Woodthorpe Cruck Cottage is a Grade II listed property resting on the outskirts of Clay Cross. It houses three bedrooms comprising of a family bedroom with three single beds, a king-size double and a standard double. There is also a family bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, bath, basin and WC, as well as a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner with a woodburning fire and a sitting room with a woodburning fire. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with a hot tub. All-in-all, Woodthorpe Cruck Cottage offers a superb stay in Derbyshire.
Amenities: Underfloor heating downstairs and two woodburning fires. Gas hob, electric range oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, selection of games and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Enclosed garden with hot tub. Sorry, no smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Pub and shop within 1 mile.
