This charming maisonette is located in Mayfair, just a short walk from many of London's most glamourous and famous hotels (including The Ritz and The Dorchester). It's a magnificent, modern 1 bed maisonette that's designed to delight. Two floors of beautifully presented property in a stunning and most central of central London locations will be all yours.

To the RECEPTION ROOM first.

Here's a bright and welcoming space with a large leather corner sofa for you to relax on, perhaps as you watch the home's large smart television. This living area shares the space with the dining table, with seats for 4 to enjoy breakfasts, brunches, lunches, dinners and suppers - any meal you choose to eat indoors instead of at one of the many award-winning restaurants in the local area.

There's easy access from this area to the Kitchen.

Something you won't get if you pay for a room in one of the nearby hotels is your own kitchen. So if you want to live more like you do at home right here in central London, book this mews house! All the appliances you need to flex your culinary muscles are here, along with cookware, plates and cutlery to cater for all guests.

OUTSIDE SPACE

The maisonette actually has 2 separate outdoor areas - one a roof terrace/conservatory leading to patio which is accessed directly from the living room. The other is a patio space accessed from the hallway by the staircase. Both offer up snug places to sit outside and enjoy snacks, meals, or just some quality quiet time.

SHOWER ROOM

The lower floor of the maisonette also has a shower room with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

THE BEDROOM

Upstairs is where you'll find this room and its gloriously comfortable kingsize bed.
