all over the west to attend the service for our mother/grandmother/aunt who had passed last August, but whose service had been delayed because of Covid. I was looking for a property in the Chandler/Tempe area, and found this house. The owners, Laura and Fred, were very helpful as the timing of how many people and when they were coming varied, even after check-in. We found the house not only as pictured, but the layout of the house contributed to the togetherness we felt in coming together as a family. There was plenty of room for us to gather and remember our mother in the living room, dining room, and kitchen in addition to the back yard. The kitchen is well appointed (including a variety of spices) and we found everything we needed to cook our meals during the stay. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and the lighting made it nice to sit outside and chat into the evening. The neighborhood was conveniently located and is a well-maintained and quiet. We found access to the local pool was a plus. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area! Cudos to Laura and Fred for putting together the entire property so well!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our week at Desert Orchid. The girls loved the atmosphere in the backyard oasis. The kids loved the easy close access of the pool. The pictures donā€™t do this house justice. Everything was better than we expected. The house was so clean. The beds were very comfy. The backyard was a dream. Perfectly clean, comfortable, and just as advertised

Fred and Lauraā€™s place was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, more than weā€™ve ever seen in a rental. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and supplies in the bathrooms. The home was perfectly clean as well. The backyard was beautiful and perfect for our little Thanksgiving gathering. We loved that we could have our little dog join us. We would highly recommend staying here.

The set up of the house was outstanding, decorated for the holidays and accommodated our holiday dinners of 20+ people, comfortably. The owners were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to make the whole experience and visit truly memorable. We will definitely rent again in the future and refer any friends and/or family who may be planning a trip to Arizona.

Fantastic Family Home and Wonderful Stay

This home is really lovely and the owners are amazing. The pictures don't do this property justice. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Beautiful inside and out. We used the fire pit every night. The kitchen has every amenity you need. No need to bring anything. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully and very comfortable. What makes this property a 5 star stay is the owners Fred and Laura. They have thought of every small detail that might make your stay nicer. Hospitality was over the top. We will definitely be back as this home will be hard to beat in the Chandler , AZ area. This lovely home has it all...and then some!

Look no further... this is a terrific home with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Chandler, Arizona. Immaculate, organized, clean, comfortable (the beds are the best!) and quiet...Fred and Laura, the owners, have thought of EVERYTHING that you might need during your stay. The backyard is lovely in the day, and magical at night with strings of white lights hanging above the patio and around the trees...a perfect place to enjoy a private dinner. Across the street are tennis courts and a lovely pool which we had all to ourselves several times during our stay. Fred and Laura are great people who live next door and are available if any questions arise. So pack your bags, relax and enjoy your stay in this beautiful Arizona home!

Welcoming/ Great Home

I reserved this home for my older parents and uncle since they are not up on technology. The owners were understanding and had excellent communication with myself and my parents. My parents loved the home, and said it was nicer than they imagined. The pictures online didnā€™t do it justice. There is a community pool directly across the street from the home they loved. My family will definitely reserve again when in the area. Thank you again, Laura and Fred.
