The apartment has a great terrace with unique views of the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Theater. So central that you can reach on foot to all sights of the city. Awesome views of the Royal Palace from all the rooms.



Guest Access:

The building has three lifts and a doorman the weekdays.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two with two individual beds and the other one with a queen size bed(150cm). All rooms come with wardrobe, airconditioner and TV.

There is also a full bathroom with shower and toilet, another one with a shower, and a separated toilet.

We provide our guests with amenities, and there is a washer/dryer inside the apartment)

The property is complemented by a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffie machine, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils.

In addition to the indoor dining room, the apartment has a large terrace with wonderful views over the Royal Palace, and exteriro furniture.

All rooms have air conditioning and there is wireless internet with exclusive access to 600 Mb.
