Inside, this spacious three-story cabin is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms include EnSuite bathrooms for added luxury.

The maximum occupancy count, at any time, is ten people, whether they spend the night or not. Its strictly enforced and monitored by exterior camera.
Check out is 10 a.m. Check in time is 4pm. Unapproved late check outs or early arrivals will be charged $50/half hour and will not be prorated.
Pick up all trash in and outside along with pet waste. Trash must be taken to the drop off location. No campers or trailers.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. We have no complaints about the home. We didnt have the opportunity to use the hot tub so i cant comment on that. Yes, the driveway can be a bit of a challenge but we're in the mountains :)Norma was quick to respond when i messaged her on arrival day. Would definitely recommend Norma's home and would gladly stay again.

This property met all of our needs as a group of 9. It is a very nice setting up in the trees and everything was equipped to our liking. The owner was very responsive and helpful to the questions we had while planning and preparing for our trip. The only caution I would offer is if you have multiple vehicles the driveway and parking may be a challenge. If you are trailering motorcycles for example you will definitely want to unload somewhere in town and leave the trailer down there. We managed to park 8 motorcycles and a large pickup truck with a bit of thought. Overall we were very happy with the experience.

The house was beautiful and clean. Well stocked with everything needed and then some. Norma was fantastic and fast to reply with any questions. There was 9 of us. 5 motorcycles and a vehicle. I will suggest if you plan on being on a motorcycle you are very secure in your skills as the driveway can be a bit difficult to navigate at the top. But that being said your staying in the mountains so be prepared. This was our first time staying in a hike like this and we definitely had a great experience and will do it again.

There was 8 in our group. We all had seperate bedrooms and plenty of space. A well stocked kitchen and nice wrap around deck and nice hot tub to relax. I would recommend this property and Norma is Awesom to work with.

Very nice, well stock home

Lots of stairs! We did ok but if you have issues doing stairs, be advised. All areas were very nice and well stocked; however, those staying on lower level said they had some issues with heat/cool fluctuations. But, they sure did enjoy the hot tub! And, the weather was cloudy/rainy so that had some effect I'm sure. We enjoyed it very much!

Sisters/hubbies getaway

Had a great time in this beautiful cabin. Parking was tight for 3 SUV’s. One sister couldn’t come last minute, so she was greatly missed. Cabin has everything a person could want: games puzzles, fully equipped kitchen! Beautiful wooded setting, just missed seeing a panoramic view. So much to do in Maggie Valley and wonderful restaurants.

Linger Lodge Stay

Loved your house. Worked well for 5 adults and 5 children. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensil and such. Beds are comfortable. Internet is good and it’s a plus having a TV in each of the bedrooms. House is convenient to ski slopes and downtown. Thanks for sharing.

Christmas Vacation

The cabin is beautiful and fit our three families well. The owner is super attentive. We loved hearing from her. The cabin was decorated for Christmas making our Christmas vacation that much more special. Centrally located to snow tubbing, the Polar Express, Cherokee, Waynesville and more. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been visiting western NC for over 20 years.. I finally decided that this would be the best place I knew, for a vacation home for my family, friends and to share with others.
I've been in the real estate business for over 20 years.. I've owned many rental properties and Love to share my home with others.

I wanted something centrally located to all that western NC had to offer. I also like my privacy. This home fit the bill! I can't tell you how much we enjoy spending time on the porch swing, either catching up with friends or just reading a good book while listening to the babbling creek.
The floor plan of the home also allowed my family and my visitors to enjoy their own privacy within. Each floor has it's own bedroom, full bath and bonus or sitting room.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our home will comfortably sleep up to ten people. Three of the bedrooms (two of which are en-suite) are fitted with king beds while the 4th bedroom has bunk beds (single top, double bottom) and a queen size bed in the same room.
The home also has three and a half baths, family room with fireplace and cathedral ceilings, fully outfitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, dining room, loft with bar, television, and washer and dryer. The two sided, wrap around porch offers a swing, rocking chairs, grill and picnic table. There is an additional picnic table out by the firepit. The downstairs porch offers additional seating and a Jacuzzi tub and fire pit.
The home has also been equipped with a key-less entry system. No more searching for real estate offices to find and/or return a key. Of course, Wi-Fi and cable with premium channels are provided.
You can easily park three cars on the driveway. There is also an outdoor security camera.
