Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and we offer FREE WIFI ! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious and beautifully furnished!! We also have a bonus room for luggage or storing your beach chairs and umbrellas.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa, sleeping for 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo is lovely. The parking deck was easy to enter and exit. The beach view was perfect. Pool area was as described. I do wish the gym/pool area were available later than 10pm. I did send Vrbo communication with owner/manager and never got a response at the time of check-in. It worked out because issue was minor.

The unit was spacious with a great view. However, there was black mold around the vents in all 3 bathrooms. Upon arrival there were 6 black mold moths in the master bed and bath that we had to kill before we could sleep. One of the matress covers on a bed in one of the secondary rooms was shredded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fantastic! The photos matched the space exactly, and it was just as beautiful in person. The location couldn’t have been better — right on the beach and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.The check-in process was seamless and very easy. I received timely and helpful notifications leading up to the trip and on the day of arrival, which made everything smooth.The only minor downside was that we needed to purchase extra paper towels, toilet paper, and a few basic amenities during our stay. While the listing mentioned these items were provided, we didn’t realize there wouldn't be additional supplies. Also, being so close to the beach meant sand was inevitable, and although there wasn’t a broom or dustpan, we were glad there was a vacuum available to help keep things tidy.We really appreciated the extra beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach gear available for use — such a thoughtful touch! We even left a few items behind for the next guests to enjoy.Overall, our group had an amazing time and absolutely loved the condo. We will definitely be booking this specific condo again for our next trip to Gulf Shores!

Beautiful place! Location was great! I would suggest fixing things more carefully Before the next tenants arrive. There are handles missing on the king dresser and nightstand.

Summer Birthday Trip

The unit was exactly as described. There was nine of us and we had plenty of space. The ease of access to the beach is definitely a plus. The family also enjoyed the indoor pool when there was rain. Location is perfect to get to the shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made this a Family Reunion there was 9 of us total. We had a great time. The beach was beautiful. The place was immaculate. There was a small room with floaties, chairs (these were in the worst condition) we ended up throwing them away and purchased more. We left a few beach towels for the next group. This is a beach vacation these should be there for the customers to use. When you are traveling the beach towels take up a lot of room in the luggage. The personell at the facility were all great and helpful. They were all super nice. The youngest grandchild 3, enjoyed both pools, expecially the one with the slide.Thank you for such a nice place to stay and enjoy our family.

Sand in my Boots stay

The property was very close to the venue. We were able to walk. The condo was very clean and had so many amenities. The view was my favorite! The beds could use new mattresses but that is the only concern. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great condo!

My husband and I brought our 15 year old son and 2 of his friends here over Easter. The condo was great! Lots of space, ideal location, fully stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great space but bare bones

The unit itself is spacious and exactly like the photos. It is lacking basic things like coffee filters, or even a sponge to wash dishes. The management company leaves the absolute minimum soap and shampoo for a day, same as toilet paper, paper towels etc. Plan on bringing everything. Parking desk closes at 530 and management company did not respond to emails while there. Overall good place but be prepared. Neighbors upstairs were also pretty loud but no one on site to deal with it we could find.

Great place!

Family Labor Day Vacation

Overall great stay. Condo was a described. Plenty of space to spread out. Typical Amenities towels, dishes etc all in good shape. Great indoor and outdoor pools. Couple of minor unpredictable issues handled quickly by owner! Complex neat and clean. On site staff not very friendly but minimal interaction with them so no big deal. Gate locks could be replaced lots ppl struggled with them but that’s no fault of owner. We would definitely highly recommend This rental and stay there again for sure!
