Enjoy your private vacation home in sunny Phoenix Arizona. Private pool, backyard and BBQ nightly. Located in wonderful Ahwatukee Village of Phoenix, close to shopping, movie theatre, multiple golf courses and only 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Pet, kid and SEAHAWK friendly. "Ok, all sports fans are welcome, even Packer fans".
All the comforts of home without the bad weather. 'We are from Seattle, so we know all about lousy weather'. Come on down and get some Sunshine!!

* We do not allow parties or gatherings at the home. Renter must be present during the entirety of the rental period.

Great stay!

This was a great home to stay in. The accommodations were great, close to lots of grocery stores, shopping and quick access to major highways. Chris was great to work with. The pool was nice and warm. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Great Rental

We found this rental to be above standard and our kids enjoyed the pool. Chris was very helpful with the check in and when we contacted him with questions. Would recommend to others to stay here.

Great place to have vacation with your family.

We really enjoy staying for many week, at Chris house. Shopping center is a few minutes to walk from the house. We really appreciate the heated pool. The place is very calm.

Great VRBO spot

This was a great 3 bedroom house with a cute, heated pool and patio area! Very clean and great neighborhood close to great food, Target and other shops. We scored on location with this one! The owner was extremely personable and reached out to talk with us more than once! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful property

It was wonderful to have a heated pool as it provided a great space to relax & enjoy the unusually warm January. The house is well supplied with all amenities. Close to shopping & easy access to touring the PHX area.

Wonderful place!

This was our first time staying here but it won't be our last. What a perfect place to stay in the Phoenix area. Chris has outfitted the home with everything you could ever need or want. It is so spacious and clean and the pool is just perfect. We had the most relaxing time ever. Thanks Chris!

Great vacation house!

This house made it easy to vacation! Great location - close to all the shopping you need, quiet and yet quick access to other parts of Phoenix area. Very comfortable, plenty of room for our family and kitchen was stocked with everything you can imagine to eat in! The pool was very clean which is where we spent most of our time all week enjoying the sun. Thanks to Chris for a great vacation experience - we felt safe, slept well and had a much needed family break!

January AZ trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay here again. The home was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. The property was clean. It was a little too cold to use the pool.

Awesome stay!

I was a delegate at an international conference in Phoenix, and opted out of the conventional hotel option for this. Was I ever glad that I did!!!!! What a beautiful property, taken care of so nicely. Very comfortable, with all the amenities. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice property, well maintained and well stocked. The owner was an excellent long distance host, made us feel at home and insured a pleasant stay. Great central location ! Close to "everything". Only wish we had another reason to return to Phoenix area too stay again.

Great Location. Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here in July, and enjoyed it very much. Chris the owner was very quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, you can't even hear street traffic, but very close to shopping. We loved it and will certainly stay again if Chris will have us. Would love to check out your condo in Hawaii.

Great Stay in May!

The house pics and the description are accurate: this is a great house, in a great location, with everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing vacation in the sun. It's a quick and easy trip to and and from the airport and the town is easy to find your way around (with everything we needed for the holiday). Chris was great to deal with and was very quick to help out if needed. We felt that this house was a home and we quickly settled in and enjoyed a great vacation. Thank you, Chris, we'll be back!

Such a perfect getaway!

I have stayed a week in Dec 2014 and just flew back home after a 4 day stay. This home is so inviting, very clean and maintained. The pool is beautiful and the backyard is set up for relaxing and enjoying your family, friends, or quiet time alone. Chris is the nicest, most accommodating owner! He makes sure the house is ready and stocked with the items you'll need to feel right at home. I will definitely stay again!

Great Neighborhood

My first priority is safe neighborhood and it didn’t disappoint, clean and property was as advertised. Had everything as far all the little extras you needed in the kitchen, linens, games etc. Chris was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Lots of great retail and restaurants close by. Nothing better than great Mexican food out west! We also grilled one night and the kitchen has every thing you could think of for cooking at the house.
