4 bedrooms/ 3.5 bath plus Queen sleeper , 2 Gas Fireplaces, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Gas Grill, flat screen HD TVs , DirectTV, Wireless Internet, Loft: Game Table with Games, Air Hockey, Lower level: Pool table, Wet bar, Central Heat and Air, 2 Car Garage, Covered Deck with Outstanding views.

Main Floor: Master Suite log style king bed, with French doors to deck, Foyer, Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer, 1/2 bath, Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and gas stove, Granite counter tops, Dining Room seating for 6, Living Room with Gas Fireplace, 55” flat-screen TV with Direct TV, iPod clock radio, 36" LCD/TV with Direct TV, full bath with his and hers sinks, garden tub and walk-in shower.

Upper Level: Loft with game/puzzle table, Air Hockey, 2nd Master Suite with Queen bed and 2 Twin Daybeds , Full bath tub/shower combo and sink, 32” TV with Direct TV.

Lower Level: Family Room with gas fireplace, Wet Bar, pool table, 42" LCD/TV/DVD Direct TV, full bath with tub/shower combo,3rd Bedroom with Queen bed and 32'' TV with Direct TV, private access to rocking chair deck. 4th bedroom log bunk bed twin over full with sink, 2 car garage.

RATES:
3 Night Minimum Stay Required

January - May: $350.00 - $2,250
June - Dec: $375 -$2425
July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years: $2800.00 (7 Night Minimum)

Pet Friendly: $125 Pet Fee ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED.
Please confirm if you are bringing a pet at the time of reserving. Pets seen at the property that were not approved by office of will result in a fee of $500.


11% tax will be applied to rent.
The Damage Protection of $50 is a required item that will be added to the reservation.
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance.

$65 Reservation Fee (plus tax).
$275 Cleaning fee.

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.

Great Cabin for family vacation

Location is great! The Cabin is owesom with beautiful mountains view, well equipped and the owner was excellent, he ensured we enjoyed oir time there. Highly recommended!!

Did not want to leave!

There were a few things that needed attention, but with one phone call, the owner went above and beyond to correct it. We really appreciate being able to stay in such a beautiful and well-kept home with our fur child. We look forward to returning next summer.

Nice House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it is a beautiful home. However, the furnishings were not good. There was a chair and a half chase in the living room that was clawed up by an animal and smelled. We had to go buy something to cover it with. The mattresses not in the primary bedroom were not good. Very hard to regulate the air - if good on main floor, the basement was freezing cold. The patio/cushions were not usable (too dirty) and the grill was not working - we could not use. It needed a major cleaning, would not light all the way. We've rented several properties from you over the years and have always been satisfied. This was our only year when we were not. Your management team is ALWAYS friendly and SO helpful. I'm sorry to even write this, but I think people should know.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time at the cabin. Views were out of this world, cabin was clean, we felt very comfortable with our stay. There were a few minor issues in which the maintenance department quickly fixed, issues with central heat and electric fireplace,even on a Saturday. The cabin was wonderful however it does need some TLC, nothing major, just loose furniture, front door didn't always latch close, nothing a screwdriver and some time couldn't fix. Overall we loved our stay and Maggie Valley and will be back next year.

The view from the many windows was spectacular! The driveway is very steep, so be prepared for that. With a bedroom and bath on each level, it was perfect for three couples. The beds upstairs and on the bottom level were double beds, not queen size beds. Overall, the house is wonderful and we would consider coming back to this house next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience at Chipmunk Chase was great. However, we are both sports fans (college) and the TV package through Direct TV left much to be desired. We asked for that to be extended to include more channels but the owner was only willing to do so if WE paid another $131 - that would probably cover adding the ESPN/SEC sports package for a whole year! We were NOT asking for special NFL etc, packages. The wifi strength was pretty low compared to other houses we have rented in the same area. The rental company was great in assisting with our problems - however, the owner was not.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in Chipmunk Chase. It is a lovely home with a gorgeous view! The home has recently been repainted and has new furniture and amenities. This home, while fitting in with the mountain feel, has some of the best lighting, lovely high ceilings and enormous windows in the great room that look out to the perfect view. You can eat indoor or out on the lively deck where the dining area is covered. Plenty of bedrooms and all the kitchen equipment you will need. If we could live here for several months a year, it would be perfect! Staff in the Rental Office are friendly, efficient and very helpful. We look forward to staying in a Smoky Mountain Rental home every summer.

It was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. It also had your basic pantry items available. With 5 adults and 1 child, it accommodated everyone perfectly! The office staff was very friendly and the entire check in/check out process was easy. Beautiful neighborhood with a nice scenic drive up! We will definitely book again!

Beautiful home and great view!

My family and I stayed at chipmunk chase for a little weekend getaway and it did not disappoint! The overall cleanliness of the home was impressive. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need as well as a few pantry items. The layout of the home was perfect. It accommodated everyone with plenty of space. As there was 5 adults and 1 toddler. The view was absolutely amazing! Getting to the cabin wasn't difficult, as the road was paved all the way up to the cabin. It's about a 6-7 minute drive up with scenic views throughout the neighborhood. The driveway may seem a little steep to some, but nothing too terrible. Two cars could fit easily. The office staff was very friendly and the check-in/out process was simple. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend chipmunk chase! We'll definitely be back!

The parents had theirs on the upper. We (grandparents) had the main floor. So we could be together yet withdraw to our separate areas as well. Worked great!! Loved the deck!

The most fabulous Mountain views in the area

This mountain home is large and has the best mountain and a key views in the area. Access to nearby sights and activities is great too. Need king beds and a good dusting, b7t I am a bit OCD

Wonderful house, great view

We rented this magnificent house with our daughter and her family. She and her husband took the upper bedroom, we took the one on the main level, and the four kids had the bottom level. Great separation, privacy, yet there was plenty of room to come together. The deck was wonderful...so relaxing, great view. We had our own private world, yet we were close to the towns. One of our favorite rentals and locations!!

Gorgeous windows let in the light and let you see the beautiful outdoors from every spot in the Great Room. Wrap around decks on lower and middle level, perfect for morning coffee while watching the sunrise or sunset.House and kitchen are very well equipped. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning before we arrived. The Rental Office staff are friendly, helpful and very responsive.

Spacious home with a beautiful view of the Smokies.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seven long-time girlfriends came to celebrate our 60th birthdays. House amenities allowed us to enjoy dinner our first night in the home after a long drive from NW Ohio. Wifi provided access to dance music that allowed us to let loose a bit after dinner. Ha ha. A drive to nearby Asheville to tour Biltmore and its lovely gardens and winery was first on the agenda. Other activities included shopping the artisans of Maggie Valley and nearby shops of Waynesville, hiking Caldwell Fork Trail and nearby waterfalls, walking along Lake Junaluska, and enjoying cold PBR at Sauced and Italian cuisine at Frankie's Trattoria. We saw wild turkey in the neighborhood, a baby bear running after her mama near Biltmore, and a cat near the office! Great weather overall late May, and some worn-out 60 Year-olds, made for a successful adventure!

The view from the great room to the valley below is spectacular. Everything was perfect....huge rooms, comfortable furniture, beautiful woodwork throughout, amazing fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous master bath and extremely clean. Many cute little towns nearby and lots of hiking opportunities. The office key pick up/drop off was very convenient. We hope to come back again.

Stunning views of the Smokies!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy booking...Office staff was courteous and helpful...Home is just as beautiful in person as pictures show. Quiet, peaceful setting with majestic views of the Smokies. Convenient location to everything. The drive up the mountain to the house itself is s bit tricky, but don't let that intimidate you. It's well worth it once you're there. Highly recommend Frankie's Italian Trattoria (dinner or just pizza...white linen dining, great bar, and recommend reservations). Pop' s and The Buttered Biscuit for breakfast. Lake Junaluska is within 4 miles...very scenic...great walking path. North Carolina Arboretum near Asheville is another recommend, and if you really feel like stepping out of your comfort zone try Navitat (zip lining just north of Asheville) not for the faint of heart!! You will not be disappointed with your stay at Smokey Mountain Retreat.
