Enjoy your private vacation home in sunny Phoenix Arizona. Private pool, backyard and BBQ nightly. Located in wonderful Ahwatukee Village of Phoenix, close to shopping, movie theatre, multiple golf courses and only 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Pet, kid and SEAHAWK friendly. "Ok, all sports fans are welcome, even Packer fans".
All the comforts of home without the bad weather. 'We are from Seattle, so we know all about lousy weather'. Come on down and get some Sunshine!!

Great Neighborhood

My first priority is safe neighborhood and it didn’t disappoint, clean and property was as advertised. Had everything as far all the little extras you needed in the kitchen, linens, games etc. Chris was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Lots of great retail and restaurants close by. Nothing better than great Mexican food out west! We also grilled one night and the kitchen has every thing you could think of for cooking at the house.

Great stay!

This was a great home to stay in. The accommodations were great, close to lots of grocery stores, shopping and quick access to major highways. Chris was great to work with. The pool was nice and warm. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Great VRBO spot

This was a great 3 bedroom house with a cute, heated pool and patio area! Very clean and great neighborhood close to great food, Target and other shops. We scored on location with this one! The owner was extremely personable and reached out to talk with us more than once! Would highly recommend!

The best VRBO experience I've had yet!

From the moment I first arrived at this rental property, I knew it was going to be a great vacation. From the peaceful and inviting pool area to the warm welcome from our host, I felt right at home and excited for what was to come. The property itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all of the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Chris, contacted me prior to my arrival to make sure I didn't have any special requests prior to my stay. I was blown away by the quality of the furnishings and the attention to detail shown in the décor throughout the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware and appliances you would need to make a delicious meal, and there were plenty of cozy seating areas outside for us to relax after a long day exploring the area. I took full advantage of the Arizona sun in the pool area with the softer-than-soft saltwater pool that was pristine! There are many restaurants, shops, and groceries available within a short walk of the home. I rented a car, but really didn't have to since the home was so perfect that I rarely left. Overall, my time at Chris' property was a great success and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. The location is perfect, and you won't be disappointed with the amenities or the attention to detail that Chris has put into this stunning home!

Home Away from Home

I can not say enough good things about our stay!!! All the amenities of home plus more, fantastic location, super easy to get on and off the freeway. Less than an hours drive to the Superstition Mtns and beautiful lakes with great fishing. But most important is the host Chris is OUTSTANDING!! We stayed in VRBOs in Europe and the US, and Chris is by far the very best host I’ve dealt with. We will be back for sure!!!!!

I booked this property for the pool, and it did not disappoint! Great property, the house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and enjoy ourselves. Had an amazing week by the pool🌞

Great place to stay

Chris was great to work with, VRBO had not sent us our check-in information by the time we arrived in PHX, so I shot a text to Chris. Within minutes he called and emailed me the information directly. Any questions I had while here he answered very promptly. The house is nice and clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and our kids enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Anyone looking for a comfortable VRBO in a good location with shops and restaurants nearby should consider this property.

We loved the property. The saline pool is heated, and we used it each day. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice. It’s a short, easy walk to the movie theaters and several restaurants. We will rent it again.

Family Living

The host makes you feel like family and when you enter the house you feel like you’re home. Well located to much of the places that brings you to the Phoenix Area. I highly recommend this location .

Truly felt like home

We Absolutely recommend this beautiful fully stocked home just couldn't have asked for more. Great neighborhood and easy access to anywhere you need to go. Chris the owner is quick to accommodate any of your needs and an absolute delight to chat with.

Great Vacation Home

Beautiful clean home with a great layout. Felt like plenty of space for me and my three daughters. Fully stocked, even had some random toiletries we forgot to pack. The pool was a big hit with my daughters, and the big windows in the dining room allowed me to watch them swim while staying in the AC house. Owner was very available and made sure all of our home renting needs were being met. I would definitely rent this house again. We had a fabulous vacation!

Great pool and close to amenities

We enjoyed our time at the home, spending many hours in the backyard enjoying the pool. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, while still being very close to tons of amenities.

Great stay in December

We had a great stay. Chris was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is well equipped with anything you could need for the stay. The house was clean. The master bed was so comfortable we slept amazing. The pool was great. We swam often. The only thing I will say is the pool is set to 85. But the hottest it got on only one day was 81. And it was hot and 76 outside. It was still a little chilly when the pool was 78. The kids swam but adults didn’t. We kept the cover on the entire time when not in use. Maybe because it got so cold at night in December the heat pump had a hard time keeping it to temp? I’m not sure. But all in all it was still an excellent stay where we enjoyed x-mas with our family. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Chris go hawks!

Amazing Stay!

This is such a beautiful and cozy home. Had everything we needed and more. Very clean and everything was in great condition ! The pool was nice and warm even though it was a little cool outside. Excellent Getaway

The house and host exceeded our expectations. The pool was perfect for the kids and provided hours of entertainment. Chris was an excellent host and provided many extras that made our trip easy and comfortable. The house is located in a great area, close to shopping, restaurants and trails for biking and hiking. We are looking forward to coming back.

Awesome- will probably go back!

Everything was great- we had everything we needed plus more! No surcharge for heated pool was a huge reason why I picked this property. So glad I did, Chris has made this very easy and an enjoyable stay. The bonus twin pull out bed in living room was nice so the kids didn’t have to share a bed. We also liked the water conditioner inside! Kitchen has everything, plenty of room inside and out, and great location to any type of shopping you could want.
