Tucked away in quaint Waialua town, this comfortable, beachfront retreat offers spacious living areas and numerous amenities. Relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean as you wake in the morning, enjoy a stroll on the sandy beach, immerse yourself in a good book while lounging on the deck, sunbathe near the pool or on the large grassy lawn, or perhaps you might enjoy trying out a new culinary creation in the well-appointed kitchen or on the grill. With a pool, hot-tub, and game room complete with ping-pong and pool table, it is possible that you may choose to never leave the home! If you do desire adventure, the home is conveniently located near Historic Haleiwa town with a variety of dining and shopping options, the Waialua Sugar Mill, Kaena Point Nature reserve, and a variety of other attractions including Waimea Falls and the Surfers’ Seven Mile Miracle.

Getting Around:
Public Transportation is available and a bus stop is conveniently located just up the block. We do, however, highly recommend renting a car to access many other areas on island that are not as accessible by bus. This property offers EV charging for an additional fee. Taxis are available in this area if you call ahead. Uber is more readily available than in the past, but is not yet a reliable form of transportation on the North Shore.



Guest Access:
The home is a beachfront duplex. You will enjoy use of a 4bd/ 3ba home with two dedicated parking spots, pool, hot-tub, game room, laundry room, large yard, etc. Contactless entry provided.

All guests will be required to sign a house rules contract and pay required State of Hawaii taxes prior to arrival. The house rules are standard, such as no smoking and no pets on the property. One very strictly enforced rule is that we do not permit outside guests; all people on property must be registered. Our home is intended for the enjoyment of our resident guests and not as a gathering spot for parties or events. This is in order to honor and respect the neighbors - we take pride in being great neighbors!
