Howelsen Place B211 is a modern, luxury condo located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. It is an easy walk to notable restaurants, galleries, shops and entertainment. The Yampa River is only 1/2 block away and the seven mile long Core Trail that follows the river is the perfect place to walk, bike or run.

This modern condo offers a spacious floor plan, gas fireplace, modern kitchen and a large King Primary Suite, stocked with luxury linens and boasts a large ensuite bathroom. There's also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for overflow guests and a powder room for everyone to enjoy. From the colorful living room, you can walk out onto an open patio area with a fire pit, plenty of comfortable seating and gorgeous views of the Yampa Valley. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail, prepare your favorite meal on the outdoor grill and take-in the spectacular sunset views. Howelsen Hill is in walking distance and the perfect place to enjoy everything downtown Steamboat has to offer.

Fantastic location right downtown just steps from the shuttle to the mountain; beautiful, large condo comfortable for 4 adults (although two on the sleeper sofa which was decently comfortable); well appointed kitchen and very responsive manager. Biggest unexpected perk was the ski locker at the base - what a treat to not have to schlep all of our gear each morning and evening. We will be back here, for sure!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat. Howelson place is our favorite place to stay. It is very nice, easy check in, downtown and close to shops and restaurants, and the Gondola ski locker makes it so easy. Highly recommend staying here and we will go back!

Amazing accommodations

Our stay at Howelsen Place was simply perfect! The condo was very spacious and clean and the perfect location to shops, restaurants, the rodeo and river floating. The farmers market was an added bonus! Also thoroughly enjoyed the patio area! We will definitely be back!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great in downtown Steamboat, easy walking to restaurants and shops and close to the shuttle stop. Really convenient to have use of the locker at the base of the mountain.We would definitely stay again.

1st Steamboat visit

We loved B211, our condo. It had everything including a great location for downtown activities like shopping and dining! The heated garage was great for keeping the car out of the cold weather and snow. The bus line to the slopes was right across the street and a great way to get around the city as well. We will be staying there again soon.

The Howelsen Place is our go to lodging. Unit B211 is very spacious, well maintained and well equipped. The kitchen has all new modern features. Having a ski locker in Steamboat square is an added touch. Plus being downtown is so convenient and within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Steamboat. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is great! Huge living room and kitchen area, fireplace, comfortable furniture. The location is perfect -- easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. And it's just a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which frequently runs to the ski area.

Great Condo!

The property was very clean, well appointed, and in a great location. The communication by the management company was outstanding. Family room was spacious and comfortable, kitchen was nice, bed was very comfortable, and corner unit with the adjacent deck was nice. Could use a bigger TV in the Family room, but it was sufficient.

Wonderful place

We loved everything about this trip! The Howelsen Place was a wonderful location right in the heart of the town. The room itself was great! It was good size, clean, nicely decorated, and we enjoyed the outdoor common space. There was great communication with the Lodging company staff. You can walk everywhere and it was easy to rent bikes by a nearby shop. We would highly recommend this place and we hope to return again in the near future!

Beautiful condo and perfect location!

The first thing I noticed upon arrival was how clean our place was. Cleanliness is very important to me, and this was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. So much attention to detail with the sweet treats and snacks that were left for us upon arrival. Plenty of towels and washcloths And the owner even left beach towels for us to take to the Hot Springs. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Luxury Condo Downtown!

My husband and I loved this condo in the heart of downtown Steamboat! It was spacious, had very comfortable furniture and high-end finishes. We enjoyed being so close to the Yampa Valley Core trail which runs along the river and is a great place to walk without worrying about cars. We also loved being able to walk to restaurants- enjoyed Salt & Lime and Table 79 both right on Lincoln Avenue. Looking forward to visiting in the summer time.
