And just three miles from your door is the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola, connecting you to over 2,900 acres of skiable terrain. This condo is also less than one mile to Howelsen Hill Ski Area connecting you to North America’s oldest operating ski area that contains 17 trails. When you're taking a break from the slopes, try out snow tubing, the mountain coaster, snowshoeing, or a horse-pulled sleigh ride through the snow. Come summer, take your pick from numerous hiking and biking trails in the area, saddle up for horseback riding, or soak in Old Town Hot Springs less than 1 mile away. During the summer months take a short 5-minute walk and watch the rodeo, try the Alpine Slide, or visit the year-round indoor ice across the river. Our unit is located across the street from the Yampa River where inner tubes are available to rent to float down the river.
