Our condo is perfectly situated on the 6th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 65" HDTVs in the master and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms all have 55" HDTVs, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, King in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family vacation

Great spacious condo in convenient location. The condo was super clean and had a big balcony with nice furniture. Parking was available on same level as condo which was very nice. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect and Amazing!

This condo was everything we’d imagined, wanted, and needed for our family vacation. Conveniently located on the beach and close to all the attractions. Our week stay was exactly what we’d planned…soothing and relaxing! Thank you! Highly recommend Phoenix Gulf Shores and would definitely stay again!

Great location walkable to several restaurants a mile and under. Stocked with lots of dishes. Great space for our crew of 10. Kids loved the slide and pool area. All staff that we encountered were great. The sheet could fit the bed better. Too small. Bunched up and was uncomfortable during the night. We did have to ask for the beds to be changed upon arrival. Dirt, food and hair found in 3 of the beds. Staff showed up first thing in the morning to change them but we had to take off bottom sheets.

Excellent unit with everything as listed!!!

Very nice experience, plenty of room to spread out the family !! Plan on returning next year. We typically visit PCB area but will likely return to GS instead!!!

10 OF US ABSOLUTELY adored this place. You can't get any closer to the beach, you are on the beach. The condo was superb, and gets 20 thumbs up from our family. Big bonus was parking on the same floor! What a view!

This condo was absolutely great for my family of 10, six adults and four children. The condo is beachfront and the views from the condo is wonderful. It is close to restaurants and activities. It was not very far from Highway 59. We enjoyed the views from the ceiling to floor windows all throughout the living room, dining area and master bedroom. The balcony was spacious and the view beautiful. The four bedrooms and three baths made it nice for everyone. The kitchen was stocked the best of any place we’ve ever stayed, and the wet bar area fridge provided plenty of ice. Parking, even though you have to pay for it was great. We parked on the same floor that the condo is on This is the first condo we’ve stayed at that we were able to get parking for all three family cars. As I said, it made coming and going very easy.Our host Michael did an excellent job staying in touch with us throughout our day to make sure everything went well. I appreciated him very much. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that has a pretty large family that needs the space. We all thought it was wonderful. We would love to go back and stay at it again as soon as possible. We loved our stay.

However, we were disappointed with the things that were lacking - dish sponges, dish towels, good quality bath towels and wash cloths, better quality soaps, etc. in bathrooms. For the $1,000 a night we paid, these items should have been included!

Family vaca

Very clean, well kept property. Security around the pool beach entrance all day long. Our condo was well equipped with everything but lack of kitchen towels which I purchased and left. Wish it would of been closer to more restaurants that we could of walked too. Most everything was at least a miles walk, with small children and warmer temperatures that was inconvenient. Overall pleased though.

Great Stay with some reservations

Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. It was the perfect size for our group. All the amenities worked properly but there was one disappointing aspect. The amount of consumables were not appropriate for the price point. With a party of 10 we ran out of tp and paper towels halfway through and did not understand it was on us to replace from that point on. So another trip to Walmart…We planned on the fact there wouldn’t be enough wash machine detergent but we didn’t for the dishwasher or soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. At this price point, there should be enough of these supplies for the stay. If your residents take these as some do, it’s part of doing business. The pools were well maintained but that appears to be all the condo management could manage. They were only helpful with taking our parking registration and loaning really worn sports equipment for the tennis and pickle ball courts. The beach was well maintained and is the crowning jewel. Much less busy than Destin. We had a couple of red/purple flag days but it did not deter due to having the well maintained pool. We had an ac issue one day but the combined team reacted quickly and got us back up and running in a few hours. The bed in the master bed room seemed to be head down as in your head was lower than your feet. I couldn’t figure out why. Overall as you can see from the scores I gave we enjoyed our stay at this property. I would recommend the issues I identified be considered for an improved experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fabulous. Lots of room for an extended family of 10. The ice machine was very handy as well as the large refrigerator. Views were spectral. The pools and hot tubs were great too. A big storm knocked out the power for a minute which shut off the ice maker. An email to management got a repairman out within 2 hours. Overall I'd give the unit and promises an 8.5. My only negatives are small details. Bath towels and toilet paper were cheap and scratchy. For the money, I expected more trash can liners and pillow cases for the extra pillows. I would definitely recommend Gulf Shores Phoenix and unit 601 to friends as a very nice and convenient place to stay.

Loved the giant windows along the side of the condo to give additional light and views of the area. The only negative I can say about my stay was while in the pool area, there was one older security guard that was causing a scene multiple days and threw a group of kids out of the pool one day without telling them what they did wrong. The kids weren't in our group, but it was very distracting and interrupting our relaxation time in the pool. She was yelling so loud everyone in the pool stopped talking to figure out what was going on. The other security guards had no issues with the slide the other days when she was not present. Also, two of the days we were on site, we were removed from the pool area because of lightning even though there was no clouds in sight. This wouldn't have been a big deal, but they also close the indoor pool when this happens. Not sure what the point of the indoor pool is, if you can't use it during bad weather. People were still parasailing during these times so obviously the weather wasn't actually bad, we didn't even get rained on. I think the old lady might have just wanted a break so she kicked everyone out of the pool because of "lightning". Other than these two complaints, we loved our stay! The condo was very updated and we liked how it was less than a mile from the main strip.

A wonderful week on the beach!

We just got back from a wonderful week in Gulf Shores. This condo was perfect for our group of six adults and four children. It is very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the ocean! Here are some highlights: You have convenient covered parking on your floor. Check in is easy and fast. You get your parking pass for the week ($35 per car) and wristbands. You also get your code to the workout facility. The kitchen was so well stocked and they have three charcoal grills for nights eating in. They have an air compressor for pool floats located by the grills. The patio has comfortable furniture for relaxing and taking in the views. I loved sitting out there at night listening to the waves and feeling the breeze. The beds are so comfortable and each room has a large flat screen TV on the wall. The workout facility is located in the lobby and has everything you need with a great view of the beach. The indoor pool offers a nice break from the sun and has two hot tubs nearby. The outdoor pool was great for the kids. The water slide kept them entertained all week. You do need to be 4’ tall to go down it and you can’t wear a life vest when sliding. These rules are enforced so just a heads up on that. The beach access was as easy as it gets. You can rent chairs or loungers with an umbrella for the week from Ike’s Beach Service. This was worth every penny to not have to haul as much back and forth all week. They set up at 9 each morning and break down by 5. The attendant routinely checks to see if you need more or less shade. There are many great restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby. A small grocery store called Pier 33 is located across the street. You can walk there for anything you need to restock your groceries as the week goes on. This has been our favorite place yet and we will definitely be back. Usually by the end of the week we’re kind of ready to get back but not this time. I highly recommend Phoenix Gulf Shores!

We didn’t want to leave! This condo is on the 6th floor, with parking on the same floor of the garage. We were able to walk directly to our condo without waiting on the elevator. The pool was so nice, with areas that were both shaded and sunny. The overall building was very clean and the staff was friendly. I would absolutely stay here again, and hope to get that opportunity in the future!

Everything worked as expected. Vies of the beach and also the bay were very enjoyable. Really enjoyed being able to walk out of our suite and only a few steps to our car. 6th floor high enough for panoramic view, but low enough to see family on the beach. Definitely recommend this suite to anyone who wants and upscale place.

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10, (2 from Seymour Tennessee 4 from Maryville Tennessee and 4 from Canton Georgia) we loved the home and beach views all were fantastic plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with things to cook in or store food. Beds were very comfortable. Having a garage on same floor was wonderful. We use a Keurig and brought our coffee pods. We asked Michael (agent) if there was a Keurig in condo he wasn't sure but said if there wasn't one he would make sure we had one. Thank you Michael.
