5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

Loved the condo! It had everything we needed. The view was exceptional. The balcony very spacious. My granddaughter loved the hot tub. It was a very relaxing vacation. All the beds were comfortable.

This condo and property were fantastic for our family getaway! Canā€™t wait to come back again soon. The indoor pool was nice and warm and the kids loved the outside pool with waterslide.

A little R & R Before Winter Comed

Gulf Shores Vacation

The property was wonderful. It was as listed; clean, comfortable, roomy, and had everything needed. Our favorite was being right on the beach but also having access to two pools. We enjoyed the balcony with ocean view as well! There were also plenty of dining and shopping places nearby. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend this listing to a friend and definitely plan a return trip in the future.

The accommodations were fantastic! Great place with comfortable furnishings. Nicely furnished kitchen. You will, however, need trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and paper products. What was provided was not enough for our stay.

Beautiful

The condo was very clean and the views were spectacular. It was an amazing place to be right on the water. The kids enjoyed the pool and walking out the back door to the beach. The place was very roomy and everyone had plenty of space. The finishes and furniture were in great shape and very comfortable.

Great location. Loved the easy beach access. And it was walking distance to restaurants and bars. The grocery store was right across the street. The place was clean and well maintained. We had a small issue with the fridge lights. They fixed it almost immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were two couples and an adult child. The condo was spacious and met our needs perfectly. The view from the balcony was just great. The outdoor pool was cool so we used the indoor pool and hot tub many times. All of the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. We had an issue with one of the smoke detectors and they sent someone over promptly. Easy parking in the attached parking garage. Our only issue was the ice maker quit working and we bought a bag of ice in the pool area. I would rent it again.

We are just about to leave this amazing condo and we will definitely be back!! It was a PERFECT VACATION for our family of 8!! Yā€™all thought of EVERYTHING!! It was immaculate & the decor second to none. So spacious and so much room for everyone. Beds were comfy and everything we could ever want in a condo. Weā€™ve been booking condos almost every year for the past 23 years and THIS was our favorite!!! Our kids and their spouses and our grand baby loved everything about this trip. Just want long enough lol

It was the most beautiful condo ever !! So very spacious ! The only two things I wish they had was more blankets and maybe extra pillow cases for the extra pillows they had . The dryer also had to be run twice to dry a load . However with that being said the resort and all the amenities it offered made those issues really not even that important! I canā€™t wait to go back . I hope to always get this condo itā€™s perfect !

Family/friend fall break

The condo itself was nice. Plenty of room and great location. Our dryer didnā€™t work, so we never had dry towels after the first trip to the beach. The cleaning company left trash and other things throughout the condo. Shavers in the showers and the plug to the dryer laying on top of it with the breaker tripped. Overall, the condo was nice, but wouldnā€™t try again due to the lack of cleanliness.

Unsecure Wifi/Internet

Couldn't believe in this day and age that an owner would not provide secure wifi/internet. We could not stream anything on devices and barely on the TV. This is not forgivable in the day and age of digital theft. Light over stove wouldn't turn off and overhead light in utility room would work.

Great Property

Almost hesitant to give a great rating as it might make it tougher to get rent this property again, which we TOTALLY would like to do. We had 2 minor issues. First the Kitchen Sink Faucet was loose when we checked in. Very minor to us but, wanted to make sure we weren't on the hook for it. A quick call and maintenance was out and had it fixed within an hour. Secondly, neither my wife nor I slept great in the Master BR. I'm not sure of the mattress type but, it was much to soft and unsupportive for us. But Hey! Not our condo and maybe the owners love it. It would not stop us from renting again. Overall it was the nicest condo we've had in many visits to the Gulf Shores/Destin area and we'd give it a 9.8 of 10 stars.
