This is a completely furnished home in the Saddlebrooke development with beautiful Catalina Mountain Views from the back patio. Very private yard with a hot tub to enhance the moon and star-studded evenings. Or go for a romantic golf cart ride at dusk on the 27 hole golf course. Enjoy all the amenities of the unparalleled Saddlebrooke lifestyle. Whatever your interests, you will find clubs, sports, arts, crafts all within the resort. You and your guests can enjoy a meal in one of our fine restaurants offering delicious food and breathtaking views of the mountains, golf courses, and wildlife. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and beautiful views of the mountains. The master bath has a Japanese soaking tub as well as a glass-enclosed shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom can serve as an office or den and if you have guests, the queen size Murphy bed easily converts this space to a quiet bedroom. The kitchen has white cabinetry and the latest stainless steel appliances including an ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator door. The expansive counter top surface provides prep space for the most experienced cook. Entertaining is a joy with an open concept family room and eating area as well as the formal dining area adjacent to the living room all with the same beautiful view of the Catalina's. The laundry must be done and it is a pleasure in this expansive laundry room. The washer and dryer are top of the line stainless steel. The large counter area is perfect for folding and there is also a rack for hanging your freshly dried clothes. This home also offers an over-sized, expanded two car garage as well as a golf cart garage attached. There is a grill for barbeque and ample outdoor seating. I am an animal lover and welcome your pets, of course, with an additional deposit fee based on the number and type of pet. I am also a plant lover and ask that you water weekly with filtered water from the refrigerator water dispenser. There is soft water throughout the home and that water will eventually kill the plants.

Enjoyable stay in Saddlebrooke

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and have enjoyed our stays both times. The landlady is great to work with and responds promptly to inquiries. It is a great location. We hoe to be back again some time.

Excellent Property

4th year in a row staying here in April. Excellent property at reasonable price. Highly recommended. Only drawback is need to share the garage with the owner who resides in the attached casita.

Beautiful home w/gorgeous view

Lovingly furnished, immaculate home with everything you could possibly need. Enjoy the amazing view of the mountains in the well appointed back yard/patio. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the club. King bed VERY comfortable. Host wonderfully responsive. Our stay was truly excellent.

Lovely home with fantastic view

The property is spacious, comfortable, and has many extras such as a hot tub and a Japanese soaking tub. There are mountain views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The patio has a number of seating choices to view the mountain. The appliances are top of the line. The location is very close to the clubhouse and many amenities.

Had a Wonderful Time

We had a really nice time in Saddlebrooke. Carmela is a wonderful host. She gave us a thorough review of the house and property when we arrived. No issues with her living on site. She's a busy person and gone a lot. We were too! Kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Appliances are state-of-the-art. Very private back patio, quiet neighbors, and never tired of the view. The cleaning company is clearly not doing a very good job . We would suggest creating a list of expectations, after each monthly visitor, including cleaning blinds/shades, ceiling fans, shelves, behind and under furniture, windows, etc. This is not a reflection on Carmela as we know she has very high standards. We loved that her property is very close to Saddlebrooke One Golf and Activity Center. We played a lot of golf and frequented the fitness center. We strongly recommend staying at this property and you will adore Carmela.

Awesome Experience for First Time Snowbirds

Carmela is a wonderful hostess and has a beautiful home with all the amenities that you might desire! She was easy to communicate with and answered our questions promptly. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the Saddlebrook community itself and the people are welcoming. For hikers and birders, state & National parks are nearby with scenic trails to explore. Ten miles from Saddlebrook, there is a 130-mile bike trail loop around Tucson for avid bicyclists. Or you could join Saddlebrook bicyclists on one-hour rides 4 times a week at 9 am. My favorite pastime was sitting in the back yard and enjoying the mountain view no matter what time of the day. My husband loved the patio hot tub and used it daily. The weather was incredible, dry and warm for two Midwesterners. Would love to come back to this incredible place to soak up the scenic mountain views and enjoy Carmela’s hospitality.

A luxury oasis to soothe the soul

My wife and I and our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed our 35 days at this house located in the center of Saddlebrook Golf community. We relished being able to work remotely, relax during the day on the sunny patio, and take a soothing hot tub under the stars at night. Conveniently located from many outdoor activities, such as golfing, biking, hiking, or walking. This place is great to get away from the fast-paced city life and sit back to view the stunning sunsets and mountain views. The house feels like a luxury resort and is well maintained, finely decorated, and comfortably stocked with seemingly every amenity. Because of the pandemic, we did not get to enjoy some of the on-property amenities such as the pool, health club, and restaurants, but we still felt welcome in the friendly community. One of our favorite activities was to take a golf cart ride at sunset to watch the glow of the sun against the backdrop of the clouds and mountains. We also enjoyed taking our dogs to the community dog park and socializing with the residents. We highly recommend this place for a couple who wants to relax and have some active fun outdoors.

Charming house with Amazing Catalina Mountain view

We are from Colorado and stayed Carmela's charming house in October 2022 to experience Sonoran desert and SaddleBrooke lifestyle. The house is very easy to find with several minutes of pleasant walk to SaddleBrooke One clubhouse, where we often went for lunch, driving range and late afternoon prickly pear margarita, which has become our favorite drink. The house is clean and cozy, and charmingly decorated by Carmela, our enchanting host. I liked charming kitchen, soaking tub, and bedding is very comfortable. And the backyard!!, where I sit in a reclining chair, soaked in Catalina mountain view, and relaxing body & mind. We will definitely visit again.

Great location

Excellent January and February 2020 stay in Saddlbrooke

The house and views from the backyard exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was very dog friendly. Great walking routes. Enjoyed golfing and playing pickleball. Weather was beautiful with 57 sunny days out of 60. The landlord was excellent and responsive. We would stay here again if available.

The house and yard are deluxe. The kitchen is well stocked to cook anything you may desire. Quite, peaceful surroundings. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. It was a delight.

I am a single person with many, varied interests which is why I chose to live in Saddlebrooke. I lived and worked in Silicon Valley for 40 years. My husband and I traveled full-time in motor homes for almost 9 years when we retired. Arizona is my home and I have fallen in love with the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and the diversity of the Tucson area.

This home was purchased because of the beautiful views from the rear yard and because it was in great condition. It fit my needs and I have loved living in this home and hope you love it too!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I fell in love with the unique master bathroom with the Japanese soaking tub and the walk-in glass shower. I love how tranquil the surroundings are and how friendly the people are here. No one is a stranger. I feel very safe in the home and strolling through the neighborhood. The weather is ideal year round and I especially love the monsoon season beginning in July and ending in September. It is a view of mother nature in her most spectacular mood.
