Ocean conditions vary by season, as they do throughout Maui. Spring and summer often bring calmer waters, while winter months can see higher tides and more dynamic surf, which may impact swimming. Each day offers a slightly different experience, but the beauty of the setting — the sounds, the views, and the island atmosphere — remains constant.

While there may be some minor daytime construction activity visible in certain areas of the property, your unit and building are not directly adjacent to the work, and we do not anticipate any significant impact on your stay. This unit is a two-story layout with all restroom facilities located on the second floor, requiring one flight of stairs. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or those who prefer step-free access.
