Immaculate 2br 2ba located directly on beautiful Belleair Beach. This recently remodeled unit is fresh and bright on two levels. 3rd floor master suite with King bed and 4 twin beds in lower level bedroom. New paint, new flooring, new lighting, new linens, new furniture and 2 new bathrooms. Two beautiful decks overlooking the beach - the 3rd floor deck is the largest private deck on Belleair Beach. Stunning sunsets provided daily.

This unit is not a typical investment/rental property. It is a well maintained 2nd home to my family. We only offer a few limited rentals to help cover our annual expenses.

We had such a wonderful time at this condo. It was immaculate, very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Easy parking and entry process. The view is outstanding and it’s a very short walk to the gorgeous beach. We walked it every morning and swam often. We enjoyed the quieter location too but took the short drive to busier areas to fish and shop. It was a perfect get-away.

Wonderful Beach Property

Spring Break

Great week at the beach. It was quiet and not crowded on the beach. Owner was extremely responsive when we had questions. House was very clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here. Thank you for sharing your home.

Property is exactly as pictures reflect. The upper balcony was so nice to hang out on. Owner was very pleasant to communicate with. It was so easy just to walk right out to the beach. We had a blast.

Amazing property

We had the most amazing stay. John's place is immaculate. It felt more like staying at a home than a rental. Especially thankful for having plenty of bath and beach towels, paper towels, and abundant kitchen equipment and supplies. We loved the kitchen and the large dinner table. The couches in the living room were so comfortable and roomy. John reached out to us before we ever reached out to him just to check on us. We would rent again anytime. Thank you John!

Excellent Stay

John was a gracious host! He checked in often to ensure our stay was going well! It was an absolutely beautiful location. Our family loved that this condo had both a pool and a beach to swim. We spent a lot of our time here since it was ideal for our family vacation! There was a ton of space for everyone to relax as well! I will note that I would not recommend this unit for anyone with issues with stairs. The circular staircase can be challenging and its on the second level so there is a lot of steps! Our family would definitely stay in this inviting condo again!

Clean, well equipped and great location.

The condo has a great location, right on Belleair Beach. Beautiful sunsets every night from 2 balconies. Nice quiet upscale residential neighborhood short ride to Clearwater or Indian rocks for plenty of entertainment.The condo was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated . Be aware that it is 2 levels with spiral staircases that are not suitable for people with mobility issues. This was not an issue for us. It’s a small private complex with only a few units. The pool is nicely located right on the beach fully functional but the landscaping still undergoing some minor repairs from the hurricane.I would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful, quiet property less than a minute walk to the sand!

My family and I were looking for a quiet property/beach that was drivable to activity if we wanted it. This is just what we found in this gem of a property. It was uncrowded and relaxing, and we found ourselves rarely wanting to leave. We made the short drive into Clearwater twice and that was enough for us! The condo was perfect for a family of four and in excellent condition. It was meticulously cleaned and ready for us upon arrival, and it has just about everything a family would need on vacation. Our favorite part was the 2nd floor deck that we enjoyed almost every evening. The property owner responds very quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great condo…

This condo was amazing and had everything that we needed during our stay. Host was attentive during our stay and reviewed extra perks of the condo. It was an excellent location. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because we were notified by the owner about the owners dispute with VRBO, which should have never happened as it did not involve us. I understand the owner was dealing with these issues and was very frustrated but was unprofessional in our exchanges. In the end it turned out okay and was a great trip, but just a lot of unnecessary stress!

Relaxing getaway

John was great to work with. This condo has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. It’s just a short drive over to Clearwater if you want to go shopping or out to eat. The location is perfect and very peaceful. Loved the view from the top balcony. Would rent here again.

Worst Owner Ever

This was the worst experience I have ever had with VRBO and the Property Owner. Due to the Property owner, John, being mad at VRBO for some reason that had nothing to do with me or my family he chose to refuse to let me into my gully paid for rental. I was scheduled to be there a week and he never once game me the door code or ever attempted to make right to me and my family. And yes he had no problem taking my money and never reimbursing it. So my family suffered for his own personal agenda and he didn't give one care. I'm pretty sure he rented it out to someone else.....don't rent from Sonrosa or John it will not be a good experience!!

This woman has never been to Sonrisa. Condo owner received 0 payment for Memorial Day week. Owner did NOT rent out to someone else. Comments above are lies. The review is a farce!

A Perfect Place

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this condo! The accommodations were perfect for the two of us! We loved the upstairs Master with open deck….could hear the waves crashing all day and night. The deck was useful on those windy days to enjoy the sunshine without the breeze. The kitchen was equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals, we cooked in a lot. And the decor was tastefully done…and my favorite color is orange so I spent the week in my “Happy” place! We will return!

Fantastic location

Property was perfect for our stay. Great space, really well appointed/decorated and one of the best stocked (kitchen equipment, linens, beach supplies, etc.) places we have ever stayed. Beach is extremely quiet and property is small enough where pool always had room for our family. John (owner) was extremely responsive and great to work with. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Perfect condo for us!

This condo was perfect for us! Beautifully decorated, up to date, clean and well stocked. Only a couple steps away from the pool and beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location of condo was laid back and not full of touristy shops and high rise condos, which is what we prefer. We will definitely try to return in the future!

Great Place

This condo was perfect, from the location to all the amenities that were provided. John was a great communicator. It was just my husband and myself, however this would be perfect for an entire family as well. It is very well equipment with everything you could possibly need. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful property

So glad we found this gem! It’s located in a very nice area and it was super clean. The property is well maintained with easy access to the beach. The two balconies were a great place to relax, with beautiful views. John was very responsive when I had any questions. I highly recommend if you are looking for a clean and relaxing retreat! Can’t wait to go back!!
