Mountain Views from Front and Back Patios

Our SaddleBrooke home is the Estancia model, 2420 sq ft plus an Arizona Room. Our HOA requires a 14 night minimum stay. The Kitchen has granite counters, an island, large refrigerator with ice in the door, desk area, bump out garden window behind the sink, dining nook. Kitchen is fully stocked, includes plates/silverware/ glasses for 12. The Family Room is open to the kitchen, has a 55" UHD Smart TV, a Roku box with YouTube TV and unlimited DVR. There is also a DVD player. There is a Marantz receiver for your music, comfortable reclining couch and love seat, two other over sized chairs with footrests and access to the AZ Room. The Dining Room has a long, wide table with 6 vibrant chairs. The Living Room has two leather couches and two other chairs, opens to the Dining Room and the AZ Room. The Master bedroom has its own hallway to give a buffer zone from your guest area. MBR includes large walk in closet with shelves and cabinet, Master bath has double sinks, two medicine cabinets, jetted soaking tub and a separate room with a step down shower and toilet. This bedroom has a king size sleigh bed with a Beautyrest pillowtop mattress, two night stands, triple dresser, storage cabinet for bedding, and two swivel rockers to watch the a wall mounted 55ā€ UHD Roku TV, setup with the 20+ streaming channels, and YouTube TV with unlimited DVR. It has sliding door access to the AZ Room. The Guest bedroom has the front mountain views, a queen size four poster bed with a Beautyrest Plush mattress, triple dresser, night stand, quilt rack and wall mounted TV. The stool is next to the full room length triple door closet. The doorless den has two Twin XL beds, in addition to the desk and bookcase.
The bookcase has DVD's, books and games. The desk has a Surge Protector Power Strip, table lamp and is ready for your laptop. The Arizona room has another option for eating, enjoy a meal there, listen to the waterfall and check out the mountain views to the South. The back yard has a built in propane gas grill, seating for 8+ with chairs and low table, Chimera, the water feature, and planters with roses. Beyond the yard is a buffer zone, another area to observe nature. The front patio has table and chairs, enjoy the sunrise, and in the afternoon will give you the shade. The laundry/utility room is between the kitchen and garage, has high efficiency Maytag washer and dryer. The two car over sized garage has plenty of storage cabinets.
SaddleBrooke is an ungated Robson Adult Retirement Community, at least one of the residents must be 55 years old, and children under 21 are limited to visits only. We are in HOA #2, but you will have access to all of the pools , clubhouses, tennis and pickle ball courts, and can golf at the two semi private golf courses. The home is in Unit #17, which will include you in the socials if you desire.!!!!!!!

Loved this place! We were looking to buy a house in Saddlebrooke and stayed here while waiting to close. Dee sent us emails about the goings on in the community so we knew what was going on. House was perfect and exactly what we needed! Highly recommend staying here!

Dee was incredibly communicative, she even emailed about local events happening while we were there. The house is absolutely beautiful and very well stocked, we didnā€™t want for anything. All we had to do is show up with our own groceries and were set for our stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!!!

Wonderful property! Very quiet location, amazing front and back yards with plenty os seating. Inside was beautifully decorated with lots of bells and whistlesā€”everything we needed for a pleasant stay! The dogs were amazed with the fenced in front and back yards-no leashes needed! And the orange, lemon, and grapefruit trees all had fruit on them!

A wonderful property and outstanding hosts

My husband and I truly enjoyed our one month stay at this beautiful property while waiting for our new home to be built nearby. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Wonderful home in a beautiful location!

Everything you could possibly need and much, much more! This is the best property we have stayed at with wonderful hosts. Owners Dee & John were super quick to respond to any questions we had. This spacious home, with great views both front & back was very clean with lovely rooms, comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen which met all of our cooking needs. The Arizona room and numerous outdoor spaces are great for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. You definitely will not be disappointed staying at this property.

Best VRBO in Saddlebrooke

My wife and I stayed at Deeā€™s rental for two months. We have stayed in VRBO rentals before. This rental is at the top of our list for being the best ever. Deane and John are very helpful hosts. Deane is among the top hosts weā€™ve had. She wants every guest to have an enjoyable experience. The communication with us has been top notch. We canā€™t say enough good things about how well she has treated us and ensure our stay was comfortable. The home is outstanding. Itā€™s roomy and very comfortable and clean. It is equipped with everything a guest needs to enjoy their stay. Check-in was easy and simple. Registering with the HOA was easy; everyone at the office was very nice and helpful. The location of the rental is excellent. We enjoyed the front patio area; frequent dinners there; evening drinks. It has a small fence so our dog could join us as we got to know all the neighbors who walked by. This is a very friendly and welcoming neighborhood. The rental is dog friendly. Saddlebrooke is surrounded by mountains and open desert. There is a lot of wildlife that will wander around. Dee told us that we should keep our dog supervised while outside; I think this is a Saddlebrooke rule, too. We did see deer, javalina and coyotes quite regularly. If you bring your dog please keep them on a leash when outside; the dog will be very welcome in this community. There is an enclosed back patio where we let our dog sit outside; it was secure and safe. All the neighbors around us like dogs and made friends with both us and our dog. We took long walks throughout the quiet streets always meeting friendly people and other dogs. The Saddlebrooke community has all the recreation facilities youā€™ll need. There are several pools; several exercise rooms; etc. Each pool has itā€™s own personality; all are outstanding. It was wonderful. We had a great time. We recommend this rental if you want to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Wonderful House and Hosts

An excellent place to stay, especially longer term. Dee was wonderful to work with, from the time of booking and throughout our stay. The house has plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The dedicated office/room was nice as we worked remotely part of the time and could leave everything set up. The WiFi worked great. For a few days there were three of us working remote and the WiFi handled all the traffic without a problem. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet. Nice to sit in the Arizona room or on the back patio and just hear nature. Part of the back patio has sun from morning to sunset. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need. The area is awesome for hiking. There are a couple trails right outside of Saddlebrooke that were worth hiking several times. Catalina State Park and many other trails are a short drive. The weather was perfect and we didn't want to leave. Looking forward to returning some day.

Beautiful home!

We had a great stay at this wonderful home! Owners are super responsive and get any minor issues that might come up resolved quickly! We had plenty of room for our AZ kids and grandkids to come visit and hang out. Neighbors that we met were all great as well. Great place to stay!

Lovely spacious home in beautiful neighborhood

We stayed here for two months and we absolutely loved our stay here. The house is very nice and spacious. It has everything that one would need.. The owners John and Deane were very helpful and nice. We loved going to the beautiful pools and spa every day. There was also a very nice dog park. My family of 4 really loves to cook and this was the perfect place. They had everything we needed to make our many meals. We also enjoyed using the grill outside. Our neighbors were very kind and friendly. After two months here, none of us wanted to leave!! We loved our stay so much!!! Thank you Deane and John!!!

Wonderful month!

We spent a wonderful month in Dee and John's lovely home. The weather was 'mixed' (at least for Tucson; wonderful compared to Seattle, where we came from!). We had all of our kids down for a Thanksgiving dinner, and the house was able to accommodate most of them. Well furnished, with everything you need for daily living. We had a 'major' leak spring up under the kitchen sink, and they were on it immediately. We had a new kitchen faucet installed the next day. This home deserves an 'A+', as do the owners!

Beyond Expectations

I rented this beautiful home for two months while waiting for my new house to be built in Saddlebrooke Ranch. From the moment I arrived, it was a WOW experience. The house is spacious and has every amenity one could possibly want/need. The kitchen is fully stocked and all supplies are provided. The furnishings are comfortable, the dƩcor is modern, the beds are super comfortable - you won't want for anything! Then there is the outdoor space and those magnificent views. The sunset on the mountains from the front patio is nothing short of spectacular! And, finally, it is a super friendly neighborhood. I met several people I will stay in contact with now that I'm in my new home just down the road. It was great - thank you, Dee & John!

Best place in Saddlebrooke

This house made our stay so easy! Besides being huge, it had everything you would need. We usually cook our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed, from cheese shreadder to pots and pans. We like TV in our down time and it was so nice to have directv. Other places use streaming options which sometimes can eliminate TV shows we like to watch. It is the little touches like having an empty closet to hang our clothes to an empty fridge for us to use. Our host made sure everything was okay, from TV to tp. We used the golf cart to go down to the pool each evening and play pickleball in the morning. We had rain a little bit everyday for a few minutes, as this is monsoon season, but we really liked the light shows at night. I would highly recommend this house and we have rented others in Saddlebrooke before, and they were nice, but this was really nice.

Very peaceful and comfy

We stayed here for a summer while we looked for a home to buy. The views of the Catalina's are great as you walk in the morning. Plenty of space and very friendly hosts.

We retired in 2015, have been vacationing in Southern CA and AZ. Discovered SaddleBrooke this year, stayed the month of January. This coming year we rented a place for Jan-Feb, but loved the area so much that we came down this Summer and purchased a home that we will rent out and use ourselves in the off season. And since it will be our home, and we like to entertain, the kitchen is fully furnished, can easily have dinner parties for 12. Our home base is Minneapolis, a great city, but pretty cold in the Winter.
