Enjoy the life of luxury in a spectacular 4-bedroom 4.5-bathroom residence at the 5 Diamond Grand Luxxe resort. Your 6000+ square feet condo is in the exclusive Residence Tower at the resort. You enter your condo from a private elevator and step directly into a very large and well-decorated living room and dining room area. The living room has plenty of seating for 10-12 people, arranged in front of a large flat panel TV. The dining room has a large table that can seat 10. As you enter this impressive living space, your eyes are immediately drawn to the deck just outside sliding glass doors running the full length of this space. Be prepared to be blown away by the breath-taking view from the deck of the Ameca River, Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre mountains and downtown Puerto Vallarta. (In the winter months, be sure to bring binoculars to get up-close views of the whales that put on a good show in the Bay.) The spacious deck is well appointed with sofas, lounge chairs, and a table for 6. It even has a small plunge pool for relaxing while sipping your wine, enjoying the ocean breeze and watching the fantastic sunsets.
A fully equipped kitchen with spacious granite countertops and breakfast bar is also part of the open floor plan. Top end appliances include a large 3-door refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove top and microwave. Other appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, espresso maker and blender. Dinnerware and utensils can accommodate dinner for 12. A utility room adjacent to the kitchen has your own washer and dryer. Another area that is part of this open floor plan is a wine bar with a wine cooler and enough glassware for you and your guests.
The 4 bedrooms include 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bedrooms with twin queen size beds. All bedrooms have flat panel TVs and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and 2 day-bed style divans. It opens to the same large deck as the living/dining area. The other 3 bedrooms open to a second deck that faces in the opposite direction than the living area deck and offers views of the golf courses. All the bathrooms have spacious showers, marble walls and granite countertops. The master and junior master bathrooms also have jacuzzi tubs.
As a guest at the 4-bedroom residence tower, you will enjoy Platinum level services, including a dedicated concierge team. You will have access to all resort attractions and amenities and will also have exclusive use of the roof-top pool and restaurant, from which you have the best view of the resort and bay. The large resort (around 2500 acres) has 27 swimming pools, a lazy river, wave pool, 38 bars and restaurants, 2 Kids Clubs, 2 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, spa and fitness center and direct access to a nice sandy beach that stretches for about 1 mile. Roughly 9 miles of wood plank boardwalks allow you to walk to any attraction on the resort while leisurely enjoying the beautiful landscaping. But, if you prefer, a shuttle service covering 4 routes around the resort is available to get you to any location. Also, as a guest at the residence tower, exclusive shuttle service for a direct route to your destination is available upon call.
The golf courses include an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus course and an 18-hole Greg Norman course. A par 3 Executive course is under construction. There is also a golf academy, where you can fine tune your game. Your week includes 16 rounds of complimentary golf on the Nicklaus course. It also includes 2 complimentary message treatments at the Spatium, where you will also be able to use the steam room and hydrotherapy pool. The Brio fitness center has over 24,000 square feet of top-end cardio, spinning and weight equipment.
A variety of entertainment options are offered at the resort. At the Santaurio, different acts perform nightly, ranging from Mexican dancers and mariachi to contemporary singers and bands. Several beach parties with buffet dinners are offered. A water light show can be viewed from either the Gong or La Cantina restaurants while enjoying your dinner. There is no lack of variety at the 20+ restaurants, including Mexican, Spanish, French, Italian, Asian, American and Caribbean menus. The extensive variety of food at the breakfast buffet at the Café del Lago will please any taste. La Plaza has a variety of boutique shops, where you can buy pastries, chocolate treats, freshly baked bread, fresh meat, cheese, produce, dry goods, wine and liquor, clothes, and Mexican handicrafts. With all of these activities and dining and entertainment options available to you, there is no need to leave the resort during your stay. However, there is taxi service available if you wish to explore Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias, Sayulita and other small towns in the area. There is also a reservation desk for booking travel/adventure tours.
High season at this resort is January through March. December and April are also busy months. So, if you want to enjoy the life of luxury during these months, plan to reserve your week well in advance, since availability will be limited after a 12 month booking window.
