Both the upstairs unit and downstairs unit are available separately (different listings) from January to April and from Labor Day to December each year. Starting in April and running through Labor Day, the house is restricted to an entire house rental only.

Why would you want to stay in a crowded high rise condo building and wait for elevators... luggage carts....etc. Plus, most of the time you have to park in a garage across the street... drag your family and belongings all over just to get to your room? Resort fees? Who needs those? ;). The high speed internet (100 down, 10 up) is included and not shared with 500 other people.

Holly's Haven offers on site parking (right in the driveway). No parking garages here... park up front, walk right to the house. Have a motorcycle that needs a cover? We have a covered car port area as well for your use!

This is the downstairs unit of a two story duplex. Currently, the owner of the property (Neal) uses the upstairs for his exclusive use, when he is in town and is not on the rental market for 2022.

Two bedroom first floor lodging with one full bath, (an additional updated & attached full bath with exterior entrance which makes potty breaks, while enjoying the pool & back yard, easy and quick. You may just want to enjoy a quick after beach shower while a cocktail awaits poolside)! Full kitchen/living area equipped with a pull out, full sized sofa bed. One bedroom features a king size bed, the other with two twins and a pull out trundle. Sleeps up to 7 comfortably. Linens and towels are supplied with on site laundry at your disposal.

There are TV's in each room with DirecTV Stream (local channels, HBO, Showtime). Holly's Haven features a beautifully landscaped back yard with a semi in ground salt water pool and six person hot tub. It's equipped with all of your grilling needs with plenty of room to sit and eat with family and friends or to just lounge in the sun Just a two minute beach view walk to the beach! The beach features water sports such as banana boat rides, parasailing and designated surfing areas within a block of the public beach access.
