Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized West corner 21st floor overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" SMART TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen Beds in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 14 of us and we all fit comfortably. The kids really enjoyed the pools! Our family had a wonderful time!

The stay was fine but the security who was monitoring the pool came up to us asking us to verify our number even though we were wearing our wrist bands. I forgot the room number but told him we were was on the 21st floor but demanded we give him our room number. We felt extremely harassed and uncomfortable.

Looks just like the pictures, love that it was not a far walk to the beach at all which is perfect for a big group, especially kids! Host made sure everything was taken care of that we needed!

Great vacation!

Loved our condo. Amazing views, plenty of space for the 8 of us. Beach was right outside of building and so nice/not crowded.

Communication was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Some of us arrived after the lobby was closed and we were unable to get our parking passes. On Thanksgiving Day, an employee made a special effort and came over to give us our parking passes! We would definitely stay at The Phoenix Gulf Shores again.

The view was beautiful. The condo was big but no where to put your clothes in a few of the bedrooms. The overhead lights didn’t work in two of the bedrooms and two of the lamps didn’t work. One of the king size bed frames was broken. We messaged the people and they sent someone up the next day. He didn’t have anything to fix them with but he did come back the next day and fixed everything. We had planned on fixing breakfast everyday. But the pots weren’t good. It’s a good thing we brought our griddle and waffle maker. People renting condos out should really make sure they replace things that need to be replaced. I don’t think I would stay there again. It wasn’t worth the price.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view with a big balcony. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The pools and hot tubs were nice and well maintained.

Best vacation rental ever!

As a large family with 7 children, this unit fit our crew perfectly! We loved the view from the front and side of the unit!

Awesome place to stay!

Great family condo

We were a family of 15. This condo was perfect for us. Elevators were fast never had to wait. Pools were perfect, I would suggest making the outside pool heated during some months. Had everything we needed! We will be back

Wonderful views

Upon arrival it was easy to check in and get our parking pass. We had a fantastic end unit with amazing views! Unit was clean found a few stains but nothing I couldn’t handle cleaning on my own. Unit was spacious for our family of 5, kids each had own bedroom and bed and bathroom, just like at home. Unit was as described and lots of seating! Would absolutely stay again!!

Fun at the beach

Overall very good. Only problem was cleanness in the kitchen. All dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The dishwasher was broken but fixed on Tuesday all and all a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Fun was had by all!

We stayed at this same property a year ago and found it not as well equipped this year. We were missing 2 pillow cases and there were no kitchen towels and no dish soap. The kitchen seemed to be in a bit of disarray as the pans and cooking bowls were just thrown in cupboards. Again, the location is awesome.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views. Nice decor. Balcony is amazing. There are plenty of dishes for a large group. Elevators were in working order and clean. Phoenix grounds were clean and nice. Floors in the condo were dirty and sandy upon our arrival. Floors made your feet or socks black on the bottom. Couch was torn. Toilet slid around on the floor. Fridge had a couple of broken shelves. TV in one of the bedrooms was unusable because it is about to go out and the screen is blue.
