The kitchen, newly designed in early 2025, has custom-finished cabinets, an improved versatile footprint with designer appliances to include a Wolf range, microwave/convection drawer, large Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, and endless ice under-counter icemaker. There is lots of cabinet storage and countertop space for those who love to cook. You will also find a sleek over-size sink, with whisper-quiet disposal and state of the art Delta automated water faucet.

Redesigned fireplace surround, new eclectic furnishings, and unique art can be found in the unit. The dining area has a beautiful imported elongated table that will easily accommodate eight for dinner. The cathedral chandelier provides just the right amount of light throughout the room. The newly designed counter height island allows additional seating space for dinner or large serving areas for buffets.

In C-103 all TVs are wall-mounted SMART televisions. Closets have lighting and expanded shelving for travel storage. Wonderful new quiet multi-setting ceiling fans have been installed in each room. All of this is new for 2025 with the full renovation!!! This condo includes 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps up to 4.

C103 has 3 large contemporary baths with walk-in showers, expanded vanities including under-mount sinks, and additional lighting for each. The master includes an enlarged seated shower and a free-standing 6 foot soaking tub. An additional bath includes built-in armoire and multi-drawer storage for “bunkers”! To support the needs of as many as 10 guests, with showers and laundry, hot water heating was updated to a large commercial quick recovery heater!!!

Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool.

Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world.

Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.
