Maui Sands 4E is a Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath, Air Conditioned Direct Oceanfront Condominium. This unit is as close to the spectacular Maui ocean as you can get!


From December through April, enjoy a perfect vantage point from the Lanai for viewing the arrival of the humpback whales making their way between Maui and Molokai in the Pailolo Channel. Other times, watch the spinner dolphins dance by and the tropical fish dart about in the reef and our "daily" green sea turtles as they pop their heads up while they travel along the reef.


If Paka’a (Hawaiian god of the wind) decides to take a day off, we have provided a mini-split air conditioning system for the living area plus each of the two bedrooms. Use them as you need but please enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian tradewinds when he is on duty!


With the expansive sliding glass door open, the extra wide living room/dining is an extension of the 24 foot wide Lanai where you can enjoy the enticing views and the beautiful sounds of the ocean waves that are music to the ears. View the most spectacular sunsets Maui has to offer right from the Lanai. Lanai is furnished with a lounge chair, 4 chairs and table.


Decorated in Hawaiian-style with lots of rattan, the colors of the room reflect the surroundings of sea and sand. Original art, a sofa, matching chair with ottoman, along with accompanying tables and lamps provide comfort and convenience. In addition, cable TV and free wifi are available to enjoy after spending a day exploring the nearby attractions or more of the island of Maui.


The two bedrooms can comfortably sleep 4 guests, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Both beds are fitted with memory foam mattresses. The "king" bedroom also includes its own cable TV.


At the Maui Sands condo, you can dine inside at the kitchen counter, at the dining table for four inside or on the Lanai - each with views of the ocean and sunsets. Dining oceanfront on the Lanai is a treat where you can enjoy a dinner with a spectacular sunset directly in front of you.


The kitchen of this condo at the Maui Sands is provided with beautiful oak cabinetry. The granite countertops provide an elegant backdrop while you relax at the bar stools and enjoy pupus and perhaps a Mai Tai. The kitchen is fully-stocked with the appliances, utensils, and cookware needed to prepare your meal for and includes new appliances, a range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice maker and blender.


Enjoy you own meals with beautiful dishes and glassware. Bright, natural lighting provides ideal illumination for meal preparation and, of course, since the kitchen is open to the living room and dining room, there are the ever present sounds and beauty of the Pacific Ocean.
