Wonderful Saddlebrooke Sola...located within walking distance of Desertview!


This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Sola Saddlebrooke home was built in 2011. We recently updated the kitchen with new counters, fridge, microwave and induction stove. Just painted entire outside of the house and replaced grill.There are mountain views from all sides. There is absolutely nothing that you will need to bring with you...we have provided everything. The home is located directly behind the tennis courts by the Desert View Theater/ Fitness Center, but we have a lot of mature bushes, cactus and trees on the totally enclosed yard. You can walk through the back gate and arrive at the pool and hot tub without having to get in the car or golf cart.

Although this is a 55 and over retirement community, if at least one of you is 40, you are allowed to rent out this property. The property has two bedrooms so it can fit 4 but be aware that the community only allows 2 swipe cards (without extra charges) per household. This allows you to use the pools and fitness centers.

When you rent this home, you have access to all of the amenities including the tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, swimming pools, and golf courses (with normal green fees). If you arrive on a weekend, you will not be able to get your $ 5.00 swipe card (which allows you into the pools, hot tubes and fitness centers ) until Monday at 8:30. The Mountain view clubhouse is open Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 (also closed holidays).

We also include the use of a 2019 gas golf cart for your ease of going to pools, fitness centers, golfing, pickleball or just cruising the community

Sue was a great host she took the time to explain all the details and the property was so beautiful & scenic everywhere you turned! We saw a group of deer right outside the patio! The house itself was very clean, had everything handy & beautifully decorated, we also really loved the pool & hottub was within walking distance couldn't ask for more & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Home and Location

Really lovely home with all the trimmings! We were so comfortable and received great instructions and info from Sue, that made the stay seamless. Back patio and yard were nicely appointed with amazing mountain views. Out the back gate and you are a few steps away from a Saddlebrooke clubhouse and lap pool! We will definitely be back!

Great mountain views

Quiet relaxing stay in adult living community. My favorite thing about this house are the Mountain views. The home had everything needed for our stay, and the neighborhood included lots of amenities including golf, pickleball, tennis, etc.

Wonderful Stay

Very relaxing and comfortable home and neighborhood.We loved the patio and proximity to golf, pool and tennis. Everything we needed was included for comfort. Fully stocked kitchen as well as towels, linens etc. The owners are sweethearts and really pay attention to details.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and provided good information for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of. There was nothing to do but enjoy our time in the Oro Valley area. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again anytime we are in the area!!!

Beautiful!!

She was great to work with. The house is perfect and provided everything for our stay. The location was very quiet & peaceful. We were busy with family so only used a few amenities, they are right behind the house so very convenient. The outdoor space provided quite a bit of shade & was very comfortable. We can’t wait until our next visit!!

Lovely, comfortable home

Very nice home with big rooms and comfy furniture, a great kitchen, nice laundry room, new appliances and everything you need for your stay. The front of the house has impressive landscaping and the back has plenty of outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the mountain views. The host was easy to work with and made check in and check out easy. Thank you for making our first VRBO experience stress free.

We found thehouse to be much nicer than pictures.

This is a perfect home to bring your dog. Our Springer spaniel's tail hasn't stopped waging in the backyard. The location is perfect to the gym and tennis. We recommend to family and friends and would love to rent this next summer.

Lovely home; great location with views and amenities just around the corner!

This home is in the beautiful Saddlebrooke community; with mature desert landscaping and a great view of the Catalina mountains from the back yard. The home is very clean and comfortable; with nearly every item you will need available. There were just two of us, but this home can easily accommodate a family of 4; there are two full baths. We highly recommend staying here!

Just like home

Truly enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable and the house felt like home. The house was well appointed with comfortable sofas and bed. Kitchen had everything needed to make any type of meal for yourself or for the family. We really enjoyed riding around the community in the golf cart and going to the pool everyday. Last Minute summer/golf get way

This was a last minute trip to explore a new summer get away where we can play golf. This is a very lovely and comfortable home, and the pictures on website actually portray the actual setting. It is very well taken care and the owner is very quick to respond with any and all of your concerns, making sure that you have a absolutely great experience. The golfing is great and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Great location in Saddlebrook 2

This is a wonderful and comfortable property located very Close to the tennis courts fitness center and lap pools you simply walk out the back gate to the facility. We both loved the reclining and very comfortable sofas and the large screen TV. Sue gives you the option to rent her golf cart which you can drive everywhere within Saddlebrook. I would not hesitate renting this home again.

I taught 6th, 7th and 8th grade science for 33 years, retiring in the spring of 2016. I have coached Volleyball (1 State Championship) and Golf (1 State Championship) for 33 years. I am loving retirement!!

We have another home in the Saddlebrooke community, and thought that perhaps my parents would someday need our help with day to day living, so we built this home for them.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have almost a third on an acre, which is fully enclosed by block (making it safe for pups!). There is a gate in the back that you can walk though and be right at the pool and fitness center. Everyone who has stayed here love it!!
