Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: The condo boasts one of kind granite that you will not see anywhere else, there are full-size appliances, Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TVs in master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" SMART TV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bed has been upgraded with high end tempurpedic mattresses! We also have the 3BR and 4BR condo next door for larger families that need more space!!



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This condo fit us very nicely and we enjoyed the amenities very much, in fact, we wish we could stay longer. The building is near everything and we walked to dinner several nights. Love it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is lovely and very comfortable. This is the 2nd time we booked this same unit. I would book it again.However, a few issues should be addressed: the bar ice maker needs to be cleaned. Several of the plug ins in the living room area did not work.

The unit was very nice but was disappointed at the extremely limited stocking for normal supplies. Several light bulbs were out so the unit was dark. We didn't get in before 5:00 and there were no instructions regarding access codes to the fitness room that couldn't be accessed until the office opened the following day. We didn't discover the wrist banks in a drawer until the 2nd day. In past visits through VRBO we have received a welcome basket that provided instructions, wrist bands, supplies, etc that were helpful for our stay and made it much more personal.

fantastic location, condo 1703 needs a little TLC

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after 5pm and the desk was closed. Called the number on the sign at desk and said ok to be without parking permit overnight to buy at desk next day. Would have been a timesaver if the welcome email had stated that if you arrive after 5 to purchase the next day.This was our second time in this unit. It was clean but not spotless. The lamps in master bedroom were very dusty and the floor through out could have been cleaned better. The throw rugs and pillows need to be replaced. We were happy to see a nice electric gridle to make our pancakes until we looked for the cord. It was no where to be found.The bedspreads for all the beds need to be replaced with washable bedspreads or they need to provide blankets as the beds only had sheets and bedspreads. I brought my own bed linens this time and took theirs off. The lights on the pickle ball court were not working nor were the fire alarms as we found out Thursday. A member of our group was in the condo and called the ones on the court when the alarm in the building went off. We will stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores again but probably not this unit. The location is perfect and we walked to all our favorite places.

Other than that a perfect unit to chill out and do nothing or do everything you wanted. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and spacious. Book thru Phoenix rentals and save the 10% vrbo charges.Would definitely come back.

Logan was great!

We had a group of 10 staying in the unit. Plenty of room. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Pools were never crowded. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this place, everything was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was not as well stocked as you would expect considering the size of the condo and how nice everything else was. But looking through items, it looks more like there are things missing rather than just not having things. I.e lids with no bottoms, sets with missing pieces, etc. This has no bearing on our satisfaction with our visit, but be aware that parking is $55, which is pretty steep! Other than that we have zero complaints and would definitely come back again!

Balcony was roomy and looked over the pool and beach. Pool & beach were both good. Condo was close to elevator which I liked--no noise issues at all. As the description of the place noted, there were no beach towels or chairs. You could rent chairs at the beach for $45 per day (2 chairs plus umbrella). It would have been nice to have beach chairs to use when only wanting to be at the beach for a short amount of time. The location of condo was great. We were there in early May. . .plenty of parking and not much traffic.

Everything about the condo was good except for the internet. It was the worst internet we have ever had. Also the hours for check in that were sent to us were not correct.
