Casa Colina is a Spanish designed Hacienda type villa, with high ceilings, generous sized rooms and full of character. The villa is an ideal location for family holidays of all generations.

The villa is situated in its own grounds, in an elevated position providing views to the coast 10 km away with mountains as a backdrop.

The maintained grounds comprises of garden with palms and flowers along the drive at the top of the property, with olive groves that the house looks down upon over 2 acres.

To the front of the villa is a shaded terrace with table and chairs ideal for breakfasts or late drinks. To the rear of the property is the brand new large L shaped private swimming pool with diving board, overlooking orange orchards and with mountains as a backdrop. The patio to the side of the pool has a large stone BBQ and circular stone table and benches. There is also a permanent gazebo installed for protection from the sun whilst sitting at the table.

An attractive wooden gazebo is also installed next to the property for use as a car porch and shade.

It is only a few minutes drive to the local village of Antas, with it's numerous restaurants and all local amenities, the villa is within walking distance of local bars, the larger town of Vera is 10 minutes away with its famous bull ring and 15 minutes drive to the beaches at Puerto Rey and Garrucha, 20 minutes to Mojacar Playa.

At Cuevas del Almanzora (5kms away), a new Aqua park has been developed with wakeboarding, kayaking and more. This is next to the fantastic cave houses heritage centre.

The villa has real character and charm and is ideal for small or large families wanting privacy.

3 bedrooms on the ground floor, (one extra large bed, one double, one twin), and large room upstairs with two large sofa beds. 3 bathrooms, 2 downstairs next to the bedrooms both with baths/showers, 1 upstairs with shower.

Well equipped kitchen includes large gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, griddle/toaster, food processor, cappuccino maker, juicers, etc. All new crockery, glassware and cutlery, pots, pans etc for both indoor and alfresco dining. Arch from kitchen to dining room, with breakfast bar.

The large attractive staircase leads to the lounge with two large sofas, seating up to 8, TV, with internet connection and access to all UK channels including sports and films. Free WiFi available throughout the house. Double doors from the lounge to the outside elevated terrace with balcony, that give 360 degrees views from the first floor.

In short, a wonderful place for a family getaway in Spain. We welcome enquiries from groups of friends too, but we have a minimum age of 25 for same sex groups.

We also ask that all guests act reasonably, avoiding late night parties, music and shouting (after 12.00pm), as we have neighbors to consider.

Please note we will charge £25 if you leave the BBQ's uncleaned, and up to £100 if the house and gardens are not left in a good condition. These charges will be deducted from your £500 security deposit. Breakages and damage are deducted separately and taken from the deposit.
